How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. BO3 sideboard BUG

    I cant play BO3 because sideboard is broken. I cant see all my 15 cards there and managed them. As you see on screenshot - it also 8 cards in sideboard and i cant play normally. Please help... Iam very disrupting :((((

  2. sideboard

    Disconnecting and Reconnecting during a Bo3 match prevents you from moving cards in and out of sideboard. Can pretty much replicate this by quitting and reconnecting.

  3. Sideboard issue

    For some reason, the game says my deck is invalid because there are more than 15 cards in the sideboard, even though I only have twelve in my sideboard

  4. Can’t sideboard

    I’ve been playing bo3 Timeless matches on iPad and I am unable to sideboard at all between games after the latest patch. I click on cards in my sideboard to add them and it doesn’t add them. After game 1 I am sometimes able to sideboard normally, but never after game 2. Sometimes I’m able to remove cards from the deck but I’m unable to add any back in, even the ones I’d just removed. When this happens all I can do is restart MTGA, which doesn’t fix the problem but it at least resets my deck to 60 cards…

  5. sideboard

    Deck builder won't let me put more than 7 cards. it says Deck cannot have more than 15 sideboard. See picture. As you can see (even if it's blocked a liitle) I;m nowhere near 15 cards in the sideboard.

  7. sideboard

    Unable to sideboard at all despite not reconnecting or disconnecting. Unable to add cards to my deck. This is ridiculous that it has been happening since bloomburrow and not addressed. This occurs on iOS and Windows.

  8. Sideboard Size reporting

    Sideboard size of 12 cards is showing a no save error with 12 cards in the sideboard. Error at save says: "This deck has the following issues and can not be saved: Decks cannot have more than 15 cards in the sideboard." In the picture attached it is apparent that the deck has 12 in the sideboard. This was also a non-issue as of yesterday, until last night. I have attempted the file repair, and tried on both iOS and PC platforms. Both of which are up to date.

  9. sideboard

    If i have more then 7 cards in my sideboard I can't save my deck-list due to the client registering that I have more then 7 cards in sideboard. I get a message saying " you can't have more then 15 cards in sideboard "

  10. Sideboard Size Problem

    Game will not allow the creation of a deck with between 8-15 cards in the sideboard. The error message reads "Decks cannot have more than 15 cards in the sideboard" when there are not more than 15 cards there. This bug prevents me from playing with a full sideboard with my existing decks in bo3 as well.

  12. Deck Sideboard bugged. Number of cards issue

    I can't play more than 7 cards in the sideboard for bo3. As the picture shows, I have 9 cards in the sideboard rather than more than 15.

  13. Deck builder Sideboard cant count.

    In deckbuilder, if sideboard has 8 or more cards the client will not save the deck and reports that “a deck can not gave more than 15 cards in the sideboard”. There were 8.
    I tried with other cards and other sideboard sizes. 7 or less is fine. 8-15 is bugged to automatically think its more than 15.
    I saved the deck with a small sideboard then reopened the deck and still encountered the bug.

  14. Sideboard for BO3 is not visible

    I cannot see the sideboard for BO3 while building the deck.
    It seems to be possible to add cards.
    Also, I could see the sideboard as usual during the match.
    The versions are as follows
    2024.36.0.5576.1062784

  16. Companion Sideboard Count

    When using a companion in the sideboard, I thought my deck was okay for BO3 when my sideboard said it had 15 cards in the deck builder. It turns out I could not use my sideboard the entire event because I actually had 16 cards. The deck builder should include the companion in the sideboard count. Otherwise, a warning along with big red text should be generated.

  17. Can’t edit sideboard in BO3

    When I swap out a card 1:1 in my sideboard and try to save my deck it gives me a “sideboard can’t contain more than 15 cards” error. Sideboard before and after edit has exactly 15 cards.

  18. Can’t sideboard more than seven cards

    My decks won’t allow me to sideboard more than seven cards. If I add an eight card, it won’t let me save the deck and says I can’t sideboard more than fifteen cards, even though the deck has fifteen cards or less in the sideboard.

  19. No Sideboard in BO3

    Playing any format in BO3 on PC through Steam, there is only six cards in my sideboard despite it being filled out to 15 in the deck building screen. I've rebuilt the deck, added and removed different cards. Still, only 6 cards in the sideboard.

  20. Mobile sideboard broken

    Last update broke iPad client. It is not possible to sideboard between games, the sideboard view will not show up
