Random Defeat in the middle of a Traditional Draft
I was playing an EOE Traditional Draft, match 1. It was game 3, and I had attacked with a Comet Crawler, unbuffed from the sac buff. It had the Requiem Monolith active ability on the creature and a Dark Endurance buff active. The opponent triple blocked with 1/1s. After damage was dealt, a big ol DEFEAT appeared on my screen and it kicked me out to the menu.
I tried thinking of a way this could have potentially decked myself but I just don't see it.

Honestly it's not possible drawing only lands in seven turns, in limited with
Limited match, Seven lands on the board, i draw other SIX lands , that's frustrating, the shuffler Is not doing well for me

A label that call the other play a poor sport when they use all timed outs to delay inevitable win.
In a lot of my matches my win is inevitable, but opponents will run their timers out. This is a sign of poor sportsman ship. If they have no mana left or cards in hand.......
It wastes players time because they cannot and will not admit defeat!1 vote -
Unable to play an eligible card in a match
Can someone please explain how I had a lakeside shack, untapped in play, a defend the rider in hand, opponent uses feed the swarm on my leaf-leap guide, and I am unable to use my defend. It wouldn't let me tap and did not show I had any eligible plays. This was an unranked alchemy match

Arena Formats
Formats on Arena have serious problems. That's because, since a lot of players play every day an enormous number of matches, metas revolve very quickly. An online game should have ban, rebalancing, and sban every month at least, but every two weeks possibly. On the contrary, now formats are completely lost and left to themselves.
I will now talk about the arena-only formats. Also, Standard has problems, but you already know (you should have acted sooner, also in this case).
Historic needs to be reformed.
The game is getting more and more boring every day. In most of the matches, it seems to see opponents play a solitaire game. You don't have any possibilities of interaction with some of the decks now present in the format.
Especially in Bo1, the most played format in your app, Magic is becoming very boring. Reanimator persist combo is very annoying. Now it consistently closes during the second turn, and it is very difficult (and boring, since the matches are all the same) to play against it, since you should always have the exact answer in the first turn.Eldrazi is simply horrible, since I don't understand why only this deck can have such synergies that completely prevent opponents from playing. Destroying opponents' lands without the possibility of having a land back and without any drawback for the Eldrazi player is horrible in a format like Historic, also because every other strong way to interact with opponent lands is banned. And also, Eldrazi is the only deck that has two ramp lands specifically made for the deck. Why should any other deck have the same possibility?
That's why the format is becoming a solitaire card game, and why playing Magic: The Gathering has never been so boring and even frustrating, to the point that I prefer playing other games, and it happens frequently that I shut the app, passing to other, more passionate games, such as a real solitaire. Game experience is no longer the same as before.
Timeless is simply unplayable, since it needs way more cards to be even considered as a nice and interesting format. You have already added some cards, but this is not sufficient. And also in this case, you have to rebalance the format faster and to act with haste when a problematic deck presents, because the problems in this format emerge very fast, and the format is not old and rich enough to reduce the influence of bad cards.
In a simple sentence, you have to care for the formats. Now we, as a community of players, feel completely lost.

third play
I cannot play with calubi, the third play, because when I use card, they don't go where they has to be, so after some turns, the screen is covered by cards and I cannot play anymore, like in the file I attach

Search Library
When searching my library due to an effect or a spell, I have accidentally hit cancel a few times now, and the game instantly exits the library, effectively countering my own spell or effect. I would like to suggest an "Are you sure?" pop up when exiting wile searching a library, similar to when you move to target a permanent that would not be advantageous for you.

No hexproof
I had 4 creatures on the board and the enemy played Split Up. I proceeded to use Snakeskin Veil on my Mossborn Hydra so give it hexproof to protect it from dying. So Snakeskin Veil landed then when Split Up landed it destroyed my Mossborn Hydra. How can a creature with hexproof die from a opponent's spell. This cost me the game and I was going to hit for 600+ damage the next turn

game going back to the main screen while in the middle of play, usually with some spell or ability on the stack
i haven't been able to play a game all day without it being interrupted...a spell or ability will be on the stack, even one as simple as a Temple of Infamy entering and waiting to be tapped, and the game will give me the "waiting on server" **** and then go back to the main screen...i have to re-enter the game by clickingon "play" twice again and my clock was going the whole time...after i froze a couple of times i closed the client and reloaded it an had problems getting back into it...when i was able to get it running again, i encountered the same problem in every game after...what is going on?

Players getting random buffs
I keep getting into games where players keep getting random buffs.
In my last game a player played a 1/1 and it was suddenly a 3/3 with vigilance and nothing that he played previously or even random effects could describe.
A match a couple days ago I encountered a player that suddenly had a "player takes damage effect" and their Ajani's Pridemate started to gain life.. again and again and again... 13 times with no trigger.
In another match, suddenly the player had Hexproof on all their creatures... and I went through the graveyard and looked all the permanents abilities.2 votes -
Redirecting target of spells using "Return the Favor" didn't update the list of valid targets
An opponent cast a spell (I don't remember the spell's name) to "Destroy target creature with power 4 or greater" targeting one of my Scorpion Dragon Tokens (made with Magda). I go to cast "Return the Favor" to redirect that spell into destroying one of my opponent's own fliers and protecting my scorpion at the same time (They have a 4/3 Flying Unicorn creature at least, I'm almost certain he had another creature of power 4 or greater as well). I pay for both effects, but I was unable to target my opponent's creatures with their own spell and timed out my decision, forcing the spell to kill both my Scorpion Dragons (instead of the original one token, or as I intended- two of their own creatures) losing me the game immediately after.
What I think is happening is that under normal circumstances, spells of this nature don't consider the owners cards as valid targets out of the owner's best interest, so when a spell by the opponent (in this case: Me) is allowed to redirect it, the spell's list of 'Valid' targets does not update for the Opponent's best interest (including target's the spell's owner controls (Though really, true valid targets should be ownership agnostic. ALL Creatures with power greater than 4 are technically valid targets no matter whose side of the field they are on)).
I sincerely hope this is fixed soon as this bug makes redirection spells into useless dead weight, or worse: a False Hope that backfires. PLEASE look into this.

Retrieving ***** Manifest - failing
I can not log in to MTGA, on either Steam or Epic. My internet connection is fine, but the software will not make it past the retrieving asset manifest - failed screen.

on death triggers not triggering
Experienced by myself and my opponent in the same game:
A)
1. My archfiend of the dross is in play
2. Opponent declares blocks and 2 or more of their creatures die
3. Archfiend only triggers onceB)
1. Opponent sacrifices Haywire Mite, exiling one of my enchantments

Seriously, stop allowing alchemy cards in brawl/ historic brawl
Repeatedly running into alchemy cards while playing historic brawl is entirely ruining my MTGA experience. It is becoming enough of an issue that I'm planning on just abandoning MTGA after having spent hundreds of dollars on the game over the years.
I seriously hate these cards. They are not fun to play against. They are game breaking. The go outside the spirit of the game. They are trying to turn MtG into a hearthstone clone and I'm sick of seeing them.
I'm sorry but cards that let you "conjure" the power nine into your deck (making a brawl deck 100% illegal by doing so), cards that let any color have access to demonic tutor (a card that isn't legal to play in historic brawl, and can be "conjured" in decks that don't match that color), cards that duplicate lands simply by playing lands, cards that "conjure" urzatron lands, making your deck an illegal deck by having 103 cards. It's just getting ridiculous and every time I see them, I just scoop. I'm fairly sure most people who lose to alchemy cards can all agree that it feels cheap and never feels like a good game.
Stop ******* with the cash grab. Stop the janky hearthstone ****. Concentrate on what makes mtg amazing and seriously just split up the formats.

no sound
No sound when playing mtgarena on my macbook Pro. I have macOS catalina version 10.15.7. Before there were no problems, recently the game has no sound.

Few suggestions.
As I'm sure you the developers are aware this game is not a cheap one if you want cards. Yeah you can play with the minimum granted cards when you start the game and then slowly gain one pack of cards every 2 days, or you could Implement a feature that allows us to scan our owned cards up to four of each one and allow us to add them to our game inventory if we own the physical cards. Or don't put a 15 win cap with only being able to earn at maximum 1250 gold everyday. That's only one pack of cards and that's assuming that you get the 750 daily reward. Otherwise you only get a thousand gold everyday just enough to get one pack if you win 15 matches. I play a lot of extra matches throughout the day because I'm testing out my deck and new cards that I put in it and I don't even get gamr experience for playing out a 30 minute match? I'm not expecting free handouts but if you're going to allow a gold system for us to accumulate cards instead of having to spend twice as much money to not own the cards, that allow us enough gold everyday or allow us to earn extra gold every day so we can buy the cards that we want to play your game more. If I wouldn't have bought cards or bought packs with actual money I would be nowhere near complete with my deck. As a matter of fact I am still nowhere near complete even paying for cards.

support is just automated responses - might save money and just stop it altogether
Support for this game is basically non-existent - why are you even bothering to send automated respones, which are useless and non-sensical in almost all cases - might as well turn it off altogether

My name is Stefano, i m living in Canary Island , and I being playing this game since i was little,in a small town in italy with my friends ! And now day,every time i go back in holiday to italy we always manage to organize a draft night with my lifetime friends!
I love this game and i think is done super well and detailed ! GOOD JOB GUYS !
I m writing just for arise a couple of suggestion.
Would be nice to have the opportunity to add as a friend your opponent, so in case he/she accept, you can discuss about decks and tattics etc. !
and about daily quest, i think is better reset them after 11hrs and not 12, so for example i finish to work always at the same hour,and aday yes and other not, i can t complete my daily if i m not waiting the 12 hours , due to the time i ve spent the day before to complete them all!

15 Wins for daily wins is too much
15 Wins for the daily rewards is too much. Could you break it down in smaller chunks of 3 X 5 wins? 15 Wins is too much for most casual players.

Large Maths Modelling: Doing Math to Many Objects.
If I have 2x Scute Swarm in play. And have the ability to play a large number of lands say 4 fetches or 8 landfall triggers in a turn. MTGA should resolve this math as quickly as possible. Making 2^(N+1)-2 objects as a single group.
I should be able to select a portion of that group (to force tap, attack, block, other legal actions) while not having to select individual objects.
Currently the client+server struggles with ~256 objects per player. There are board states that I need to make more object (even over 1024 objects).
The ability to group 256 same (enough) tokens together, then double them, whilst they are still the same group is not hard; maths wise.
And yes, there is a time and place that you have to do groupA math against groupB math. That when attacking blocking we can do group maths. An example: 200x 2/2s with menace attacking into 400x 1/1s should be an easy operation. We do not need to render 600 objects hitting each other. The attacking player shouldn’t have to confirm how their 2/2s are assigning damage, 200 times (they should say N/200 assign damage like this).
Feel free to make MTGA robust. So 4 player EDH is possible.
