How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Opposition Agent Field of Ruin
Attempted to field of ruin opponent while controlling opposition agent. Instead of exiling the land I found while controlling them, it went straight on the battlefield instead. On iOS.

Lorwyn Mastery Pass Preorder missing
The mastery pass for Lorwyn isn't available to preorder.

Problem with Deck Companion
I bought the holiday dog companion bundle, but when I select any of them as the companion, the wolf with green fog shows up in the match. If I change to another (non-dog) companion it works correctly.

Golden pack give me gems
The golden pack gives me gems. It should give me cards that I don't have in my standard collection. This happened with 2 golden packs, I request a refund, and I await urgent resolution of the problem to open the other 7 golden packs that I have.

Secret of Bloodbending
Secret of Bloodbending doesn't work as the ruling in Gather states. I should be able to control the opponent during their combat phase not control their combat phase. that is a huge difference and that is not stated on the card. I should be able to cast their spells(instants and anything with flash) and tap their lands.
Updated: I did find out that you can do all of these if you do Full Control. However, Full Control turns itself off alot of the time so i have to keep pressing crtl on my opponents turn which is annoying. I shouldn't have to keep pressing crtl to do these actions. It should automatically allow these actions without full control.Secret of Bloodbending doesn't work as the ruling in Gather states. Jump In cards not appearing in collection after use in matches
Cards that I played with in Jump In are not appearing in my collection, nor appearing when searched for crafting. Namely I picked several packs focusing on getting the master firebender Zuko twice, Airbender Aang (mythic white) and Katara (water ending 6 version} and don't have any of them. Nor Iroh Dragon of the West. There are also smaller cards missing despite having played with them in the jump in event.

jumpstart deck too many lands, too fewer spells.
In midweek event "jumpstart Avatar".
I picked deck [Aang][Rebelling ] ,and i take deck with 13 spells,27 lands.WTF!?

Waterbending with training ground
Waterbending with training ground out only charges 1 mana, regardless of the waterbending cost. It should only reduce the cost by 2 per instance of training ground, with a minimum cost of 1 mana.

Rebelling fire fail
The deck does not need white lands. The planes were forced into the deck and I have zero utility for it. It has made the deck completely useless.

Please fix the algorithm it makes the game unplayable
Please replace the algorithm for a better deck shuffle system; the algorithm makes the game unbearable in the higher ranked categories. I’m at the point where I don’t even want to play it anymore.

Tend the springs
I would like to report a bug where Tend the springs didnt summon a 3/4 when having a Shapeshifter in play, That made me lose the quick

Sideboard Missing in new Powered Cube
I opened up Arena to edit my deck fo my first ever game of the new Powered Cube, but my sideboard is missing. There should be like 10-15 more cards I drafted that just aren’t there. I still need to tweak my deck before playing my first game.

Traditional Draft
I’m avoiding pick-2 draft, so i decided to play the traditional one, in the description says it’s “select one card at a time” not a pick-2 draft. i hope this get fixed.

Missed out on half of a draft due to matchmaking bug.
Warning to anyone who might read this: do not do any drafting until the matchmaking bug is fixed.
- Steps to reproduce: try drafting.
- Mac, via Steam, and iOS.
- The pack passing freezes and you don't get to draft additional cards. Then it disconnects, and when you try to log back in it stops on "Waiting for Server" screen. It lets you log back in once the draft timer is finished, but the client will have auto-drafted your deck.
- Expected results: being able to draft normally.
- N/A
- None so far. I have an essentially unusable drafted deck, because of the client's auto-complete. Preferably I'd like a refund of the entry fee.

Lasting Tarfire didn't trigger with Sting-Slinger
- february 2026. Bo1 draft. I used the ability of Sting-Slinger putting a blight counter on him. I expected the trigger of lasting tarfire at the end step. It didn't happened. For what's it worth I lost the game. That's disappointing.

Can't remove obnoxious tutorial faerie
Recently re awakened the annoying little tutorial faerie after having played without it's presence for months. Now it pops up and annoys me every time I go to switch decks or edit my decks and no matter what I do it won't go away! I've gone to settings, I've replayed the tutorial and hit skip tutorial, I've gone to account preferences and looked but can find no way of turning it off and it's really starting to grind on me to the point that I'm shouting at my phone for it to STFU and go away! Please for the love of all that is holy help me kill it for good!

Vraiment la pire expérience de jeux en 2025, je savais pas que c'était possible de puer autant la merde.
J'ai attendu exprès la release avant d'acheter et j'ai bien fait. Vous n'aurez pas un euro supplémentaire de ma part tant que vous continuiez à en avoir rien à foutre de votre communauté.8 votes -
Selfless Safewright
It wont let me report a bug in when I click report a bug. It literally just goes to a forum where I am supposed to scroll through other people's issues. I just lost a game three where I cast selfless Safewright while Wildvine Pummeler was on the battlefield. I chose giant as the creature type and my wildvine brawler then still died. I lost the game because of this.
