Can't connect to Historic game
Bug using iPhone app... I've been unable to connect to a Historic game for over 30 minutes. After clicking PLAY, I wait while trying to find a match for 1-2 minutes. I've tried rebooting the app, reloading the packages and rebooting my iPhone. I've tried my wifi and Verizon's data but nothing is working.

Mobile card scroll permanents
Please fix the scrolling feature with permanents that are close to the next button on the bottom right. On mobile may e it should be in different spot. It just ****** off me and the opponent because he has no idea that he is waiting for me who is trying so hard to expand my cards so that I can play the game. It is unplayable when you have 6+ cards on the bottom right for example enchantments and artifacts. Please fix this.

Pack Bundle Purchase
Hello,
I tried 2 times to buy the Aetherdrift Pack Bundle, but it crashed at the end each time.
1- Choosing Pack Bundle at 58,49€ in the store
2- Paying by credit card, and validating the payment with my bank
3- Purchase complete, then neverending message "Please wait". After 10 minutes if I quit the message, MTGA crashes.
4- Relaunching the soft, no bundle in my packs.I hope I won't get charged

The game suddenly ended and I lost. Please return the gem.
During the ”prmier draft“, I got kicked out suddenly. It seemed it was neither counter as a win or loss.So I started again and got kicked out again. At last it shows "4 losses".

The priority of WotC should be to nerf aggro decks into the ground by banning cards
If you want a good standard format and you want people to play your game, you need to be active and ban lots of the ******** cards that let these decks be so dominant. Then ban Zur and the Overlords deck too and all that flash.

All instants that give either hexproof or indestructible should be banned from all formatts
White, Green, and Red already have usually had way too powerful cards to justify this. It's even worse for the game to keep printing so many of these cards as they commonly only have a mana cost of one or two.

Assemble the Players need to be banned from all formats
This is the type of **** that doesn't belong in MTG. It never has. Letting people play the top card of their library is gamebreaking literally as it bypasses the card economy the game is designed for.

Connection and sideboard
Even today, I have to write once again to report the same bug for the umpteenth time, fully aware that what I write will not even be read. There are serious connection issues in the Arena app. Despite having 5G, the connection to the servers is suddenly lost for no reason, and the app even exits the match automatically.
The issue is even more severe considering that once you manage to reconnect—after a lot of effort, since you have to close and reopen the app—it is no longer possible to use the sideboard. This means that not only is time wasted, but it is also impossible to continue the match according to Magic’s rules.
This is a very serious problem that has been affecting the game for months now, and any competent developers would have promptly fixed it. But it seems that you yourselves are not interested in the playability of your own game, nor in your company’s credibility.
Please, work seriously and fix these issues as soon as possible.

Product Suggestion
Offer a “premium account” subscription that allows players to earn gems in the exact same way that they earn gold through daily wins and weekly quests. (This is very different from the “mastery pass”). Currently, the best deal for straight up buying gems is 20,000 for $99.99 — 200 gems per dollar. The most popular option, 3400 gems for $20, comes out to 170 gems per dollar. So for a premium subscription, something that would allow players to earn somewhere around 250-300 gems per dollar maximum (consistently grinding every daily win/quest reward) and 150+ gems per dollar with regular gameplay (i.e., 50-75% maximum amount of grinding per month) would be a nice sweet spot. $10-$15 per month for a premium account, gem rewards that scale similarly to daily gold rewards, plus some other stable benefits to ensure that players who don’t max out their monthly gem earnings still walk away satisfied. Don’t worry, the “whales” that likely supply a huge chunk (if not the majority) of Arena’s revenue won’t go extinct if you add some sustainable fishing to the business model as well.
I have a more detailed explanation of various specific reasons why this model is best for WotC’s bottom line and Arena players alike, but I’ll save that until after this post receives a response. For now, I’ll leave it at this: the current model of having players pay for gems to buy cards in essentially the same way that they would buy physical or MTGO cards with cash is a bad business model because gems are not real currency, and the cards they buy aren’t real cards. People without tons of disposable income or addictive personalities are not going to pour money into this game like it’s some kind of long-term investment, especially after Magic Duels shut down. You won’t get a third chance if the same thing happens with Arena — monetizing it like a casino rather than a live-service game is not a recipe for long-term success and stability, regardless of short term returns.
Giving people the option to “play to win“ rather than forcing them to “pay to win,” and having them pay as they go for the experience via a monthly subscription, the same way that they would pay for a streaming subscription or something like Runescape, would make all the difference from a psychological standpoint. Do you want a player base of loyal, satisfied, paying customers? Then give them a pay-for-play model that incentivizes and rewards actually playing the game rather than just throwing money at it. Right now, the only thing like that in arena is draft and constructed events, and for less skilled or knowledgeable players, it doesn’t take long to figure out that playing those is a good way to lose gems and/or wind up with a random grab bag of cards they don’t want.
I play Arena because it is possible to enjoy the game as a free player, which I appreciate. I feel a lot of the negative feedback from players simply due to the way WotC goes about incentivizing them to pay. Everything about the current model seems likely to create negative experiences for the majority of players who actually put money into the game… the less often you ask players to whip out their credit card, the better. You don’t want players who buy gems to lose them too quickly or hoard them until they feel confident enough to spend them well — you want them to earn gems and spend gems freely, knowing they can earn more, and pay for it all without clicking “buy”. If you offered the subscription model I described, I would sign up immediately. As it stands now, I would consider putting money into the game in the future, but only when I’ve got money to burn.
(By the way, I haven’t had any of the stability/performance issues that I’ve read about, on either PC or mobile. But it’s something to keep in mind depending on how widespread they are — gonna have to be fast and loose about compensating premium players if technical issues prevent them from using their subscription. I suggest using non-purchasable “daily premium tokens” that double or extend subscriber gem rewards for a day as a way of ensuring players who run into technical issues don’t feel cheated.)

Server discnnect
I lost a game seven of a standard event due to a server disconnect. It happens if my opponent wastes too much time. Specifically if they have saved up time and then just sit there. The system will disconnect and I lose.

Didn't get a win for a scoop in ranked.
Had a game where I won, because the other person scooped/conceded. I did not get the win, or the ranked progress, because the game had some random error.

Broken Japanese message regarding the expiration of the mastery
As the end of the current mastery approaches, the message on the mastery page has changed to "This mastery expires in XX:XX:XX." (where X is a digit) from "XX days". If you play in Japanese UI, however, the message is broken and doesn't show the remaining time.
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Run MTG Arena under the Jaspanese Locale (Adjust Options > Graphics > Locale > 日本語 (Japanese). You may need to exit and restart the game for the change to take effect.)
- Visit the Mastery page.
Platform
PC (Windows 11 Pro 23H2 build 22631.4751)
Actual results
A flushing message below the page title starts with "セット・マスタリーの有効期限まで{daysCount}時間。".
Note that, comparing the text with its English version, I believe the "{daysCount}" is a placeholder for the remaining time.
Expected results
The message should read something like: "セット・マスタリーの有効期限までXX:XX:XX時間。" if we respect the current poor translation, or it could be improved like: "今回のマスタリーはあとXX:XX:XXで終了します。".
Relevant screenshots/videos
See the attachment.
Workaround
None known (except for not playing in Japanese).

Bug with The One Ring and Proliferate in MTG Arena
I’m writing to report a bug that occurred during a recent game in MTG Arena involving the protection from everything effect of The One Ring.
Here are the details:
During my turn, I cast The One Ring, which granted me protection from everything until my next turn.
My opponent then activated a proliferate effect, which added a poison counter to me. However, with protection from everything active, I should not have been able to receive any poison counters.
I had 9 poison counters before the proliferate effect, and the additional counter caused me to lose the game even though I should have been protected.
I have attached two screenshots showing:The activation of The One Ring.
The moment I received the poison counter via proliferate despite the protection being active.
Could you please review this interaction and confirm if this is a bug?Thank you for your help,
