How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Full screen being deactivated on start/end of a game
When starting or ending a game, MTGA disables full screen, causing the player to have to reenable it as the game starts anf after it concludes.

Specimen Freighter bounce didn't remove targets from field
Opponent has robot token with a +1/+1 counter and Starport Security out. I have Codecracker Hound. I play Specimen Freighter and target both opponent's creatures. The +1/+1 counter on the robot token is removed but still shows as 3/3 and both targets remain on the field. For the rest of the game, these two targets stayed put but weren't valid targets, and the robot token never untapped.
I assume my opponent could see the ghost creatures since the hover visual showed up. Unsure if this affected their gameplay since they didn't block for the rest of the…

Damage auto assign
So i lost this match because the opponents creature requires me to assign damage and then assign the rest of the damage to the player, but my issue is that I was able to play the cards right and get my mossborn hydra to over 6 million damage. The issue is that since I did that I lost the match because I cant auto assign damage to the other player after assigning lethal to their creature. I should've won that match, but because of this issue I lost in the most idiotic way possible due to this.

+1/+1 counter bug
When using indulgent aristocrats ability (pay 2 and sacrifice a creature, put a +1/+1 counter on each vampire you control) while blood artist was on the battlefield. Blood artists ability triggered (whenever a creature dies target opponent takes 1 life and you gain 1 life) but indulgent aristocrat's ability never resolved.

Picking two cards with the same name in Pick-Two Draft event returns a "network error" and fails to pick the cards
Picking two cards with the same name in Pick 2 Draft event returns a "network error" and fails to pick the cards, even kicking the player from the draft.

Remove Digital-Only Cards from the Timeless Format
The timeless format is a big step forward and many players, including myself are excited to start playing it.
However, the constant pushing of digital only designs and pursuit of empty slogans such as "all cards on arena are legal" add nothing to the excitement and health of the format, many players would rather a true to paper experience with as little digital designs as possible.
Please consider removing alchemy from Timeless.

Checkout
Unable to log into Paypal through the xsolla store. When I input email and password it just loops me back into the login screen. It registers if my information is incorrect, but on correct entry it just resets. I have tried both login in with password and with one time code.

Problems in communicating with server
Everything looks good but after loading inital scene. It takes some time showing Waiting for the Server... befor I get the Network error There was a problem communicating to the server. Or alternatively (Unable to get collection. Please try again later. The game has been doing this for a few days now

draft ending unexpectedly
I was in the middle of premium foundation draft on 9/28 9am, when the draft unexpectedly ended. There was no warning as usually can be seen below the event and I was unable to play the rest of my games.

Unable to cast Snuff Out when exiled by Wrench
I exiled Snuff Out after casting Wrench, Speedway Saboteur and then wasn't able to cast it for either it's main or alternative cost

Unable to play the match while the opponent can
I started the match and couldn't play the match at all, while the opponent was able to play normally, literally couldn't cast spells. I don't know whether it was an exploit by the opponent or a bug but regardless it's an egregious occurrence

The Last Agni Kai give mana if your creature is dealt excess damage
The Last Agni Kai says "Target creature you control fights target creature an opponent controls. If the creature the opponent controls is dealt excess damage this way, add that much {R}." However if your creature loses the fight and is dealt excess damage you get the mana. As you can see from the picture my opponent gained 1 floating red when their creature lost the fight after I pumped my creature.

GreError
It is extremely easy to get GreErrors causing the game to end in a draw when in reality you should win. With ratadrabik on the board with Mondrak if you play Jaxis for it's biltz cost, use his ability to target ratadrabik and usually this is enough to cause the game to lock up until it ends with GreError Winner: Draw. However there are other ways to do it such as vesuvan diplomacy with mondrak or ratadrabik, can also be caused with things like ratadrabik and drivnod, or anything that causes a bunch of tokens with a creature that triggers…

Spectacular tactics Hexproof not blocking Shoot the Sheriff
My opponent cast Shoot the Sheriff (destroy TARGET non-outlaw creature) on my creature. In response, I cast Spectacular Tactics to give my creature hexproof. Spectacular Tactics resolved and my creature gained hexproof, but Shoot the Sheriff still destroyed my creature.
My understanding is that hexproof can counter any spell that contains the word “target”. So am I misunderstanding something here or is this a bug in Arena?

Midweek Magic: Jump In!
My deck in this event, Rebelling Bounty Hunter, has 13 non-land cards. Yes, I have 27 lands in a 40-card deck. After 10+ attempts, it has proven futile to try to win a game with this deck. In most games, I only draw 2-4 playables and always have land in my hand. I truly don't understand why a deck with the highest cost card being 5 mana has so many lands. This will be the first midweek magic I am unable to complete since they started.

FABLED PASSAGE BUG
NEW LAND BUG
When SACRIFICING "FABLED PASSAGE" to search your library for a basic land card, the game glitches and thinks you are trying to surveil. All the lands pop up on your screen, but you are unable to click anything. You have to surrender in order for it to be fixed.

Compensation from Mana ***** to Mana Flood
As a player I enjoy playing draft on Arena. What is an absolute disaster to the experience is when you have to hope that you don't get flooded with mana or screwed with mana during game play. I can understand ever so often this happening, because it happens in real life. My last game played today was the absolute worst case I have ever seen of mana ***** since playing magic. 17 land deck and the entire game I drew one outside of the two I had in hand. My next draw had a 68% chance of drawing a land…

Fix the rigged shuffler
Your shuffler is comically rigged. I’m coming off roughly fifteen games in a row where I never saw a 4th land in a 23 land deck. It isn’t subtle, it is reducing the quality of the game, and it further damages your company’s already tarnished reputation. Outright forcing wins and losses defeats the purpose of playing. I know player satisfaction doesn’t matter to you, only money does, so I will speak your language. Network error, updating error and unable to get collection
When I hit the icon to play MTG Arena, it goes through all the steps of loading my cards, but after the message "Loading initial scene", I get an error message. Trying the MTG launcher icon in my program files gives a different error, but the same result. Resetting router and restarting computer have no effect.
I use a PC with Windows 10.
The results I experience are either of the attached error messages and an inability to play the game.
The expected result is to be able to play.
