How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Continuous Bug Metagame Challenge
I'm here to report continuous bugs in the metagame challenge, one above all is the sideboard bug! When I have to do the sideboarding process, the card screen goes blank and I can't read the quantity of cards present, this leads to a side board management problem and consequent impossibility of playing correctly!

Daily Quests Timer
My daily quests aren't updating. The timer just keeps on refreshing. It is very annoying because I am trying to grow my account and one of my favourite things to do in MTGA is the daily rewards grind. Please fix it.

Braw Challenge Game Stopping
While playiing the Brawl meta game challenge tge game either didnt start after mulligan decisions or it just stopped midgame with no rope
restarting the game and machine brought be back to the game but when starting a new game the error occured again
this happenend around 4 or 5 times

Match Draw effecting Challenge Progression
I just finished a match that ended up in a Draw. Of course it isn't end of the world as I'll play more later, but my daily challenge didn't progress from the draw whatsoever.
If the match needs to end in a draw because of resources being overused, I get it. The challenges should still progress either way, I played my cards fair and square.

Mastery XP Card Rewards Not Being Received
After completing level 80 of the most recent mastery tree (D&D Mastery), I did not receive the Mythic Card reward, and have not received any of the uncommon card rewards since. (I am now on level 94 of the mastery tree.) There doesn't appear to be an issue with the XP wheels themselves. I am granted the correct amount of points, and it does roll over to the next mastery tree level, but without releasing card rewards. Please help!

broken tutorial color challenge
just got this game to play with friends. did the guided tutorial. no problem. did the white color challenge. beat all the other colors, them did white on white starter deck challenge. won. did the same for black. beat all the other colors. played the black on black starter deck player challenge..... got railroaded by someone who uses a white green deck with several legendry rabbits and elf characters. and everything buffed everything else. food and supply tokens spawned units without mana, and buffed others. what the **** was that?!

Daily Quest Progression Frozen
I'm completely full on Daily Quests, and although I've been performing the actions required to complete them, they are not progressing, so I am unable to complete any of them and earn their gold rewards.
Not sure how big a deal this is, or how prevalent it is across the service, just something I noticed and thought I'd bring up. It would be unfortunate if I were no longer able to progress.

Mastery xp not adding
Mastery xp from weekly xp quest is not adding to my mastery pass total.
Also getting into contact with support seems impossible to get a direct fix.32 votes -
Mastery XP Not Adding
I'm at 900 XP and earned another 600 or so through match wins but none of that XP has been recorded on the mastery pass. The game showed the XP earned in the post match report so it should be going through.

daily deals
I purchased a card during yesterdays, "daily deals". I still do NOT have the card. its been over 8 hours.

Achievements Awards not being given
Several Achievements Awards are not being given, as seems you already know based on previous reports. Two more that have not been awarded are Test of Endurance and Going Wide, as shown in the attached image. Also, if colors don't matter (based on Green's "Count on it" being awarded to me for counters on white creatures), there are others as well.

Yargle Day... In Space! 900 XP didn't credit my account
I got my first win, claimed the 900 XP but am stuck at level 47 Mastery with 525 XP I was at before winning. I only got the 25 XP from the normal first 10 daily wins.

Color Challenge stuck on resume
I have completed all the color challenges, but a recent update that made some changes to the tutorial and the "learn more" section of the game has now placed a "resume" option on my home screen. There is nothing to resume, and therefore this flag will not clear. It's bugging me

Color challenge pitting me against non-color-challenge decks
In the last game of the Blue color challenge, I'm being pitted against a White+Black deck with way better cards, somehow?? Clearly a bug, what is going on?

No Daily Deals displayed
For me there are no daily deals displayed in the store. I was already wondering about there being none. However, as this is the second day I have now checked reddit to see if there is any discussion on the topic. Turns out: there are daily deals, they are just not displayed for me in my store.

Daily win rewards providing ICR instead of gold at 4/15 wins.

Sideboard Erro during Metagame Challenge
Played a Historic Bo3 ranked match with a deck and had no problems. Entered the Historic Metagame Challenge with the same deck and, both after game 2 and after game 3, once I made my changes and hit Submit, the Sideboard disappeared and I couldn't do anything until the SB timer ran out, at which point the next game started WITHOUT the SB changes

I could not use sideboard card in metagame challenge. So I lost games.
