How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

BUG - direct challenge
side board menu is without cards.

Brawl challenge should be using ATLA but hasn't been updated and still only allows Final Fantasy Commanders.
The current brawl challenge wasn't updated to use commanders from the ATLA set, it's still referencing final fantasy commanders. Can we please fix that when there is a chance? Thanks! :)

Unable to get back in after round 1 of a bo3 direct challenge match
I was playing a direct challenge timeless bo3 match, and after my opponent conceded in round 1, the game stopped working for either of us, so we both restarted but then have been stuck in the 'waiting for opponent screen' for over 15 minutes, and restarting the game does nothing

Quest gold not recieved
I just completed two 750 gold quests at the same time but instead of 1450 gold (50 extra from the daily) I only was given 800 gold. The other quest showed up greyed out as 30/30. I thought it might be a visual bug, so I relogged but I even when I opened the game again I still was missing the extra 750 gold.
I did check the total number of gold I had before completing the quests and after and only recieved 800 not 1450 gold.

Critical Bug: Daily Quest Timer Constantly Resets, No Quest Granted Since I started playing the game
"I have restarted the client multiple times."
"I have played multiple games to try and force a refresh."
"I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile application."
"I confirmed my local time zone is correct (PST/EST/etc.)."
"I have waited through several full daily resets (3 AM PST/6 AM EST)."I am realizing that I have been playing the game for weeks without any daily quests bc this is always how the timer looks.

Mythic Rank Has Been Reset to Sparky Zero
Hello,
I'm on PC, WIn 11, and my Mythic Rank has been reset to Sparky Zero.
My daily quest and Daily wins are not being added to their respective counters.This also means I do not get XP for the Mastery Pass I paid for.
Hoping for a swift solution,

Daily reward not counting the spells I've used so far, tried a new one also not counting anything!
Daily rewards say I need to do 30 black/green spells. I justed played a game with a mono black deck and still the counter says no, it should say something like 8 or 9 by now. I took a new reward as the previous one (it was 20 green/red spells) also wasn't counting anything...

There is no daily deals in the store today. I have had this come up in the past and wanted to make sure this wasn't happening again.

Wildcard not given when I have four of the cards already
I purchased a mythic pack from Horizon 3. I got a Reef Worm. I had four Reef Worms already. I was not given a wild card or reimbursement for a duplicate card. Please rectify this problem.

layers incorrect since lates update. cant change companion in deck builder, main screen dailys hidden behind goblin, cant change deck format
- Cannot see daily or regular challenge text over new goblin avatar. layers are messed up easy fix. 2.Deck builder, if duplicate deck is made or changing deck from alchemy to standard the drop down text is layered behind everything and cannot change deck format anymore. 3.Changing companion in deck format is null, no companions show up at all.

Bug in Sparky Challenge
I was playing against Sparky and it was using that blue deck with fly mechanics. I was using the Cat Attack deck. It was combat phase and I had Good-FOrtune Unicorn, Felidar Savior, Dawnwing Marshal and Wary Thespian, only Dawnwing Marshal couldnt attack for summoning sickness. I had 2 unspent white mana and was preparing to use Claws Out to buff my creatures, but then during chose blockers Sparky blocked my Wary Thespian with that 1/1 Zephyr Gull and I couldnt cast my spell for it was counting as costing WW1 instead of WW.
For a reason the game counted…

White challenge 4 sticks after I defended bots first attack with a 1/1 double strike and enchantment counter of +2/+2.
Issue is in the title. Game freezes when, during white challenge 4, I destroy opponents 1/6 creature with a 1/1 creature with double strike and +2/+2 enchantment on it.

Daily Quests not tracking progress in bot matches anymore (2026)
My Daily Quests have stopped tracking progress while playing bot matches in one of the recent patches during the end of 2025 to January of 2026, as someone who doesn't like to play against real players with a rigged system I am unable to expand my collection any further, because of this I can't earn wildcards either.

Lorwyn Eclipsed Weekly Jump in Event - Only given a single type of Mana
I opened the Giants pack as well as the Elementals pack for my Weekly Jump in Event and was given a mana split of
x13 Plains
X1 Forest
x1 IslandHowever, my cards are all red/green based with one card having an optional blue cost and another an optional white cost. This makes no sense and makes essentially every game I play unwinnable. there is only one other card in my deck that gives me the opportunity to play another forest or mountain for cards in my deck that require more than one forest or mountain. This deck is unplayable…

Mythic wild card consumed with no card given
Used mythic wild card to add mythic card to my deck using the "complete deck" feature that automatically uses wild cards you have to get the cards you dont have in deck.
My mythic wildcard was used but no card was added.
I had one copy of the card but a second was not added.I would like my card or wildcard back please.

Lurus Bug in 60 card challenge with friends.
There is a bug that you cannot use a deck with Lurrus as the companion in 60 card deck versus when challenging a friend. the game will not load. Have reproduced it with Boros auras in historic and Boros energy in historic.

Forced draw -- did not get credit towards daily tasks either
Opponent played Tinybones, Bauble Burglar which went off twice, the client then showed a draw and received this error message. I also did not receive credit toward the "play 40 lands" or "cast 20 black or green spells" daily tasks
