How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Set summary has invalid number of cards in the set

    In Profile->Set Collection->Bloomburrow i see in the summary there are:
    20 mythic rares
    60 rares
    100 uncommons
    81 commons

    In fact these numbers are wrong. When i filter set collection in-game or use external database like scryfall i see there are more cards in each groups:
    22 mythic rares
    64 rares
    100 uncommons
    93 commons

  3. CARDS DISAPPEARED

    Hi, after many months i'm back on this game and i've noticed that a lot of my old cards have been disappered! Anyone can tell me how its happened? Especially cards from my old control decks but in general i ve lost a lot of cards!!!

  4. "Invalid Deck: Deck Validation Failed" when styles applied (since BLB)

    Since BLB release (7/30), when trying to play with a deck where styles (cosmetics) have been applied, it results in a "Invalid Deck: Deck Validation Failed" error.
    Steps:
    1) Open Deck, select "Apply Styles" to apply all card cosmetic styles
    2) Go to play game (e.g. Standard ranked), error immediately appears in black box. Does not progress to game, you get returned to the deck.

    Platform: Mac OSX
    Workaround: The same deck works without issue if you remove all styles and don't try to apply styles.

  5. Alchemy Cards in Historic

    Get alchemy cards out of the historic format. If I wanted to play Hearthstone, I'd play Hearthstone.

  6. Missing decks and missing cards collection

    While playing again mtga this year on mobile. I found out that lots of my cards in my collection were missing. Including decks that I built last 2018(my red deck with lots of rares and mythics) my esper deck, and my boros feather deck card inside have missing cards inside. You can also see my scrnshots that my other preconstructed decks also have missing cards inside.

  7. Keep Alchemy cards in Alchemy

    Keep Alchemy cards in Alchemy. I feel as though I got ripped off by MTG. I paid money for Mythic Wild cards. I turned one in and the card I got is not what I wanted. I bought The Meathook Manicure to play in Historic as the card was spoiled. I want to play the ORIGINAL version of the card in Historic. Alchemy is a scam designed to rip me off. Money Fraud.

    ban arena cards in standard play. they are not standard cards and should not be in standard play. I wasn't aware that standard in arena was tabletop rules.

  9. Foundations Decks have missing cards

    I just updated the game today and got the New Player Decks on my Inbox, but I didn't get all the copies of the cards on the decks and as such some have missing cards. For example the Path of Power deck is missing Temple of Abandon

    the audacity of putting broken alchemy cards that conjure extra cards into your deck/hand/graveyard out of thin ******* air is a spit in the ******* face.

  11. Cards not found in collection

    Hi, I spent several wildcards to build a deck to play the Baldurs Gate Constructed event, the cards are showing up as having 2 available of each, Earthquake dragon and Monster Manual, however when I try to build the deck I get an error message that the cards are not in my collection. I also spent wildcards for Miirym and Korlessa, but those cards seem to work fine? Hoping I can get my wildcards back, or the cards added to my collection. Thanks!

  12. Deck contains cards not in your

    Invalid Deck: ... "Deck contains cards not in your collection."

    This is the second time this has happened.

    The first time I received this error I placed two "Plate Armor" into the deck when I clearly had two in my collection. Purchasing an additional one allowed me to save the deck as playable.

    This time I am attempting to use two additional "Luminarch Aspirant" The screenshots below show that I have four in my collection. However, I receive this error when trying to save.

    The interface also tells me I have four so I'm not able to purchase any more…

  13. Neva show Invalid Deck error in Standard Brawl

    Can't use Neva in Standard Brawl. Get invalid deck each time, works when changed to any other commander. Neither of the 2 art styles work.

    Steps to reproduce: Make a SB deck with Neva as commander and try to play.

  14. Deck editor shows only 7 sideboard cards

    The deck editor shows only 7 sideboard cards in decks which are Traditional and have 15 sideboard cards. The cards are in the deck, but they do not show up in the editor. It shows 7, then "Best of 3 only" but below that is blank.

  15. Cant change my deck with sideboard cards

    Wont let me add cards when sideboarding. Lets me take cards out of my main deck but cant add sideboard cards to my deck

    Getting error "Deck contains cards not in your collection."

    This is incorrect, I have thoroughly verified that I own all cards in the deck that I've constructed.

  18. Pre-Release Code Cards

    Change back the Pre-release kits to allow for up to 5 submissions. I purchased 5 pre-release kits for Bloomburrow in anticipation of being able to both collect the cards physically and redeem the code cards for MTG Arena. For the last 3 sets (MKM, OTJ and MH3) i was able to redeem up to 5 pre-release code cards for those sets. It literally incentivized me to purchase more pre-release kits. And I did so for Bloomburrow expecting this as well. Well instead I got dupped. Didn't see any announcement about them changing this back or it being an error in…

  20. Invalid Deck in Timeless format

    For some reason that I don't know, when I go to search for a match with my Timeless deck it appears as an invalid deck, but in the decks session it doesn't show any error so I don't know what's interfering.
