How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Awful display of cards
New update on IPAD IOS has a terrible presentation of cards during opponents turn where cards are barely visible on the bottom of the screen. when it is your turn the card just rise to a level where the picture is visible but text is not unless you click on the card and it expands individually. This is a significant challenge fore someone playing a deck of cards one is not familiar with. Black screen
Android mobile device. App opens only to black screen. Turned phone off and back on, didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, didn't work. Maintenance performed on 01/27/2022 and game hasn't worked since.

Auto Shuffler Fix
Your auto shuffler has a really ****** relationship with the match types. I designed a red/green gods aggro deck. During Historic Play, every curve is perfect. The deck works exactly as expected. However, as soon as I go to Ranked, I’m getting only one lands, or I’m getting only mana rocks and no creatures, or vice versa. Nothing like what happened in Play. This is obnoxious and absurd. The auto shuffler needs a complete revamp as it is blatantly clear that it is broken .

Instant card image stayed on the field
Mobile iOS My opponent played Claws Out instant it worked as usual, but then the card image stayed on the field, blocking the right side of the battlefield for the rest of the game. Did not have any effect on the game itself other than blocking and staying up when it should be off the stack.

searching Energy counter in deck build is not showing any of the energy cards at all anymore
in the deck builder i tried using "{e" to search for cards with energy counters which i believe worked about 6-10 months ago also tried "O:energy" still didnt work which is even written in previous patch notes from 2021 to work in searching for cards with energy counters really need to fix this since a bunch of new energy cards were just released in the new set

Retrieving asset manifest
I want to play the game, but I am constantly getting “Retrieving asset manifest” on the load screen and nothing else
This is an issue with YOUR app, not my phone, not my network. Don’t try to tell me otherwise, that is a lie.
Fixe it or want a refund from the last purchase I made, which was just before this issue with the app started happening

Scrolling doesn't work on Mac
On a Mac laptop with a trackpad, scrolling on the store page or anywhere there's horizontal scrolling — i.e., redeeming orbs — is totally busted.

scrolling goes to the end of the list with a small movementexpected results:
scrolling should move much more slowly, corresponding with trackpad movement.being able to page would also mitigate this issue. ideally these screens would have paging support.
it feels like you're giving Mac users the mobile version of the app and haven't optimized it at all. Kinda sucks.
Also, isn't an "idea" so don't ask me to "post idea".

Non-random RNG + Gaslighting players
Make the algorithms RANDOMIZE opening hands, card draws, and opponents - be HONEST with players and stop trying to gaslight us. Yes, we know that the algorithms are "working as intended", and that is PRECISELY the PROBLEM. IF they are random (which we can clearly see they are NOT) show us the proof; let's see the scripts and / or the test results conducted by third party companies. That your company only responds with canned messages denying what we can clearly see with our own eyes and compare with experiences using paper products shows how much of a problem…

Lunar convocation does not work in draft
Lunar convocation Does not work in draft . Was my first rare that I opened I tried using it in my second game. I paid to life and drew a card and at the end step my opponent did not lose life, and I did not get a bat token. I built my deck now my draft is completely ruined. ******** very much.

Loading initial scene
Game won't load past "loading initial scene" tried reinstalling and restarting computer still doesn't work.

Sideboard doesn't submit
Sideboard doesn't work in BO3. After clicking submit, you go back to sideboard screen and can't take action. Next game starts when time runs out, and without your sideboard changes applied.

Caldera Breaker(and most likely other exile cards)/removal
When playing Caldera Breaker on at least Android, (I assume this also happens on iOS) Caldera breaker exiles all of the mountains in your deck until it dies, upon which those mountains are put on the battlefield. However, when given the option to sacrifice Caldera Breaker, (I tried to use Corrupted Conviction specifically) the game would not let me select Caldera Breaker and would just open or close a list of all the cards exiled by Caldera Breaker. I can't interact with the card period which also means I can't block with it to kill it either. The card…

Random Shuffler
I was playing Arena today, I play and enjoy the game A LOT. I mean no disrespect by this post I just would like an explanation.
So I usually just play historic casual matches. But lately (past week or two) Ive been getting into games where the opponent concedes immediately, or they are AFK and the timer forces them to concede. Like 9/10 they would concede before the first card is even played.
So I decided to try ranked, to see if there was less of that going on.

App froze screen went blank
started ranked match on iOS iPad. The screen was on „entering the match”. After a minute the app freezed screen went black. Couldn’t re enter the app or a game for a minute and final,y when I could, I lost a match

Match wont load says network error. My network is fine
Fix the game. This happens lots of times. Game says network error and my network is working fine. But yalls site says all servers good.

Exhaust bug
My opponent managed to exhaust his cards multiple times when elvish refueler was on my board and not on his. Can someone explain this ? is this supposed to work this way ? It was during a sealed event so I lost a game while I was not supposed to
