How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Can't play games
Queue times seem unusually long, and when I do finally get into a game (in any mode, both constructed and limited), nobody seems to be able to make any choices on keeping or mulligan hands. Sometimes hands don't even show up and I see only an empty board and stats that say both players have 999 cards in hand, 999 cards in library, 999 cards in graveyard etc. Can't play any games at all.

Shuffling algorithm
Hello, even today you can find me here talking about card shuffling and mana flood. Even yesterday Wizzard's support scammed me with the classic bot message, they don't even read what is written in the reports. Today I played in the standard event where I made 13 because I drew in 4 games in a row from the fourth card onwards in identical order 2x reckless impulse and 4x wrenn's resolve, for 4 games in a row, I lost 2500 gold "gaining" 50 gems.

Fullscreen mode does not remember previous resolution
Fullscreen does not remember previous resolution.
In past versions, exiting full screen mode would return the PC client to its previously chosen resolution . For example, I play on a 4k monitor, but in windowed mode, I play in 1440p. Last year, when I would exit full screen with the keyboard shortcut, the screen would return to its former size, but at some point, it just started becoming a window with the screen's full resolution. I play on three Windows devices, running both 10 and 11, and the behavior is the same. This makes playing the game in full screen…

Sparky wont go away
Sparky came back about a 2 updates ago and it wont go away and there is no option to turn it off. I completed the tutorials years ago, there is no reason for this feature to turn itself back on.

stalling
Every few matches I encounter a player that will wait until the very last second on the clock every turn before clicking continue, never resolve cards until it times out, and drag the game on for as long as possible for no reason whatsoever. This is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed. Please program in functionality to take an average/total of overall 'stall time' spent. If it is extremely high ask the opponent after the duel if it appeared the player was purposefully stalling the game for no reason, word it how you want. If the said player…

Match won’t load
Match won’t load. At first I thought it might just be historic gameplay (perhaps Arena is overloaded with something else) so I (paid 8,000 gems) entered the win a box draft and it’s not loading either. Am I sol for those gems now? Hoping you fix the bug so I/we can play the game :(

Deck with multiple cards like dragon's approach, rat colony and nazgul are not available to play.
Just went to play brawl with one of my decks but it's not available anymore saying that a can't have more than one copy of each cards including Dragon's Approach, Rat Colony or Nazghul.

Ban Tasha’s Hideous Laughter
I’m starting this as a prediction that this card will cause major problems.
I’m surprised that this was a preview card, like Wizards is trying to troll us now, or that they think mill is so awesome that this card will get players excited for Adventures in Forgotten Realms, on par with the Tiamat or Drizzt reveals.
You might as well ban this card now, before release. Mill is bad enough, and now this? Clearly Wizards isn’t paying attention. It‘ll either be unfun, OP, or both, but the lack of caring either way by Mark Rosewater and team is evident.

Can't buy gems or change payment method
I tried to purchase some gems from the store, when I click any $X button, it brings up the option to pay $X or Cancel, and when I click to pay $X nothing happens. There is also a button that says "Change Payment Method", and when I click on it, it also does nothing. This is on PC on Steam.

sideboard
Disconnecting and Reconnecting during a Bo3 match prevents you from moving cards in and out of sideboard. Can pretty much replicate this by quitting and reconnecting.

Brawl not working after update (iPad)
Brawl is not working for me after the update. I try to join a Brawl match, and the game is stuck on "waiting for opponent." I can hear gameplay in the background, but the screen is just stuck on waiting for opponent. I've tried restarting an uninstalling/re-installing multiple times but it does not work.

Ranked Match Opponent Timed Out - Stuck in Match and Cannot Exit
While starting a ranked match, I chose my starting hand and continued. My opponent timed out but the match did not end. It also will not let me exit the match/concede. I have to restart my game completely to get out of the match.

Jump in
My jump in midweek magic event gave me 28 lands in a 40 card deck. I picked Roku for my first packet and Powerful for my second. I checked my deck before playing and lo and behold, green lands for some reason

Running Timer Down Exploit
Please add a timer for players who are abusing certain effects to make their turns last indefinitely or until they have ran out your timer so they can skip your turn. It's not fair that you can't even skip over responses if you have a spell that can be cast. It forces your timer to run down while the opponents just keeps tap/untap for 13 minutes - 42 minutes.

Game loss without playing
Hi,
I made a premier draft deck. Went to play my first game - I saw my opening hand but was not able to keep or mulligan then it suddenly went black, and after some time the program went back to the draft screen with the option to play a game, but did not register a loss at that stage. Cannot cast instant spells during my opponents turn
I have played multiple games since yesterday where at a certain point into the game normally past turn 5 or so, that I do not have the option to respond to spells or phase changes during the opponents turn. So I have been unable to cast any instant or flash spells. Such as a counter spell, removal spell, etc. The only consistent I have noticed is Up the Beanstalk has been in play on my side and I have had at least one land tapped.
