How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Wrong pet showing

    If I choose the Peaceful Pup pet for a deck (using the deck editing tool, since Pup is not my Default Pet) the game will actually show Hunter's Hound instead of what I chose.

  2. Random Shuffler

    I was playing Arena today, I play and enjoy the game A LOT. I mean no disrespect by this post I just would like an explanation.

    So I usually just play historic casual matches. But lately (past week or two) Ive been getting into games where the opponent concedes immediately, or they are AFK and the timer forces them to concede. Like 9/10 they would concede before the first card is even played.

    So I decided to try ranked, to see if there was less of that going on.

    (I play life gain mainly. Its a 60 card custom deck…

  3. Unable to join premier draft

    I keep getting locked into "Network Error: Unable to join event" for Premier draft. Now, I can't play anymore.

    Then, I tried to submit this bug and got a 404 error.

  6. Spark continues after tutorial is done

    Spark continues to float around and talk after tutorial pointing to nothing and generally ruining the game.this happened after Dec 10 update. It appears to be stuck in a loop as if I was in a completely different menu screen right after I finished the training months ago. Please make this stop

  7. Mastery Pass Rewards not recieved

    Mastery Pass Rewards not received. Its been several days that i have not been recieving the paid mastery Pass rewards. Until they dont fix it im not buying anything else. Its a joke we pay money for this and we dont get the gems or the card packs that we should be getting.

  8. Paypal Store purchase dosnt work

    When attempting to purchase anything from MTG Arena with Paypal option on infinite loop ...enter Username enter Password, thats all I get I only have paypal option as i do NOT have a credit cards only a savings debit card they dont work i have submitted this info 3 times under technical problems NO response in weeks I emailed their 3rd party people via messenger that run/control their payment system Wizards know of this issue and have yet to do anything about it.

  10. *** - Unable to Login - Timeout and Attach Failed to Drop Other Attach - ***

    Before I uninstalling MtG: Arena, I couldn't open Shop or Mastery due to "Crashing with a Unity Window (red exclamation point)". I uninstall MtG: Arena and re-installing it back. Now, I can't login with either timeout or "Failed to Drop Other Attach" error. What to do?

  11. Deck with multiple cards like dragon's approach, rat colony and nazgul are not available to play.

    Just went to play brawl with one of my decks but it's not available anymore saying that a can't have more than one copy of each cards including Dragon's Approach, Rat Colony or Nazghul.

  12. Unclear disconnect

    Often I disconnect but don't realise as there's no way to determine whether I've actually disconnected or if the other player just isn't making any game actions. This is very frustrating and has lead to undeserved losses.

    This wasn't a problem previously, but I have found that I can no longer rely on the 'waiting for server' spinner to appear when I am disconnected like I could in the past.

  13. Background is the same color as the collected color in the deck screen

    You can't see how many copies of a card you have, because it's the same color as the background.

    The background in the deck building screen needs to change to a different color theme. I suggest blue, gray, or black.

    See the attached image. How many copies of this card do I have, can you tell at a glance?

  14. stalling

    Every few matches I encounter a player that will wait until the very last second on the clock every turn before clicking continue, never resolve cards until it times out, and drag the game on for as long as possible for no reason whatsoever. This is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed. Please program in functionality to take an average/total of overall 'stall time' spent. If it is extremely high ask the opponent after the duel if it appeared the player was purposefully stalling the game for no reason, word it how you want. If the said player…

  16. Opponent timer ran out then game froze

    Opponent timer ran out then game did not proceed. Showed his hourglass for a few minutes then I closed program and restarted. When I came back I had a loss. Please reimburse the gems, thanks.

    Client frozen during ranked draft.

    Hopefully a refund for myself and all of my draft partners. forced to leave draft and unable to drop from premier drafting because of the frozen draft state.

  18. Running Timer Down Exploit

    Please add a timer for players who are abusing certain effects to make their turns last indefinitely or until they have ran out your timer so they can skip your turn. It's not fair that you can't even skip over responses if you have a spell that can be cast. It forces your timer to run down while the opponents just keeps tap/untap for 13 minutes - 42 minutes.

  20. Bug with [Yera and Oski, Weaver and Guide]

    I killed a creature that had exiled my [Yera and Oski, Weaver and Guide], however i when it entered under my field again, I couldn't choose any type and couldn't go futher, I had to wait out my 3 timers before game auto resolved the turn for me. It said surveil as well, but I didn't have any surveil going off

    What I think will reproduce the bug, is
    1: Exile a [Yera and Oski, Weaver and Guide] with Sheltered by Ghosts
    2: Kill the creature that holds Sheltered by Ghosts
    3: Game bugs out and you have to wait…
