6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Room cards cause android to crash
Trying to look at room cards on Android causes the game to crash. Tested it out multiple times we and it doesnt seem to matter what specific room card it is. Fix your jank client please.

Crash when launching the app on Mac
Problem :
- Since yesterday, I cannot play to MTGA anymore while I'm a regular player since months.
- Each time I launch the app on my device , ) the app crashes during the launch after the "loading initial scene" phase.
- There is no error message - I just come back to my deskMy Config
- Macbook Air Apple M3, 16 go
- MacOS = Sonoma 14.6.1What I already did :
- desintall and reinstall the app with Epic Game launcher ---> no impact

Lilah Crash
Whenever I get a trigger off of Lilah, my entire game crashes on the Android version and kicks me out the app. I haven't been able to play my Prowess deck since the update :(

Crash issue
(Playing on iPhone)
When starting a match for pioneer format (after matching with an opponent) the game freezes before showing opponent then crashes.
After closing the app and opening it again it tries to reconnect to match then crashes again at the same time (when connection to opponent is completed)
This makes this game unable to play and definitely needs fixed1 vote -

Arena crash
Whenever I activate ugins binding from graveyard the game completely crashes and I am sent to my phone home screen. I have played on the same device for over a year. With no issues and this is happening in the same ranked historic deck that I have been running with no issues. It only crashes ugins binding triggers from the graveyard and it has happened multiple times now

Draft Refund Request – Server Crash
Hello,
I was playing a Draft event on MTG Arena today around 11:30 AM Paris time. Everything was going well until the servers suddenly crashed, and I was unable to reconnect for a while.
When I finally managed to log back into the client, I saw that I had been given a loss, which broke my winning streak. This defeat was not due to my play but to the server crash.
I kindly ask if you could refund my Draft entry as compensation for this inconvenience.

Crash with New Update
Just downloaded new update. The game crashed at the beginning of the match. I was able to rejoin then it crashed again. I rejoined, it crashed, and then I couldn't rejoin the match without it crashing. Happened as soon as I attacked with Ragavan, same card crashed the game twice, the second time was spontaneous though. Dang, I was gonna win too lol. But yeah, please fix, want to get back to playing.
Also, I troubleshooted, force stopped and cleared cache, android can do that quickly. Was still crashing, and the error is new,…

App crash when commander is cast
Brawl mode
Each time a commander is cast, the app crash and i cant log back in until the match is over from the auto concede. Its been like that for days, cant complete my tasks, cant earn xp and gold.

Warp/exile animation crash
Game after recent update on Android (Samsung) crashed twice in a row after casting a warp creature.
Happened in premier draft making me skip 2 turns and technically leading me to a "forced loss"

Freeze, Crash and Localize database lost
During match on playing rank match of BO3, game freeze and crash.
After restarting MTG Arena, it suddenly began verifying the localization database.
After force-quitting and restarting again, an 11GB download began, preventing me from starting the game until it finished.
The same phenomenon has occurred at least five times.OS: Windows11 Home
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX3060
Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz (2.81 GHz)

Games freeze and crash since the last update
Since the last update (12 may) the game keeps freezing each time I click on play and then crash. I tried to lower the graphics but it keeps repeating. It is the first time I have a problem like this. I'm on PC.

Multiple Mirror Room/Fractured Realm cause crash
Several times I have experienced a GreError crash that results in a Draw when I’ve had several Mirror Reslm/Fractured Realm (from Extravagant Replication) fully unlocked and an effect triggers. The latest trigger was five Overlord of the Hauntwoods attacking, and I had four Fractured Realm, which would be five triggers each for a total of 25 triggers. Not a huge number, but the game crashes. It’s probably happened four times.

Client update today has caused client to crash approximately every 2 minutes. Games are unplayable.

Client crash - Null Reference Errors
Platform: Windows
This bug just occurred randomly in the Aetherdrift Quick Draft event. It has occurred 2 games in a row, when a counter is added onto my permanent it causes a loop to then cause the game to slow down and eventually crash. When joining the game again it would not render anything but the field which caused my timer to be "consumed". The work-around was to ALT+F4 multiple times and reconnect. Seems to occur if you add a counter to a vehicle.
I have attached the logs. It appears that there are a few null reference exceptions…

Crash while using Fabled passage
I am playing on Android 14 on a Fairphone 5. The game keeps crashing when I play the Standard Mono G Landfall deck while I am searching with Fabled Passage for a land. Restarting my phone did not help and I can reproduce at every time.

Mobile crash issue when switching apps
I use MTGA when commuting and I need to switch to my bus or train ticket app when boarding. This causes the MTGA app to crash and restart. I am allowed to reconnect to the previous game after selecting the right format, but this does cause a big delay that can cost a turn or a forfeit if not fast enough. I also don't want my opponents getting the idea that I'm doing this on purpose. I think this should be looked at for a future patch for mobile as I am finding it to be a big issue and…

Crash when joining match
Game crashing when attempting to join some games. See images attached. When attempting to join some games there seems to be either some coding bug or possibly someone hacking to get a Disqualified win. The images show the loading text all messed up and repeating itself and another language that looks similar to arabic. Can't even submit log because game will not stop crashing until the match that started has timed out. Even attempting to close and clear cache does not remedy the issue of it crashing. Anyone else having this issue?

Crash and match loss
It happened to me many times in the last weeks, that the game crashes as soon as an opponent is found and the match is ready to be played. Then, if I try and open the game to reconnect, I find a bugged loading frame as in the attached screenshot, and when I finally manage to get back into the game, the match I was about to play is considered as a loss.
This happened to me with premier draft, ranked and standard event matches.3 votes
