How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

I cast Outpost Siege and the game won't let me choose the mode. I'm on Android and it started happening recently. Idk if it's affected other cards with choosing modes.

Stuck in Matchmaking
Subject: Account stuck in infinite matchmaking loop
I'm playing MTG Arena on macOS through Epic Games Launcher.
On November 5, 2026, I entered the Standard Ranked Best-of-One queue. After more than six minutes without finding an opponent, I closed the application.
Since then, every time I launch Arena, it automatically takes me back to the matchmaking/loading screen without displaying the main menu. The loading-screen text also appears in Phyrexian.
I've restarted my computer and confirmed that Epic Games Launcher shows no pending updates.
Other players are reporting similar issues. It appears my account may be stuck in a matchmaking session…

Stuck when starting MTG arena - directly goes to "Waiting for opponent" screen
Upon the initial launch of the application, i am immediately taken taken to the matchmaking screen, which displays a message "waiting for opponent"

Stuck in Queue with a garbled screen
Stuck in queue, can't cancel. Alt-F4, reconnect- takes back to the same queue but with garbled runic text and 10 friends online ( I literally do not HAVE any). Queue lasted more than 15 minutes. Tried uninstalling completely, and reinstalling. Logged back in, same garbled screen and game is unplayable.

Stuck in "waitung for opponent" screen
When i have Akromas memorial in play, i cant activate my jace, multiverse architect's -3 ability, this shouldnt be the case since my creatures only have protection from black and red, and jace is blue. Happened 3 times already

Cannot Download on Mobile Device
For some time now I have had to switch to the Ubuntu OS, and MTGA is not supported for this OS. I even bought cards in the game when I had a Windows PC, but now I cannot play, and this is an issue since I have spent money.

Kaito, Bane of Nightmares planeswalker is not affected by Sanctum Lurker and Way of Pyromancer effects
I am playing a lot with planeswalkers decks on Arena and whenever I have Kaito, Bane of Nightmares planeswalker on the board and Sanctum Lurker or Way of the Pyromancer - Kaito does not have these extra loyalty abilities (+2 from Sanctum Lurker or +1 from Way of the Pyromancer).

Match making
I keep getting stuck in match making ques upon game loading up. It takes upwards of 15 minutes to get to the main screen. And then if I try to start a match, in any format, it just keeps me in the que until it says reconnecting to server and takes me back to main home screen.
Steps to recreate are load the game, and select a game to play.

painter servant with sphinxs tutalage
after drawing with tutalage out milling stopped before their whole deck was milled. since painter servant is on the battlefield all cards share a color.

Cannot find a way to view previous rank history
Is there any way to get a record of my account’s rank history? Or just the highest rank achieved? I would just like to know for my own knowledge as it’s been awhile.

Not letting me cast instants on opponents turn after casting a creature spell on my turn. It let me cast an instant on their turn only if I didn't cast on my turn.

UNBEATABLE OPPONENTS
Why do you incessantly force me to play against people who play exactly the same cards? Every game have exactly the right card every time they need it and there's absolutely no possible way that I could ever win this game so they're either cheating or you're forcing me to lose. I don't appreciate it having my time wasted.

milling does not work
whenever i play a card with a mill effect, the mill was ignored and the clock was automatically running out while the other effects resolved normally. very brutal gameplay bug.

Connection issue with the update
Says Outdated Client Version, but I have downloaded 100% of the update. Think it's stuck at 100% and not installing.

ENGLISH: Act I - WAR Lore Event - Momir bug
As shown in the screenshot I previously attached, the Android version displays an abnormal screen labeled "ENGLISH: Act I - WAR Lore Event - Momir." My decks are not displayed correctly, and I cannot even start a match.
