How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Server Disconnect Mid Match
My game disconnected in the middle of a match. Literally as I am swinging in for lethal damage to win the game, I get the message "server disconnected", the screen goes black briefly, and I am back to my draft menu with no option to rejoin the game. A few minutes later, the game is registered as a loss. Why am I paying money for this experience when I can just be randomly told "nope you lose" right as I'm about to win?

Jumpstart Locked Out - Home Button
The Jumpstart screen only shows a Home button. I am not able to play, resign, get a new deck, etc. This bug occurs on both mobile and Mac.
Steps to reproduce - Login to Arena, click Play or navigate to Jumpstart.

FF Booster had a Commander Legends card with a Cloud Strife art
I just oppened a FF booster and got a "Najeela, the Blade Blossom" with a Cloud Strife art in the mythic slot. I did a quick research and I didnt find anything that suggested that this is indeed a card in the FF set. What should I do? i can't even use it in standard...

Not connected but loss anyway
So, as you can see, 2 mins in, I am not in the game... And then when I canceled, it showed as a 2nd loss... For the amount of money I am paying you guys, I expect a refund. Pls, check my account, you will see that I am a definition of a "paying customer", and I feel really bad now. This is like a 5th time in the last couple of weeks that I am losing because of tech issues, but now it's enough.

Achievement issue
Just finished a Start Deck Duel game with 0 cards in the library, but the "All According to My Calculations@ Achievement was not unlocked, even though it doesn't say anything about the Starter Deck games. Didn't make a screenshot as didn't expect this, obviously.
Is this right, or should the achievement have been unlocked?User: Meerkatsneeze#59987

premier draft disconnect, again...
Once again in the premier draft directly after the last one I reported my game went unresponsive in the middle of the game causing me to lose this time I got completely frozen. Please fix and Please give me back the Premier draft resssources I just now bought gems for this its really frustrating

Draft loss bug
At least twice in the last week, I was playing a premier draft or sealed event, and during the game the screen faded to the main screen. I was then awarded with a loss, despite the game status (at least the one of this morning the game was quite balanced if not ahead for me)
This results in early conclusion of those events, and resources were wasted.1 vote -
Premier draft
I was playing a premier draft on my laptop and it just kept on happening that couldnt read the cards as I tried to hover over them they didnt zoom in like usual. Id like my token back please I dont know the set that well and I had to guess the wording on my cards.

アゾリウスの放血者が場に出ている場合、ダメージ・ライフロスが２倍になるはずですが、盗賊の才能によるライフロスが起こった場合、２点×２＝４ライフロスのはずが２ライフしかロスしません。確認お願いします。

Auto ending my main phase 1 even though I have creatures with activated abilities i want to use before combat
Activated ability of druid of the ciwl getting ignored as an option and my mp1 gets skipped

freeze shd not count as lose
game freeze and kicked me out, then count me as lost. I was in a premier draft, and the results count. I want my refund.

Searing Blood is not working properly
Searing Blood is not working as it should, it's the second time I've killed a creature with it and my opponent got no damage out of it. Almost lost a game just now because of this bug.

STICKER
Purchased the stickers emote and the mastery pass for the Final Fantasy set. I am unable to see the stickers on the emote page, there are just empty circles. The Chocobo companion also shows up as a dark shadow on my screen, the sleeve for the mastery pass also just shows up as grey.

Draft
Drops the game half way through and no loss or win given the. Log in to new draft freezes once finding opponent then does the same till I lose for ti.e and loss appears , I've lost over 20 games like this finally have enough annoyance and anger to do so.ethi g about it long time customer and lots of money spent please make this right

final fantasy midweek magic can't use basic lands bug
In Final Fantasy Constructed Midweek Magic event, my basic lands are not showing up. I am assuming this is a bug, because it says "any cards from Final Fantasy Set", and Final Fantasy was released with basic lands, I would assume, as is every set.
But, if this is not a bug, you should ALSO prevent people from using cards that search for basic lands and utilize basic lands, because I feel I just wasted 15 minutes of my life building a deck that I now have to delete and start from scratch, hoping I can build a decent multiple color deck that uses ONLY nonbasic lands.In Final Fantasy Constructed Midweek Magic event, my basic lands are not showing up. Absurd arena losses
Have to say I do try not to lose my mind on every bad luck or good luck chanc scenario on limited games but after an insane bad luck run I watched my opponent curve out in a five colored deck in final fantasy draft, which already sucks imo, with a three mana counter then a cryptic command into a jodah playing mostly white black base and I struggled to play my two color deck. Problem is either it's rigged or this game sucks because there is zero skill, they didn't make a single decision because counter both those were spells flat out wrong but f&!$ me right?!?! May see this once every 100 games IRL but not on arena oh no this is daily, until I smarten up and quit. To the poor son who reads this get out because you've already felt it and you know this is true
