Simplified Version Default
How on earth does this make any sense?
I can get a card style of a card in JAPANESE but I can’t get the retro brothers war artifacts in the regular frame.
I can’t read the robe of stars and there is no option for the regular edition.
Why have “hide alternate styles” if it does nothing?
You already have “view simplified” as an option when I tap the card but that should be a DEFAULT without the need for me to tap.
When the final fantasy and avatar cards with 99.99% art and I can’t read them? It makes no sense.
In addition, those versions requiring mythic wildcards is borderline predatory business practice when some are COMMONS.
In a digital client like arena I should be able to view any version of a card.
I don’t like the old frame and I hate the universes beyond frame. I want to READ my cards.
Make it a version or a card style but I want the simplified version for ALL CARDS. I want the classic frame. Regular magic cards. That isn’t a lot to ask for.

Vault Progress wrong or not working
Vault progress is showing that it's full but when I click to redeem it it brings the waiting for server loading screen then it goes away with nothing happening. I don't remember if I had filled the vault progress or not so could be a visual bug.

unable to purchase anything from the store
Unable to purchase anything from the MTGArena store for the past two weeks or so.
I´ve tried various debit/credit cards, Paypal won´t go pass the "confirm you´re a human" step.

Got gems from Stellar Sights card in EOE when not all owned
Today when I opened an EOE booster, I got an EOE rare and bonus Stellar Sights one which got replaced by 20 gems, saying I owned all of them.

deck having all the cards but still needing to be crafted
Deck is complete but is coming up with the craft all button. this appeared on my Marrow Gnawer brawl deck after i crafted the Special Guests for Rat Colony after I had already maxed out the card from Dominaria. I have hit the craft all button multiple times but the button doesnt work and the deck wont be registered as a complete deck

Riling Dawnbreaker
I would like to request a refund for a game of draft fast Tarkir , where I cast a card called predator of the angry dawn. When I cast this card on sorcery, the card disappeared , it didn't go to deck, neither to the graveyard nor exile and I couldn't cast the creature part of the card it just disappeared . Please evaluate as I participated in the same with gems. Thanks in advance

Early-access streamer event
As MTG is a really competetive game it feels quite bad to have a select few people have "early-access". It doesnt seem fair to have people already have limited experience when anyone can play, in constructed i guess it doesnt matter that much.
To me these kind of events destroy the competetive integrity of MTG. I dont understand why you dont just host prerelease events like its been before MTG Arena. Never seen something like this in MTGO ever and i do doubt that people are happy to watch the new set draft and not beeing able to play it themselves.As MTG is a really competetive game it feels quite bad to have a select few people have "early-access". Containment Priest does not work on put creatures on battlefield
I had a game where my Opponent was able to put creatures on the battlefield via: Defense of the Heart. I didnt got any chance to flash in Containment Priest as a response. Containment Priest's Flavour Text states: If a nontoken creature would enter and it wasn't cast, exile it instead. And before you ask, yes i had exactly two mana open, because i was waiting for the heart to trigger. Thanks for considering.

Glitch with fourth tutorial level
Whenever I play the fourth tutorial level I am unable to finish the game. After playing the card confront the assault I am supposed to get three 1/1 spirit cards to block against the opponents attackers, unfortunately these blockers never show up and I can't compete the level because they aren't there. Another thing that I am having a problem with is that almost all the the opponents cards do not go the to battlefield instead they stay in the same area where you are able to view a cards stats and what it has. Unfortunately these block my view of the game because they change to their battlefield format on the side of the screen and like I said prevent me from seeing all of the board. This however is a nuisance so the first problem I would think is more important because I can't complete the tutorial and therefore can not enter the actual game. I do play on Android. I should be able to see the blockers and again they do not show up and the enemies cards should go to the battlefield not stay on the side of the board where you view them.

BUG: Exhaust Abilities may be used infinitely during opponent turns
Exhaust abilities can be activated any number of times during opponent turns. No Elvish Refueler was on board when I encountered this bug
How to reproduce:
1. Play any card with the Exhaust ability - I used Stampeding Scurryfoot to produce the bug
2. Activate an Exhaust ability during your turn
3. Activate the same Exhaust ability during opponent's turn
4. Repeat.Platform is PC
Actual results: Able to activate Exhaust ability as many times as I have mana to pay for during opponent turn.
Results should be that the Exhaust ability cannot be activated during opponent's turn. The ability is even grayed out!
I encountered this bug in Draft, verified that it was reproduceable, and then conceded the match.

Yargle Achievements Not Tracking
Game won in Pioneer ranked queue using all vanilla creatures no achievement awarded.
Combat damage dealt with Yargle is also apparently not tracking either.
This event seemed fun but it's unfortunate that there's these bugs, it sucks the fun out of it to complete the achievement and not get rewarded for it.

Can't see the rest of sideboard in best of 3
So I don't know what is causing this issue but in best of 3 even though I have 15 cards in my sideboard, I can only see six instead of the rest of my sideboard.

Brawl 4 mythic rare cards banned but no refund (they were all mythic rare when I crafted them). Scammed!
I used 4 mythic rare wildcards to craft 4 cards for brawl, that is 20$ USD on the store. Wizards just banned all 4 and did not give a single refund for them. Wizards just stole/scammed 20$ USD from every single Brawl player… How can we trust to invest in this game with this kind of conduct…

Pyrogoyf not dying after casting toxic deluge
My opponents pyrogoyf was a 5 6 and I cast toxic deluge, paying 6 life. For some reason the opponents pyrogoyf did not die and had 1 toughness left. The types in the graveyard align with this I will add them below.
They then killed me right after this because I had an empty board and their pyrogoyf was still alive.

B&R updated – Failed Refund of Wild Cards and HAS stock chat
Seeing the B&R update from 10 Nov 2025 (-0800 UTC), I noticed I did not get wild cards correctly added to my account (as of end of 10 Nov 2025, still working with support to resolve this issue).
Specifically cards were banned and I was not issued said wild cards to my account; in the correct quantities.
Importantly, there are several cards have been rarity shifted (99% downwards). An example, if you wanted to play with Despark, you could only craft this as a rare from Mystical Archives (STA). Then it was made available as an uncommon (you were never refunded for this).
With some quick spot checking, I noticed 52 cards from at least 6 sets that have this issue. That 17 mythics, 10 rares, and 25 uncommons have been downgraded at least by ONE (1) rarity. In some cases, multiple rarities.
In the worst case, you could have crafted 4 at the highest rarity. Then the card was rereleased at a lower rarity. You have wasted those 4 wild cards (this is far more offensive with mythic and rare wild cards).
The clean thing WotC can do here is just refund all accounts. Say if WotC released a mythic and then rerelease it as a lower rarity, then give people the mythic wild cards. If you downgrade it a second time, refund again. Be generous, so players can be generous back to WotC.
Seeing how WotC mistreat initial critical whales of MTGA, definitely reminds future, would be whales to stay clear. Jeff Hoogland was spending over 1kusd annually with WotC for MTGA, to make content. Jeff no longer plays on MTGA and probably spends more with Second Dinner and Marvel Snap. You should be very familiar with your paying customers and VIP. Understanding Jeff playing Magic and leaving MTGA was a lack of communication and respect. That WotC was not generous and actually quite rude to the fair criticism. Checking NSQ:HAS, your market cap is still measured in the billions (even after the disastrous Magic30). I would think with all of these billions and posting strong quarterly reporting from WotC side of HAS earnings, Hasbro and WotC should reinvest in MTGA than actively fighting players. (Would be paying customers that WotC drives away; and yes I told my friends to not play MTGA cause how awful the economics are.)

Awaken Bug with Clutch of Currents
Awaken Bugged with card, Clutch of Currents is bugged, that awaken cast mode always causes auto tapper to tap the land you target to get counters and become a creature, even with full control. Resulted in a loss at 6-2
