Draft problem -
I was drafting Through the Omenpath - Trad. Draft, when halfway through pack 3, the system reported of a network error, and I was kicket out of the draft. It was not a network error on my side, as I was able to access websites etc. When I was able to log back in, the draft was completed, and I had received a number of off-colour cards. Therefore, I would like to ask for a reimbursement of my draft.

Magic Arena
Hello,
I would like to show my dissatisfaction with the successive bans on red cards, especially on the red card Leyline of Resonance.
It makes the game completely unfair for Mono Red Players, the other colors already have so many cheap removals and cards like High Noon or Authority of the Consults and Green decks to go 20/30/40 strength.
Now if Wizards bans cards all the time because people complain, and probably free players I'm going to start making the same complaint. Please let's make the game fair for all colors, that's all I ask.1 vote -
Spectacle of Destruction Timing Out
I have spectacle of Destruction out. My opponent has the Elesh Norn that gives all my creatures-2/-2. I created 200 1/1 tokens that all die to SBA. The 200+ triggers of the spectacle of destruction take forever to complete. I ended up using all of my timers and then it started using my opponents, and neither of us could do anything about it. I am unsure what happens when my opponents timer runs out, because they scooped before that happened.

cannot boot up arena
I cannot play the game at all. I cannot get past the retrieving asset management page of the loading screen. It says error updating data, please try again. I have completely uninstalled the game, multiple times and tried running the game from steam, and directly from the mtga launcher on pc. no matter how many times I uninstall I cannot get any further than retrieving asset management. I can connect from my iphone just fine.

random freezes
I have been experiencing random freezes where the game completely locks up lately, I don't know whats causing it as I usually have to do a cold reboot to fix the problem. The other thing is if you are trying to force a game loss don't be so obvious about it, my last game 3 mulligans in I finally got a new hand first 3 were exactly the same.

Timer countdown when I can’t do anything
I am not completely sure how, but I was holding down on cards to read them during a phase change, and my own timer started counting down. Annoyingly, though, I was unable to trigger any effects or pass/resolve. I was just stuck sitting there with my counter counting down when I should have been able to resolve an opponent’s effects or resolve the phase. Because of this, I received a loss in the event when it was still a close match.Platform: IOS

Mastery Orb Emporium multi-selection
Currently the mastery emporium screen only allows you to buy one item at a time, It would be a nice add to have a multi selection that would allow for an allocation of orbs and unlock of all chosen items.
I don't purchase the mastery pass until I have completed it, so the orb trade in is arduous. It would be nice to have a more flexible feature set similar to the open 10 packs at once option.

No card limit on permanent "Hare Apparent" in standard. [PC/Steam}
Just played a ranked standard game in Mythic and had an opponent that had more than 4 copies of "Hare Apparent" in his deck. His IGN was "SigragK". Exploiting the bug. Hopping into deck builder I confirmed that there is no limit to how many "Hare Apparent" copies can be in a deck set for standard. You can complete the deck and play it.

Login Fails after exiting bot match
On Steam
Accidentally queued a bot match, immediately tried to exit under a second of the match queueing,
Managed to use the game menu to exit the entire game, said game had already began to start, was exiting queue phase into board phase as the entire program stopped.
Once I was completely out of game, i tried to re-login and now it continues to say the authentication fails due to a timeout
Think my account might be stuck in a match that hasn’t started and can’t stop

shuffler in events
I ay for a draft event and then the sorry *** excuse for a shuffler completely screws mw over, like WTF were you guys thinking, first game got all the red lands in my deck while drawing mostly white cards, game 2 same thing but reversed pulled 9 white lands and all red cards, third loss same as first game. Like seriously WTF??? you want people to buy into your game but you put ********* like this into it? and the fact that it happened 3 times in one draft says this **** is not random.

Stressful time pressure - Proposed solution: Choose a difficulty level that sets the time limits...

one of my personal wishes for 2026... ;-)
The time limits in the matches are much too short, especially for beginners. On the other hand, most experienced players prefer a fast game.
This could easily be solved by choosing a personal difficulty level: the settings should allow players to choose whether they want to be classified as a “beginner,” “hobby player,” “pro,” or “master.” Depending on the choice, the time slots available should be set accordingly:
Beginner: time window x 4
Hobby: time window x 2
Pro: time window x 1
Master: time window x 1/2…

iOS Mobile: Waiting For Server Loops / Hanging After Last Premier Draft Pick: Cannot Build FIN Preimer Draft Deck After Drafting
Hello,
I'm writing issues this morning where I attempted to do a FIN Premier Draft on Mobile at 6:10am EST on Oct 3. After the draft, the game was stuck on a Waiting For Server Loop. This occurred on iOS with the newest version of iOS and the most updated game client on mobile. On restarting the client, tapping "Build Your Deck" led to a Waiting For Server loading screen that fishy stop unless I hard-closed the client. I attempted to Repair Game Files to see if it worked, and the issue still persists at the time of writing.

Game not recognizing movements
Dear support, I lost 1 match in ranked because the game understood that I took no movements, which I did. After I cast 1 card, the game took much time to auto pay the white mana, then in a second play, I did cast a bat, then the bat stood on to the screen like the other player was thinking about it, but he was tapped out, so the time started counting, and I look at the emotes and the emotes were like I was thinking, how is this even possible. Quick Draft awards seven wins after six
Hello! Twice now after getting six wins in a Quick Draft event, when I've pressed Play to play another match, Arena has immediately granted me the rewards for seven wins and reset the event to the purchase screen, as if I had completed the event. These were Tarkir: Dragonstorm Quick drafts; one was a few days ago, the other last night. I think I've attached the log file from the right session below. Thank you!

Was not able to purchase Strixhaven Mystical Archive Mythic copy of Mizzix's Mastery with Mythic Wild Card.
I tried to purchase a Strixhaven Mystical Archive Mythic copy of Mizzix's Mastery with Mythic Wild Card. This version of the card is rated at mythic rarity. I already have a copy, and was trying to purchase a duplicate. I received a message stating I had insufficient rare wild cards to complete the transaction. This is a bug. The card is a mythic rare and I have one mythic wildcard. You may have rarity shifted Mizzix's Mastery, but that version is still mythic. Please advise.

terrible algorithm
I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I can play and have not a very good deck and then three games in a row. I am completely dismantled by people that have insane decks that no matter what just destroyed me typically within the first five turns.
Freaking ****** me off and makes me not wanna play because how beeping annoying it is.There has got to be a way to figure out a good mixture of fast paced decks versus slow paced decks and people that have monster decks that in real life would be a $10,000 deck.

people conceding and not allowing for people to reach certain achievements
people conceding during certain achievements is going to be a pain. for instance milling your op for a win. how many games in arena do you actually have your head explode from a mil deck due to drawing an empty deck instead of conceding. I think there should be an option for players to finish the turn op concedes on, or be able to play until it is their turn. maybe there is a better answer but something should be done or certain tasks will be a headache. also it would be nice for some better rewards for these achievements.…

Remove the Timer Rope from MTG Arena
The timer rope should be removed from MTG Arena. There are instances when you are required to perform several actions on your turn, and are not able to complete them because the rope prevents you from doing so, even if you are playing at a good pace. This is particularly true of combo decks, such as the brain freeze/lion's eye diamond/underworld breach decks in the MTGA Powered Cube. The underworld breach only lasts for one turn, so if you cannot complete the combo kill in one turn, you basically lose the game. It is particularly difficult when you do not…

unplayble/broken game. Cards get floating on the upper righ corner
The game is currently unplayable due to severe interface issues that prevent progression through the tutorial. Specific problems include:
First Tutorial Battle: It is extremely difficult to select blockers. The interface seems unresponsive or poorly aligned.
Third and Fourth Tutorial Battles: Cards float in the top-right corner of the screen, making it impossible to select creatures to block. This visual glitch breaks core gameplay mechanics and halts progress.
Please investigate and resolve these issues, as they make it impossible to complete the tutorial or enjoy the game.

Application did not record me my wins and I didn't get my rewards.
I just completed an Arena Powered event and I had a record of 4-3. However it only recorded 1 win and I was only paid out 1 win. I feel cheated out of my rewards for such an expensive event. Please fix this because it really ruins the experience when one pays for an expensive event but gets essentially no reward. If you have anyway to verify records or number of games by an account, you will see that I have more games played or won than just 1-3.
