6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unclear Gambling Odds - Please Update Your Support Documentation
I appreciate you have the start of a Reward Distribution page:

Could you republish on The /drop-rate page to include what are the expected odds just of Special Guest (SPG) hits when you open MKM and OTJ packs.
Moving forward, please publish the isolated SPG drop chance. This is to fulfil your legal requirement to disclose the odds of gambling when opening up chance based packs (which can be purchased for money).

mastery pass
I did not receive the correct mastery pass rewards for Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass. I got the wrong 3 packs for the 4th level, I received a different standard pack and not the Lorwyn packs that are advertised, and I only got 1 mythic card for the 8th level, despite it advertising that I should have gotten 3.

Mythic Lorwyn Eclipsed Packs give regular rare wildcard
Purchased a Lorwyn eclipsed mythic pack but the mythic slot gave a regular rare wildcard. This should have been a mythic wildcard.

Stop forcing seeded pack sealed events in Bo1
Seeded sealed packs don't allow players to fully experience the format and can lead to extreme feel bad moments. It is not uncommon to choose a theme in seeded sealed and then have the rest of your pool not cooperate with your choice. When this happens it feels like you're at a significant disadvantage because you're building with only 4 or 5 packs, while your opponents are functionally building with 7 or 8 packs. (Assuming a seeded pack is worth about 2 packs)

Mastery Pass Reward Bug: Level 4 of Lorwin Eclipsed Mastery gives me 1 Lorwin Booster and 3 Edge of Eternities boosters instead of 4 Lorwin Boosters

Golden Pack Gave Banned Card
I just purchased 10 packs to get a golden pack. When opening the golden pack I received Screaming Nemesis, a banned card..... Disappointed!

Incorrect values given for rewards when looking at buying levels
When clicking on the mastery pass on the steam version if you attempt to buy levels any packs that are paired with currency adds the currency amount to the graphic of the amount of packs you will get. Leading it to seem like you would get 4000 of some packs and 600 of others. I believe the currency amounts should be shown on their own so as to not confuse buyers.

EOE Pack Duplicates
- Purchased 3 Edge of Eternity Packs
- Cracked first:
- Contained Banishing Light
- Said "First"
- Thought that was odd because I definitely own copies.
- Cracked second pack:
- Contained another "First" Banishing Light
- Confirmed I have copies (pictured).

Bugged Mastery Pass
The 4th track of the Mastery pass was supposed to give us 4 packs of Lorwyn (3 + 1 on the free track). Instead I recieved 3 packs of Edge of Eternities and 1 of Lorwyn.
I don't mind opening Edge packs but I'd rather be opening cards from the current set. Especially since I paid into the pass with my hard earned gems.

No reward of any kind granted after victories in ranked and other events on the 25th of March 2026.

Missing Mystic Pack
Playing on Galaxy Tablet. Just won Alchemy Game. This got me to the next step on the Mastery Track which happend to award me a standard pack. I did not go and open the Standard pack straight away. Wining the game also completed the daily Spells event and tipped my gold over the threshold to buy another pack. So I went to the store an purchased a Mythic Pack. Rare wild card in mythic pack
Since you release mythic packs on your game this bug exist. It has been YEARS and you have not fixed that bug. If we buy a MYTHIC PACK, we are not supposed to get a rare wildcard.
This happened again today on a Lorwyn mythic pack. I am on android but seen the post below that bug is generalized.What are you waiting for to fix the bug ?

Give daily rewards for finishing a match without conceding
I believe that the perception of the game of Magic (online or otherwise) would improve immensely if rewards were given not just for winning, but for playing. I'm tired of always facing the same old meta decks in standard unranked matches. I want to see these so called "jank" decks and "for fun" ideas, but with everybody's limited time, and life's other priorities, they don't play them because they need to get that gold to stay competitive with their leisure time.

Jump In! Screwed up mana bases, misleading color pack choices
Jump In! continues to show packs that are say, Blue + Black, only for it to be mono Blue with one or two split-cost cards and then shove a bunch of Swamp into the mana base. This is entirely misleading and completely messes up the mana base, making the play experience miserable at times. Screenshot included for the Midweek Magic Lorwyn Jump In; this is not the first time I've run into this problem. However here I chose what was advertised as UB and the second pack advertised as UW, only to end up with basically an Azorius UW deck…

Unable to purchase 20,000 Gem Pack
I am getting a “duplicate” error message whenever I try to purchase the 20,000 Gem or 40,000 Gem pack. This only happens for these specific packs. Is there a limit of how many times this pack is purchasable?
This is on Android OS, tried using 2 different devices (Samsung Tab S7 and Moto Razer Ultra.
