How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I did not receive all of my pre-order packs
I bought both preorder packs, but I only received the items in the 50 pack pre-order.

Reward not added to library
As a reward for the weekly event i received the End Stone. When i checked my library the End Stone was not there.

Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received
I have not received rewards for the mastery pass today. I am sure that I did not receive the non-DSK packs, but may have missed other rewards that I am unaware of due to realizing this bug after leveling multiple times today.

Premier Draft for EoE and other events not showing. Was unable to open EoE Packs.
Signed up for a Premier EoE draft, and was in the middle of drafting when Arena bugged. Logged back in and no recent events were showing (EoE, Quick Draft Tarkir, etc.) Was also unable to open EoE Packs, Arena stated that rewards could not be received at this time.

Mastery pass mythic reward
Mastery Pass reward from level 47 of the final fantasy mastery pass not recieved! I also cannot capture log from Android mobile which is what im currently playing on. But two mythic rewards were not given. I'd expect them to be given since I paid for them.

Preorder Edge of Eterneties blocks buying futher packs
After buying the Preorder Edge of Eternities, user cannot buy any further packs.

Golden Pack progression
I have been at 6/10 progress with Golden Pack. Purchased 3 packs for 3000 gold and 1 pack for 1000 gold (all Brothers of War packs)... Golden Pack progressed to 8/10.

Mastery Pass Rewards not received
I reached level 39 of the mastery pass but did not receive the Bloomburrow pack that is a reward for it.

Bug: Alchemy: Edge of eternities packs
I opened 20 alchemy: edge of eternities packs with the hope of opening dual lands which according to this post: https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/mtg-arena-renewal-rotation are part of the set.
I got 0. So either the post is misleading. Or there's a bug with this sets packs. Or I got incredibly unlucky. The chance for this is less than 0.006093597% so I doubt it is the latter.
Even if I don't get refunded it would be nice to know which of the 3 is the case.

missing mythic card reward from mastery level
when i bought the mastery pass this week i didn't recieve the Mythic cards for the completed levels, along with any newly completed levels with this reward.

Magic the Gathering Foundation packs do not include all cards
Many of the cards in the Magic the Gathering Foundation set are unavailable through store-purchased packs. This is absurd and requires substantial wildcard consumption to address.
You need to fix this and provide adequate recompense to make us whole.

Solution: Roping (reward based, not punishment based)
Most of the anti roping ideas come back to detecting/punishing the ropers.
I've been starting to realist the solution isn't about the roping player, rather about the other player.
In any non ranked, random queued game add the following well publicised rule:
If you win a game to a roping opponent (an opponent who has roped for >80% of the entire duration of the match and/or has lost to roping timeout) - double your gold and XP track rewards for the game. Make sure both the roping player and the normal player are notified of this bonus at the…

Missing edge of eternities packs and renewal
due to the huge player surge at the time of release on Arena I was experiencing a lot of lag and failed to get the first half of my Renewal Egg bonus. I relaunched the client a few times afterwards and failed to connect to servers multiple times, but eventually was about to access the shop and my pack. I was opening pack individually and experiencing large spikes in latency while trying to sift through my pulls. Eventually I decided to start opening them 10 at a time to expedite the process, but with my last 10 packs the client…

3 Quick Draft Matches Reward Bugged
I play on PC. On the bottom right of the client near where it shows the Mastery Progression for the season there has been a reward for entering 3 Quick drafts. I have since done several quick drafts and have played well over 3 matches but nothing seems to trigger this.
I also see that others have had this same issue. I have also not seen any follow up to these. One post by Karlpybara#93312 showed over 5 pages of comments. Please advise!

Bring Cube Prize Packs in Store
The new Packs winable in Power Cube Draft should also be available in Store, so many cards recently implemented in Arena are not in Boosters anymore, some kind of "Chaos-Booster" would be just great for buildinng further collection and booster fun.

Game crashes when trying to open new packs.
Game crashes when trying to open new packs received for completing challenges. Game crashes during matches- screen freezes and the only way to fix the issue is to force quit the app through task manager. Tried lowering frame rate and other visual settings but gameplay is still very glitchy and animations are not smooth.

Color Challenge final reward bug
After completing the color challenge, when I try to claim the final reward, my game gets locked on the "waiting for server" screen. I have let it sit there for 30 minutes with no change.

I want to swap away Through the Omenpath packs
I refuse to play Through the Omenpath events, I do not want the wretched cards from these packs. Requesting a swap for on my account for any other Arena packs or an exchange for gems
Terrible set from the art, names of cards, keywords, game play...probably the worse set of all time.
