How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Claim Rewards - Show what rewards were for

    After a match where awards are given (such as daily achievement awards), it'd be nice to know what the reward is from- this text should be displayed with the "Claim" screen.

    Example: I have 2 daily achievements, one for playing creatures and one for playing a number of colored cards. After completing a match of Jump In, I'm presented with a Claim screen for 500 coins. But which achievement did I complete? I have no idea. I have to leave the Jump In page, go back to Home to view achievements, then go back to Jump In to continue playing.

  2. Card text blacked out and unreadable

    Since the last two updates, when building a deck or even when opening packs, some cards have portions of text blacked out and unreadable. I'm on Android.

  3. My rank and rewards aren't progressing no matter how many matches I play and have a sparky rank of 0 even though I am mythic ranked

  4. Quest and reward gold is not added to my gold total

    On iOS. Every time I am awarded gold it does not add to my gold total. I repaired the game files, logged out and back in, but the gold is still missing.

  5. Premier Draft Game did not record Win or cards played.

    I won a Premier Draft game and was reward none of the following:
    a. Draft win progression
    b. Daily win progression
    c. Quest progression (Cast green/red spells)

    Match ended at approximately 9:12AM US Eastern Daylight Time

  7. "Forgotten Caves" reports as common instead of uncommon(correct) rarity in crafting.

    "Forgotten Caves" reports as common instead of uncommon(correct) rarity in crafting. The bug occurred while crafting for a Brawl deck on PC.

  8. Rigged Vault Percentage

    Love the way you've rigged the vault. I know it's rigged as I looked at the vault percentage before I open packs and then open them. Funny how I've had maxed evolving wilds but when I open packs and receive another evolving wilds it claims it's my first and my percentage in the vault doesn't move. Fix this **** and stop bogaurding people.

  9. Card from pack not in card inventory

    I opened a pack that gave me a card called "Raph's Jitte" with the subtitle of "Umezawa's Jitte." I cannot see it in my card list at all, no matter what filter settings I define. This card appears to be banned in all formats that are available online in Arena - but there should be a way to view it in the card list. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it is intentional. Also, any card that is banned to the point that it is unplayable and unviewable should not be offered in the packs on…

  10. Snow-Covered Wastes are not available for new accounts

    In the research I did before contacting support, basic Snow-Covered Wastes were automatically granted to accounts (through the in-game mailbox system) with the MH3 set, however, there are no MH3 packs/lands available in the inbox for newer (2026) accounts, making these basic lands completely unavailable (they can't be crafted and can't be obtained through store packs of MH3).

  11. Fullscreen setting doesn't stick

    On Windows 10, playing game through Steam for PC, when I change the graphics setting to fullscreen it stays that way only for the tab you are on. For example, on the main game bar at the top you select the "Packs" tab and enable full screen it will remain that way while on that tab. The moment you switch to another tab such as "Home" or "Store" it will revert to a windowed version of the game when it gathers data from the server.     Game wins not counting towards rank progression and gold rewards. Four straight wins since today's update (BO1 ranked historic), no gold rewards, no rank progression

  14. Rewards missing

    SInce today, ven if a play a lot of games, progression on missions, pass and daily victory is not working. I suspect the configuration assistance (don't know if this this the real translate in english) that happen when I launch the game. It wa the first time I saw it today. This bug happen on my PC. Thanks for your understanding

  15. Golden Pack Progression

    2/13/2026 - Golden pack progression is not recognizing Lorwyn Eclipsed Mythic pack purchases. Tested out with regular pack purchase and that's being recorded.

  17. Daily quests and daily wins no progression

    Today 25/03/26 There is no progressions after winnings for both daily quest or daily wins, Same is happening for the Midweek Magic, Had 3 wins but no progression and not possible to claim rewards

  18. Problem receiving event rewards.

    I completed (6x3) in the event on June 10th (International Day of Play) and did not receive the rewards. After finishing the event, I was redirected to a screen to restart it, but it's not possible because a network error message appears. I would like to receive my rewards.

  19. mastery

    The hassle of claiming Mastery Orb rewards

    When redeeming Mastery reward orbs, each one triggers a loading screen, which is frustrating. Please make it possible to claim them all at once.

  20. samurai's katana
