How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Sudden Draw

    my opponent out tricked me and had the clear victory and as he swung his winning strike the screen said draw

  2. Experience

    Weekly experience rewards aren't rewarding any experience towards mastery. Upon completion of winning a game the counter of weekly experience ticks up, the notification appears, however no progress is logged towards the mastery completion. I play MTGA through my Android phone and don't use any other devices to play. The expected event is obtaining 250-275 experience per win, however none is added to the mastery progress after the notification appears, which claims that it has been. Screenshots attached of totals prior to winning a match, notice of reward given, and evidence of no reward recorded.

  3. Quick Draft Quest not completing

    I started another draft and am still not receiving progress for the three quick draft matches however, and clicking thee quest doesn't appear to navigate to anything. Is this a known issue, or is there any other way to receive progress?

  4. Achievement not registering

    Achievement “your go - win a game where you only cast spells on an opponent’s turn” completed several times and not registering.

  5. Tender wildguide not allowing to put counters on

    Tender wildguide wasn't allowing me to add counters to it. Only mana ability was allowed to work.

  6. Duskmourne Alchemy Event Bug at 11/06

    Since 11/05/2024 the alchemy event (Bo1) is giving OTJ Alchemy packs as reward instead of Duskmourne ones.
    For me, are already 3 events that I recieve the wrong rewards.

  7. Detain Keyword Not Fully Explained

    The Detain keyword isn’t displaying it’s fully text and is missing large gaps from what the tabletop version is, completely failing to explain that there is a duration. Additionally, detained creatures are not displaying any text about the status.

    This is on IOS.

    Cube draft is not in arena but it says it supposed to be until the 8th of April

    1. Go to decks
    2. Select deck to edit (Angels).
    3. click edit deck

    it just goes to wafting for the server message and loading

  11. Spike shell servo pet does not respect mute setting

    The new Spikeshell Servo pet has a very annoying zoom animation and loud sound. Every other pet can have its sound muted and movement stopped by muting the other player. (Even fairies with their constant high pitched fluttering.)

    But its zip sound and screen crossing animation still play even when the other player is muted.

    Even better, add a gameplay setting to totally disable pets for all games. They are more annoying and distracting to me, than I enjoy tapping them.

  12. planeswalker commander bug

    There is an issue with Planeswalkers as commanders in Brawl. As long as the Planeswalker is not on the field the game play is normal. When you cast the Planswalker it and following spells remain on stack image, they can still e interacted with but other items become unresponsive. massive bug. playing on iOS, iPhone 11.

  13. Consuming Aberration milling more cards than intended

    Consuming Aberration appears to be milling more cards than it should be. When a spell was played, opponent would reveal a nonland, a land and then 2 more cards. Whether visual or gameplay I'm unsure, because its possible the client knows the land is 4 cards down and reveals as intended, but what I see clientside is the nonland, land, then 2 nonlands

    reservoir kraken is not functioning as intended right now, with the opponent able to tap my creatures to pay the cost of its triggered ability

  15. Jump in Quest won’t progress

    The complete jump in 3 times quest will not progress. I have tried winning jump in then resigning ( repeated 3 times over). Then I had tried winning 3 matches on each jump in then resigning and did that 3 times but it did not progress so I have been stuck with out being able to progress for months now!

    I am unable to login to my Wizards Arena account for the iOS app. I keep getting an error message saying the request has timed out.

    Eerie Ultimatum when cast only shows 2 lands to bring back when there are many other permanents to return from the graveyard

  18. Game keeps freezing windows

    After the new update (which I'm aware I can't even attempt to update the game on my phone) I am also unable to play the game on my PC. It freezes the moment I try to do anything. For reference this is on windows.

  19. Mastery Pass Rewards not working

    From level 33 to 41 today I have not received any of my Mastery Pass premium rewards, only the top row of rewards.
