How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Can't Rejoin Draft - Quick Draft Magic: the Gathering Foundations
Before the latest big update (yesterday, Sept. 16, 25) I joined Quick Draft Magic: the Gathering Foundations. While drafting (picking cards) I had some work business and I stopped drafting. After the update (now) I am trying to rejoin draft, but when I I try to "Rejoin Draft" the game says: "Network Error. Unable to get draft progress. Please try again later"
I tried doing it on 3 different networks with 3 different devices - my home PC, my Office PC, and my Android phone - all with the same result.
All other game modes, including Premier Draft, work fine.…

Final fantasy error timeout
I always enjoy your company's games.
I just finished drafting for Final Fantasy and tried to play, but it was already unavailable.
Previously, there was a countdown and a grace period from drafting until the game ended. Why is this happening now?
I request a response.After finishing the draft, I was already unable to build my deck while in the process of doing so.

Bug: Avatar Midweek Magic
I entered the Midweek Magic event for the week of 11/18 and after selecting the two decks, my deck construction was only 13 spells; the rest was 27 lands. It appears all lands and no spells were added from my second deck selection.

Blocked numbers and words
The words and numbers are blocked out. Help please
It happened after the last update. Its impossible to play when all the numbers and some text is gone. Playing on an android phone which worked perfectly yesterday.12 votes -
Game is hanging for no reason
Get your **** show in order WOTC. I have spent money in good faith that the product you offer will work correctly. I have started 7 total games today and 5 of the 7 have been with 3 separate decks. The first deck froze two times out of 3 games when all I did was tap to activate an earthbent Fabled Passage. In both games.
The next deck, froze once and finished one.
3rd deck if froze two consecutive games around turn 5. All the freezes have taken place after stabilizing or when I am attacking in with lethal trying…12 votes -
Stuck on "Entering Match" after the latest update
After the latest update i can not enter any match: its stuck on "Entering Match" screen after “Waiting for opponent”. Before the update everything worked perfect, so it's definitely is related to it. “Entering Match” screen lasts seconds or even minutes and then it returnes back to the main menu. Everything else (shop, etc.) works fine. Log file is attached.

Got the wrong packs as reward!!!
Suposed to get 3 lorwin packs as 4th mastery pass reward, received edge of eternities instead. Would like the 3 packs of new set.

Avatar Jump in events don't add the correct cards and replace them with basic lands. Horrible play experience. I selected Firebending / Powerful. Having 27 Lands and 13 Spells in Deck. Cleary all spells from the Poweful deck were replaced by basic lands ...

Empty battlefield upon connecting to opponent (after a span of long connect times resulting in cancels, client restart)
I attempted to connect to an opponent as follows: start search>2+ minute wait>cancel>restart search>1+ minute wait>cancel>restart search>near immediate "waiting for opponent">game connects>VS banner>blank battlefield. On the blank battlefield where I'd expected to see a mulligan screen, I cannot concede and must alt+F4. Upon restart, this happened again. Mousing over the opponent's deck showed all counted deck/card statistics at "999."

Mistrise Village Incorrect Functionality
Mistrise Village can make spells uncounterable at any point they are on the stack. When playing against Jeskai Control in Standard, my opponent cast Shiko, Paragon of the Way. I responded with a counterspell. They then activated mistrise village, which incorrectly made the Shiko uncounterable. It should only work if you activate before casting a spell. After further testing, when activated it made all spells of the controller uncounterable. This was tested on both Mac and PC.

You cannot purchase unhinged island in daily deal today, all other 4 basics are showing but no island

Cards are black, without any pictures and other display issues
Cards are black without any text or look very weird. Gems look red and weird and other problems with the interface

BUG: Death by Vanilla creature achievement doesn't fire
The Death by Vanilla achievement (new in the Yargle Day update) is not being completed even though I have won two games casting only creatures with no abilities. I have also made sure to cast at least 5 creatures each game to satisfy its reqs

Game freezing
Game is freezing during combat for me, with no way to fix.
I need to close and reopen the game and hope I haven't skipped any phases - this has cost me losses in both of my last 2 ECL premier drafts. This is on Android and it's only happened since TMNT updated on Arena.
Can I get a refund or something?

Wrong mastery pass packs reward
Master pass level 4 reward says 3 Lorwyn Eclipsed packs, but I got 3 EOE packs instead

Token destruction freezing game
This has been happening for 3 days now, I’ve seen multiple other reports but there’s been no response whatsoever from wizards so here I am again. Upon any token destruction, the player who should have an opportunity to respond will be locked out of making any moves. The timer will run out while the pass button is nowhere to be found. Additionally cards that theoretically you can respond with are not able to be used, mana is not able to be tapped.
