How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Game hangs at match end

    The game hung at the end of the match. Instead of returning to the main display and showing what was won, the screen just went black and stopped. I had to close out and restart the game.

  3. Sideboarding not saved in Bo3 Matches

    Whenever I play Bo3 Standard Ranked, after my first round, I get to the sideboard screen, do my changes and press the Done button, but when the 2nd round starts, my changes aren't applied, I keep drawing the same cards I took out during the sideboarding.

  7. Client Crashed during draft match

    Client crashed during a Quick Draft, rendering me unable to play my turn, and resulting in a match loss. Is there a way to reverse the loss so I can play the full Draft? Thanks!

  8. Match rigged

    Can you please fix the absurd bad game system!!!!

    It is absurd that with 25 lands i constantly have mana problems!!!
    It is absurd that the percentage of games i start drawing is less than 30% every day!!!!!
    It is absurd that if i change my deck i immediately face the worst possible opponent!!!
    It is absurd that using a deck with more than 60% of winning history i cannot leave platinum tier 4 or 3!!!!

  9. Sudden Defeat

    I was playing an opponent in Standard magic event and was already 1 win 0 loss against him. I controlled the game and when I played Ashiok (which in a controlled board state, against an opponent without resources, was very likely to win the game) the DEFEAT message suddenly appeared on my screen. It really looks like a hack since it would be a very big coincidence to instantly lose the game exactly at the moment I was going to win. I ended up losing the game and getting disqualified from the event (1 loss allowed only).

    if opponent has more than standard amount of cards in deck the game will lagg,
    if you have more than 100 tokens generated in one action the game will freeze

    I have been opening throne of eldraine packs and receiving only 20 gems instead of rare cards but my throne of eldraine collection is far from being complete.

  14. Unable to sideboard, "Done" has no effect, game continues after timeout

    Unable to sideboard. "Done" button does nothing. Deck contains no cards. Timer freezes. Can switch to battlefield with "View Battlefield".
    Game continues after timeout (can be seen in battlefield view)
    In sideboarding view program variable names appear like "Username1" " LongUserName" and under deck name "{currentQuantity}/{expectedQuantity}"

  15. auto skipping main phase issue

    so I am on my main phase, with a Goblin Electromancer on field. i am about to cast my 3rd instant/sorcery this turn for Phoenix in my graveyard trigger, i still have one drop of mana, discover cost 2 but with decrease from Goblin Electromancer i should be able to cast it. however it auto skipped my main phase to battle phase that i missed the trigger timing for phoenix.
    log attached. please help.

  17. Wont get my mythic cards rewards from mastery pass

    So far i didn't get any mastery pass mythic cards rewards. At first i was thinking it was just a UI bug, but further inspecting my collection gives me a hint i wont got any new actual mythics (86 mastery lvl currently). If i am being wrong, please clarify which new mythics i've got

  18. Can't Gain Rank in Traditional

    This is game breaking to me. I can't get to mythic because I can't play traditional and Bo1 ranked plays you against similar matchups.

    I just won 2-0 in traditional and I didn't gain two, let alone one, rank. Currently at Diamond 3.2.

  19. Mythic Card not awarded

    Mythic Card upon reaching Lvl 56 was not awarded.

    I think this also happened the previous steps where a Mythic Card should have been awarded but I did not pay attention closely enough. Now at Lvl 56 it definitely was not awarded

  20. PEOPLE USING ILLEGAL CARDS EITHER BANNED OR NO-LONGER STANDARD LEGAL

    since yesterday after your update you can not play standard ranked I have tried but people have figured out how to play cards that are no longer standard legal they have rotated or are banned cards. I have lost trying to play but going up agaianst lynalor elf rekindiling phynix once upon a time just doesn't get it very unfair. I am not playing pioneer I am playing in standard ranked best of 3 wow I guess you all just can't help but give people every way6 you can to cheat. As if you all rigging the shuffler wasn't enough…
