How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Why can't i capture logs on mobile?
How does this game keep finding new ways to be terrible every day? Why can't I get the bug logs on mobile?

BO1 Draft game 1 had both mine and my opponents permanents in the centre.

Graphical Glitch
I went onto the store page and all items were expanded to immense scale covering whole screen. I moved to other pages, first deck, then battle and it persisted.

cards that only appear in other type of ranked game appear in Standard Ranked game
why cards that only appear on historic , pioneer, and Timeless will appear in Standard Ranked game? Is this normal?

Veteran Ice Climber card mill not working correctly
I just had an experience where my veteran ice climber was milling more cards than its power. The ice climber still had 1 power but I was attacking with multiple creatures totalling 4 power. I targeted my opponent and they had 4 cards milled instead of what should have been 1. I'm playing on my android phone and this is the first time I have noticed it. I don't know how to reproduce this as this is the first time this has happened.

Connection issue during SOS premier draft
I was playing SOS premier draft with my PC(Steam).
During card picks, two different each cards picked in one pack and suddenly connection issue happened.
So I restart the client but the computer already autopicked a few cards.
And it even happened twice.
It was 06:04 PM KST (05:00 AM EST)Please get me back 10000 golds.

“Missing” daily challenge
Hello, I would like to request information regarding the daily refresh of the three “daily challenges.” For the past few days I have noticed that one daily challenge is marked as completed at a time when I was not playing.
Since I use only one device and I have not received any login emails from other devices, I would like to ask you to check my account regarding the completion of the daily challenges.
As they were not completed from my device, I assume that either there is a bug or they were completed from other devices that do not belong to me or are not authorized by me.
If this is an account bug, please fix it. If, on the other hand, you detect logins from devices other than an iPad (iOS), I ask you to block the access, as they are not devices authorized by me or that belong to me. I have not granted or shared my login credentials with third parties, so I would like you to take action to prevent my account from being used improperly on other devices.
Additional details:
– the challenge that is marked as completed is always the first one at the bottom left, as shown in the screenshot I am attaching.
– the completion time is around 6:00 a.m. (Italy).I hope the issue will be resolved. Thank you in advance for your attention and for your prompt action. Good work to the whole team. See you soon!

Forced redownload after disconnect
When the game crashes due to a network error - e.g. personal wifi goes out, and the user quits MtgArena to try and restart, the game forces a verifying of files and a 1gb+ download in many cases. Not sure if this log contains the requisite input (prob not) because I had to restart the game. Mac client installed with Steam. This seems to be a repeated bug every time I've had a wifi disconnect, or tried to start up MTGArena while not connected to wifi.

reaping willow ability unable to trigger
I was unable to remove tokens from my reaping willow during the sorcery phase of my turn despite having tokens on the creature and the available mana to cast it. i tried 3 turns in a row to do this and was unable to remove the counters to bring creatures back from the graveyard.

Opponent doesn't make move during tutorial
A few times now, during the tutorials, my opponent will simply not make their move. The game still responds (I can view card details, access menu, etc), but the opponent simply sits there doing nothing, and I have to relaunch the game and hope it doesn't bug out again.
This is on Android.

Nine lives
When using the enchantment nine lives, some sources of damage, such as bandit’s talent, can still kill the player through damage rather than counters. As the language in nine lives states “source of damage” this should include effects such as bandit’s talent level 1 “you take two damage if you have <= 1 card in hand”. However atm it is possible to die by damage with nine lives and this card.

use of talismans before treasure (even at 1 life)
Talismans are great for mana fixing and ramping, but what player in their right mind would use the colored mana from a talisman at 1 life if you also have 6 to 8 treasures available.......

Arena lags and freezes constantly on Mac.
Since today's update--Maybe the update dropped a couple days ago, I haven't played for a few days--The game has been functionally unplayable. It's running at a single-digit frame rate and constantly freezes for several seconds at a time, causing me to rope out constantly. I don't see how anyone can play Magic like this. It ran fine just a few days ago, but y'all broke it.

This game is rigged, so I'm deleting it. Good job running off a paying customer.
You all have heard this a million times but, if you refuse to fix any major problems, like Mana flood/drought, and matching people against decks that we have no chance of winning against, I'm afraid I will have to take my business over to MTGO, where they actually listen to their customers and FIX PROBLEMS THAT RUIN THE GAME! Good job losers.
