How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

対戦中のフリーズ
直近のアップデートの後、対戦中に自分、相手に限らずなんらかの効果の解決中または解決後にフリーズが発生します。現在100％の発生率です。対応願います。
例えば相手の除去によりこちらのクリーチャーが墓地に置かれたが、相手の除去カードが表示されたままこちらのターン時間の帯が減っていくが何も出来ないままフリーズとかこちらの強化カードの効果で強化されたがその強化カードが表示されたままこちらのターン時間の帯が減っていくが何も出来ないままフリーズとかです。
結果的にアプリを終わらせるしかなくゲーム出来ません。2 votes -
Crazy interface
Missing pieces in arena interface and locks everywhere, impossible playing. Lots of connection error.

Dawnsire
So….. I got a Dawnsire, Sunstar Dreadnought in play. I play a Mindskinner and attach a Pain for All to it.
I station Dawnsire with Mindskinner, attack with a creature and target Mindskinner with my Dawnsire.
Opponent got 100 damage…. Shouldn't the opponent Mill 100 cards????

Death triggers kill my game…
The game crashes when a death-trigger (spontaneous “fatal push” or similar events) resolved. I would like to play magic the gathering and not watch fancy animations or silly bugs that kill the game, and my mood. Is it possible to just program an app, that is working? After watching two games, where the time fuse goes down in a powered cube draft, I got pretty angry. Maybe I start printing just my own cube and play on paper with friends. Will cost me much less money and nerves. The fact that the Arena-Support is not really responding makes it all worse. Thanks for nothing.

Two quick draft games with Lorwyn Eclipse crashed.
I was in the fourth game of the Lorwyn Eclipse quick draft when the game froze. I couldn't make any plays, I tried to restart the game but my time had run out. The same thing happened in the fifth game. In the following games everything went well.

Bug: Goliath Daydreamer
Bug: When using Goliath daydreamers ability to play spells from exile, I played Full Throttle. When I try to cast it the second time using his ability, the combats do not add up. Instead there is an image of the combat with a x2 on the side and then it goes to the opponents turn. I think this is a bug. I was hoping to have 5 combats a turn with this trick.

Failed To Declare Attackers and Other Problems
Was doing a match of Lorwyn Eclipsed Quickdraft and it would not let me declare attackers several times. It wouldn't even let me activate Firdoch Core for an extra blocker. Maralen's trigger wouldn't go off even though i had her on the battlefield. Please refund my gems or gold, as I feel I really had the upper hand in this match. Other matches went fine.

Creature stats are not legible
Since the latest update, I cannot read the power/toughness in any of the creatures and the player's life totals when playing in my phone (android). When playing on my PC, everything is fine.

[BUG] Converge cards ignore manually tapped lands, and go for max color cost possible
Lost a draft because the card Archaic's Agony ignored the fact i manually tapped 4 mountains + 1 plains to float mana to cast it, and exiled too many cards off the top of my library.
Expected behaviour:
Tap 4 mountains and 1 plains; Have 4 red and 1 white mana floating;
Cast Archaic's Agony;
Archaic's Agony gets cast with two colours for 2 damage.Actual behaviour:
- Tap 4 mountains and 1 plains; Have 4 red and 1 white mana floating;
- Cast Archaic's Agony;
- Auto-tapper taps Potioner's Trove + U/R dual and does 4 damage;This happened when I was 3/2 in premier draft and made me lose to self mill :'(

Living History visual display bug
Living History is incorrectly displaying the text of other cards.
Also this process to submit feedback is a PITA.

Opened packs with mythic wildcards and didn't receive wildcards in my overall total.
I opened up 2 packs from the mastery track rewards. One was Strixhaven the other was Lorwyn.
Both packs contained Mythic wildcards (total of 2).
My mythic wildcards never updated with those two new opened wildcards.
Same with uncommons from the same pack from the wheel icon that fills. Total account number of wildcards did not change.

I need an interrupt to tap my Fanatic of Rhonas before URO, Titan of Nature’s Wrath sacrifices himself… I need that 4 green mana babyyy
Currently only works if I have a land in my hand to choose to put on the battlefield… already tried turning off all the “auto” gameplay options.. no success

Match wouldn't load
I entered SOS pick 2 draft and did the draft. Then went into my first game and while the player avatars loaded in the cards wouldn't. I closed the game and reopened, and it was still the case when it reloaded. All I could do was press concede.
I would really like that loss rescinded OR my 6000 gold back. I don't feel comfortable continuing that run unless this is addressed. I'm a returning player who doesn't want to spend money until I'm confident I'll keep playing... so gold and draft entries are tight for me right now.

Marsh Flats old border style can't be purchased
This land style can't be purchased for some reason. All the other fetchland styles are available, so this one being the only one locked out seems like a bug.

product suggestion
If there is an issue with Arena then it shouldn't let you start the game, or provide you that update when you start the game. I don't get much of a chance to play and I was excited to continue a premier draft I started earlier this week, but I kept getting connection issue errors when I tried to start a game. After some troubleshooting on my side, I checked the Arena Status website and found out scheduled maintenance is occuring. Please in the future can we get something that tells us when we won't be able to play rather than making it seem like it's an issue with the user?
