How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Grim Captain crashes game
every time my opponent crafted the Grim Captain to flip it my game crashed. playing on mobile.

Menu frozen during cinematic
There is an email that plays a cinematic for the new edge of eternities. You can't cancel. You can't skip. And if you try to open the menu, nothing is clickable.
I wanted to unmute my audio but apparently UX is too difficult for Arena devs...

Game keeps crashing
Jedes Mal wenn ich MTG auf meinen Android starte und ein Update ist, stürzt das Spiel nach 2 Zügen ab. Habe dadurch auf eine Event, umsonst Geld bezahlt, kann kein Spiel machen ohne das es abstürzt. Und ja mein System ist auf den neusten Stand und habe die App 2x Neuinstallatiert.
Dann lief es kurz und dann kam ein Update und zack wieder nur abstürze.
Kann das irgendwie gefixt werden?1 vote -
Cut scene not able to be skipped
The new cut scene is not skippable, forces my PC to full screen, and when I hit the escape key it brings up the settings screen and the back triangle button does not work, nothing happens when I try to click it to go back. Also, the white text was often difficult to read because it was set on a bright background with no contrast. Here's what is needed:
-Add a skip function to this and all future cut scenes
-Make the cut scene match the windowed/fullscreen option that the game is currently set at, do not force fullscreen

March of the Ents ... cannot select creatures
Issue with March of the Ents .. if more than 10 creatures, you cannot navigate hand to select all creatures. Playing Mobile version on Samsung Android device. Please add ability to scroll hand and select from a large number of cards. ( may affect other titles where you select all from a large hand )

Finality counter mistranslation in Japanese
Explanation text about finality counter in pop up was mistranslated in Japanese locale.
"Finality counter" should be translated as "最終カウンター". But text in pop up was translated
as "完了カウンター"Reprodusing steps.
1. Change language to Japanese
2. Search "最終カウンター" in collection.
3. Put mouce cursor on cardEnvironment: Windows 11

Scrolling problems
I play Arena on Mac, and have two problems with scrolling through cards. The first occurs in the deckbuilder. When I'm browsing my collection, the interface is hyper-responsive. If I hover my mouse near the edge of the screen, it will automatically scroll to the next set of cards, even if I don't want it to. It scrolls even if I don't click the arrow, and it makes browsing very exasperating. Sometimes it happens when I hover over a card that is not even near the edge of the screen. Opponent cast a creature without sufficient mana
Somehow an opponent cast a 4 mana creature with only 3 mana. They had no enchantments in play and had not cast any other spells. I have attached a screen shot of the match.

The Companions button causes the app to shutdown
After buying the Final Fantasy pre bundle with the pet Moogle, I have been unable to change my pet. If I go under Profile and click Companions, the app shutdowns down after about 10 seconds. I also see the same behavior if clicking Companion under Deck details. Seeing this behavior on Google Pixel phone.

not offered the chance to counter flashed in creature
twice now i have cast something, for my opponent to flash in Kutzil's Flanker, despite having a counterspell (Confounding Riddle) and open mana, the stack resolved, without giving me the chance to counter the creature.

Ban omniscience because we want to play magic, not YuGiHo
Ban Omniscence because it ruins the format's experience and creates a horrible and toxic game environment. Also, it transforms magic in another game, YuGiHo precisely, but if I were to play that kind of game, I would choose the original one, not magic.

no numbers playing on my mobile
using my mobile (Android) to play and can't see most of the numbers within the application. also importantly includes life total number within game play.

Get rid of at least most of the bots
How in the **** do i keep coming across "players" who consistently win by turn 5? I've been playing magic since 2009. I know how to put a deck together. I've run into "players" who's entire brawl deck is Hare Apparent. How? I know how. And they're programmed to make you lose so you'll get mad and spend money. But y'all won't say **** because that's how a company gets sued by investors. And i know I'm right, because if i get a real player and i get a good combo, they just quit... Because they're sick of the bots…

Did not receive “Down, not out” achievement
- Play a ranked 3 game match of standard.
- Lost first game.
- Opponent concedes third game.
Did not receive the achievement. I won a match after losing the first game.

Arena crashing on IOS mobile
The app keeps crashing on me. Closing in the middle of matches. I’ve been playing the game on this device for years. This is new behavior as of today.

Unable to reconnect to match after server disconnected
I was playing in a standard event and was disconnected and bounced out of the game. I hit Play from the event screen expecting to be reconnected but it put me into a new game rather than reconnecting me to the existing game. This caused the other game to be scored as a loss
