How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Priority on redirect/retargetting
- Play a removal spell (eg Bitter Triump) targetting an opposing creature
- Opponent plays a redirection spell (eg Redirect Lightning)
- You click "Resolve" to let the redirection spell resolve, still planning to take a decision after you get to know the new targets
Expectation: you get a priority window before your removal spell resolves.
Actual result: Arena will pass all priority and resolve the whole stack3 votes -
Death by Vanilla
I have built multiple decks with only Vanilla creatures included and won several games with each. I have yet to be awarded the achievement. I've seen posts where people have succeeded. What an I doing wrong!?!

Avatar's Wrath fails if target removed even when the text doesn't require a target
The text on Avatar's Wrath says "choose up to one target creature, then airbend all the other creatures."
Since the wording is "up to" it doesn't require any targeted creatures at all.
However, currently if a targeted creature is removed, the spell fails.
To Reproduce:
have a creature
target it with Avatar's Wrath.
Remove the creature before Avatar's Wrath Resolves.2 votes -
Through the Omenpaths Premier Draft Error
I used 10,000 coins to enter a Through the Omenpaths Premier Draft event on iOS. After completing the live draft, the event crashed while deck building. After restarting the mobile app, the Premier Draft event no longer exists, and the 10,000 coins are still missing from my account.

Authentication time out, september 28 2025
Can't log in with mobile over wifi or 5g, everythings up to date, no other tabs, may have been dropped in the middle of looking through collection deck building. Android Pixel 8 pro

Event disappeared
I had just finished a game in the new OM1 draft and the game stopped displaying 3 events, OM1 draft, EOE premier draft and FF premier Draft. In addition now i can't enter my account with the timeout error, even if my girlfriend's account works in the same PC (the events still aren't present in her account too)

Good Morning, No Servers...
I was logged in, girlfriend could not log in on her computer and profile. She tried everything. I was playing fine but I logged out and logged back in to NO Connection. Now i cant play either. SERVER DOWN, website lies. Please FIX. 9/28/2025@1231p est.

Constant timeout error message on login
Cannot sign in. Keep getting timeout error message. Tried uninstall and repairing game files. Status shows up on all services.

Played against a deck containing banned standard cards in the Standard event
Today I played a match in the Standard event against an oponent running a mono red mouse deck. They played the cards Monstrous Rage and Heartfire Hero, which have been recently banned in Standard. What gives?

Kick out of game while it was my turn then when I was able to log back in it was my opponents turn and he exiled all my ****.
Im literally tapping mana to go ahead and win, when all of a sudden i was kicked and when I reloaded the game which it wasn’t long enough for my timeouts to expire, it was my opponents turn and he exiled all my ****. Im beyond frustrated.

Playing against sparkly
Sparkly suddenly stops playing and it doesn’t finish the opponent turn.

Hello,
I'm experiencing a persistent issue after the latest update of MTG Arena. I'm using the Steam version of the game.After the update, the game launches normally the first time, but on the second launch it shows a “Resource Error” and restarts the download of the entire game (~11 GB).
Even after repairing game files via Steam, the same problem occurs: the game is redownloaded entirely but the issue repeats after the next launch.I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game from Steam twice, and also deleted cache and local files manually, but nothing has resolved the issue.

The Legend of Yangchen Bug
In premier draft ‘The Legend of Yangchen’ failed to reveal the opponent's choice of my permanents, causing the loss of 2 permanents instead of 1 on my board. Resulting in a loss. Please fix this issue and refund this draft. I played 4 or 5 drafts this was the only error that occurred.

Arena Anthology 3 Card Styles appears as Regular Cards
Hi, this started not too long ago but it looks like the card style pack stopped working for most of the AA3 cards. It shows I have the style, but the style version and the normal version show as identical now like in the pictures. This shows both in the collection/deckbuilder and in-game. I've reinstalled the game, repaired files in settings, and I even tried on another computer with the same result. I was referred to a year old post on the subject when I reported it through wotc arena support, which has confused me greatly because there are newer…

Final Fantasy Draft Not Showing Up
The Final Fantasy Premier Draft was available just 10 minutes ago. I was waiting in the queue but no one was showing up. I cancel and tried again. It gave me a network error and when I rebooted the app the event was gone. The event should have more than 40 hours left before leaving. Please help. I do not want to lose the gems I used to enter this event.

I need a refund
The game does not work. I have payed 1500 gems for an Avatar Premium Draft that i can not play, and now the event have even been taken down. Give me back my gems.
