How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Chain
The Chain Veil just doesn't work, It pretends like you can activate it and just doesn't work the planewalker is highlighted and until you hover over it and then it just doesn't let you use it. Just spend 4 mana for nothing

Patriar's Humiliation
I'm sending you the pictures. I cast Patriarcs Humiliation on this guy's commander. The effects are Supposed to be perpetual. But they we're not! By the way your guys response AND this type system you have going on is absolutely Awful!! I mean are yout aactually TRYING to make it where ppeople donto want to respond and report bugs and or cheating i mean are you really that llazy and unprofessional!? Come on guys!!

Unable to get draft progress
Started a Foundations quick draft the other night, and when I came back to it next morning it gave this error.
Asked Customer Service for help, they gave me gold but the error remained.
Asked again, they said "reinstall the app." I did, and the error remains.
Asked yet again, and they passed the buck to you good folks.
So, can someone please go in and clear/reset/grease whatever needs to be fixed?
Help me, Product Suggestions Kenobi. You're my only hope.

player has over 200 cards in their deck
i just submitted a report about a player with over 200 cards in the deck and i am now playing a game where the same thing has happened. it is very frustrating that this has started to happen so often. please look into this as i am now not going to play arena any more. you have lost a customer until it is resolved.

player has too many cards in deck
my opponent has over 200 cards in their deck. this has happened to me a few times and there seems to be no way to report it, and it is getting worse. please look into it because i really dont want to stop playing but its getting out of control. in the last month i have encountered this problem in increasing frequency.

step 4 of the tutorial does not function properly
In tutorial step 4 against "Dragonhand shadow", the 5th land freezes mis screen but is still functional. The next turn, when playing "Confront the Assault" the 3 creatures aren't created. This prevents me from blocking with them as the tutorial wants and prevents progression without conceeding.
This happened on both my Samsung android phone version and on the PC version.
The issue may begin as early as turn 4 with the "Soulhunter Rakshasa" staying in the stacks pile and not moving to the battlefield after resolving.

Bug in game tutorial
I am new to this game and am on one of the tutorials. The tutorials have been buggy with mostly everything and on one of the tutorials battles I can’t continue because I can’t choose a blocker when it makes me place down a card that places down 3 1/1 serpents for the blockers

Time Walk issue
The blue sorcery Time Walk was played against me yet the card does not exist in MTG Arena when you search for it. How is this possible? Hacker/cheater?

Sparky is still around
Despite today's (09 Jan 2026) patches, Sparky is STILL around every time we open the home page telling us about quests,etc. This is extremely annoying: this bug happened in the past, it has always been fixed, please, please do so AGAIN

bloodthirsty conqueror & Enduring Tenacity infinite combo
As the title says. It seems that Bloodthirsty Conqueror heals the controller for the damage it does to an opponent. Enduring Tenacity damages your opponent for the amount you heal. And there it goes on... and on.... and on... until they're dead, of course. So not infinite in that regard... still. It appears that Bloodthirsty Conqueror is a trouble card.

download
After the latest update and an 11GB download, MTG Arena fails to load the game data upon reopening the program. Every time I close and try to launch the game again via Steam, it starts downloading the same 11GB update all over again.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists.10 votes -
Constant waiting for server and disconnection
Have had constant Waiting for server and disconnections from games without the ability to rejoin. Games freezing on my turn unable to play cards then timing out and the other player playing cards before i get disconnected. 7 out of the last 10 games I've been about to win the game then out of nowhere get a waiting for server error and disconnected. Have closed and reopened the game multiple times which hasn't seemed to help as it keeps happening.

Old Flitterfang issue?
I played with Old Flitterfang and Voice of Victory. I attacked, mobilized, then sacrificed the warriors in the end step. However, Old Flitterfang‘S ability didn’t trigger. I have the option to choose the order triggers apply on, and that choice didn’t come up. Seems to be a bug.

BUG - Arena Cube draft won't start
I did complete my last Arena Cube Draft and got a message saying the system couldn't confirm my last pick. When I try to rejoin the event, only the button ˜Start Draft˜ is available, and when I click it, I stay in the queue forever. I can't drop or enter the cube queue again.

Authentication timeout. On both phone and computer. Even pausing my VPN didn't help.

Bug: Snuff Out doesn't check the correct player when heisted
If you heist (or otherwise get to cast your opponent's Snuff Out) from exile, it checks if your opponent controls swamps and not you.
In the given log file, I two direct games were played to test this out.Bonus problem: the website wouldn't let me upload a .log file so I changed it to a .txt

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade restricts Toxic Deluge
Lavinia, Azorius Renegade restricts Toxic Deluge as if the X decided the mana cost, but the X in Toxic Deluge is for life paid and Lavinia shouldn't interact with it at all. It wouldn't let me set X higher than 1 when I had 4 lands and it wouldn't let me set X higher than 2 when I had 5 lands (screenshot attached)
