5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

What has MTG become?
What happened to magic? I have not really played the game since 94 but my nephew likes the game and wants me to play with him. But now the game isn't strategy as much as it is can you go off. This is not exciting, watching an opponent play 19 creatures on a turn and have 20 spells go off is supposed to be fun? There is no point in other cards just the few cards that go off, there is no steadiness to the play and back and forth. There are no comebacks just, does one person go off…

daily quest
I've been playing for about a month now and I just realised that everyone else has daily quests that give them gold and mastery. I feel I've missed out on a lot but with the time and money I've already invested, I don't want to start a new account.

Problem receiving event rewards.
I completed (6x3) in the event on June 10th (International Day of Play) and did not receive the rewards. After finishing the event, I was redirected to a screen to restart it, but it's not possible because a network error message appears. I would like to receive my rewards.

Stop forcing us to play with/against Alchemy cards
Magic: The Gathering is a popular and successful TCG and has been for 30+ years. Stop this stupid Alchemy **** that aims to fundamentally change the core gameplay mechanics. Just make Arena a digital version of the paper game that we like. What is complicated about that? I've uninstalled Arena for now because I'm sick and tired of how little WotC/Hasbro seem to care about their product, and I won't be coming back until there are serious changes made to actually have Arena be a proper digital version of Magic. Matchmaking
Standard Ranked matchmaking is broken. Doesn't matter what deck i use, I'm lucky to win once every 5-10 matches. almost every match I'm paired with someone that is using a deck specifically to counter whatever deck I'm using. i have tried multiple different decks, even had a friend whose Mythic rank help me build a solid deck that can beat most of their decks and still I am lucky to squeeze out 1 win on occasion.

Games freeze after update 02/24/2026
Hello,
I am reporting a persistent game freeze (soft-lock) occurring on my Poco X6 5G (Android/HyperOS) since the latest update. The game completely freezes whenever I or my opponent activate an artifact or certain spells.
Although the screen freezes, the turn timer continues to run in the background, leading to unfair losses in both Ranked and Play queues. This makes the game unplayable on this device.
I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Performed a clean re-installation of the app.
Cleared the Android System WebView cache and updated it.

Since the most recent update, numerous bugs that completely halt game progression have been widely reported on social media (SNS) and the official bug reporting form. Specifically, the game crashes when trigger stacks resolve, or when tokens are sacrificed or die. Despite these extensive reports, we have received absolutely no response or acknowledgment from your team, leaving players frustrated and helpless.
At present, a wide variety of bugs have been submitted via the bug reporting form, but many of them—objectively speaking—have been left unresolved for years. This makes the bug reporting system appear largely ineffective.

Product Suggestions - Personal Ban list
I want to play magic for the fun of it, using creative strategies and fighting against other creative decks. I do not play the game to win with the best deck possible. It's hard to to have fun when I'm fighting against the same 3 meta decks over and over and over and over and over again. It's so boring!!!! Adding a small personal ban list of even just 1 card in non ranked play would allow matchmaking to feel so much more refreshing! Unable to remove card during deck building in deck builder
After drafting, was in deck builder cutting cards, and I clicked twice to remove two cards but got odd behaviour. Instead of removing either card, the first card I clicked kind of zoomed in and moved up in the UI and became unclickable.
I couldn't move it, couldn't interact with it, nor could I interact with the cards under it. Tried changing to view and not view sideboard, but the view change didn't affect the bug, was still present.

Speed up animation for large amount of triggers or spell on the stack, repeat previous targeting for rest of the copy.
There is a issue with playing a storm deck where you create a large amount of trigger are on the stack, having to click the button for each of the copy of a storm card, and watch a 1 second(ish) animation for each card to trigger can take a minute or more to resolve. I wish to suggest 3 solution. 1.) add a button that appears on large stack that speed up or skip animation for the current stack until it resolve so card like brain freeze can resolve at a reasonable time that both player must opt in to…
