How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Lost Full Control
I experienced a bug during an event game where I lost full control functionality at the end of a turn, indicating a disconnection. Despite reconnecting, the disconnection led to an automatic loss.

Ban Omniscience
Ban Omniscience, I have been playing magic since 1994 plus. I play this game because I think It's the best game ever created by men! Even if the game has major flaws, we love to play it for it's richeness, it's art, it's complexity but some flaws have to be corrected one of them is that there is no worst feeling then playing against a non interactive deck that also takes forever to set up and you no longer get to play the game knowing that you have to sit there for 10 mins until it concludes. Graphic Error
At some point every spell either player cast got stuck in the same square on the side of the screen. Everything also stopped untapping. I think things were resolving regularly, and it was just a graphics error. I could still cast spells with my tapped mana. I would have lost anyway, but it did make it hard to tell what was on the battlefield. Couldn't see all of my blockers.

Game crashing when hovering over Room cards
On Arena during games, drafting and deck building, hovering over split cards like the rooms seems to crash my game. Currently in a draft I can't play because even after autopicking because the card crashed my game, I can't even take out the card from my deck.

Game freezes on IOS
Game freezes while playing on IOS every time I try to enter Deck Building or if i try to change Deck before entering a match

Quick draft
Hi there. A few days ago, I started a quick draft (foundation set) and did not pick the first card and came back to it 2 days later while on holiday. When I click on Rejoin Draft, I have a message Network Error message but nothing is wrong with my network. I reinstalled the game on Steam, but that did not help. Time to do that draft is running out, so I would be grateful for any help.

For the love of all that is holy, can you please do something about the first v second winrate issue?
Basically, title. I'm pretty sure in 2025, the winrate for going second is sub 40%. The last 'official' stat I saw on it was from Untapped.gg, who had it at about 40% - back in 2020, and the game has been power crept hard since then.
Please, for the love of god, please do something. It is so darn infuriating how many games are lost purely to the tempo of that extra turn. Literally neither the actions of you nor your opponent have any say in the outcome - it's purely "I won the coin flip, so the extra 3/4/5…

Bad play order virtue of loyalty
Virtue of Loyalty is not interacting correctly with Edge of Eternities tapping creatures. I had Virtue of Loyalty out and Dawnstrike Vanguard. Both trigger at the beginning of your end step. I believe the rules are that I would get to choose the order. I would never choose Virtue of Loyalty first, as it uncaps my creatures. I would choose Daintree to trigger first.
However, Arena had the order reversed, so instead of two +1/+1 counters I was getting one.

Detect intrusion
Unable to target a sorcery with detect intrusion. Nothing on the board to suggest the spell couldn't be countered. Has been an intermittent issue since the release of this card.

toph the first metalbender artifact bugs
when i played Toph i tried an equipment deck but equipment that was attached lost its tap for mana ability. since then when i play the deck now all equipment lost its tap add mana even if not equipped.

Katara, Bending Prodigy + Training Grounds bug
If a player has in play Katara, Bending Prodigy and Training Grounds, the calculation for the cost reduction is bugged, and instead of 4 mana/taps for the waterbend ability (6 - 2 from Training Grounds), you only need to pay 1

utopia sprawl tokens soft locking when no valid lands to select.
Yenna, primal vigor and annointed procession for a tonne of tokens.
when duplicating utopia sprawl, you cannot select the same land multiple times as a target for sprawl. If you generate more tokens than there are valid targets, you cant continue with your turn. The "submit" button wont click despite there being no more valid targets for your activations.

Cycle of renewal stuck
The game froze on my oponent turn while casting cycle of renewal. The spell got stuck in the pile and never let me chose any land to sacrifice. On my turn, i was not able to cast any spell as my pile was still stuck with cycle spell. I had to log off and log on, it took me 2 turns to come back in the play and was unfortunately far behind on board and cycle did stay in my hands. I couldn't recover from this issue and lost the game that I was far from losing if my spell…

Can't Saddle before attack is declared
I use Routeway Moose with Saddle 2 cost. However several times I have been unable to use the Saddle ability after playing a spell on my first main step (using all my mana, so can't cast more spells), and the game goes directly to the declare attackers phase where I can't anymore use the Saddle ability even though I have available creatures to Saddle (at sorcery speed). So I think it is a bug in the Saddle mechanic, where it does not query if I want to use it before attackers are declared. Please fix the bug!

Game crashed after start, then 700mb update needed while restarting
After starting a new match the game crashed then, whilst restarting, I had to login again and was forced to do a 700mb update.
Nowhere in the previous match was I asked to do this update and I had only been online for about 60 mins.
I had just bought new gems to play draft and to be forced a lose to a game crash so sokn is extremely frustrating. How does Wizards go about compensating players for their losses in situations like this?

old collection lost after return
After a few years, I’ve come back to Arena using my Steam account. I’ve lost my entire collection, gold, wildcards, and old decks that I should have kept for other formats. How can I get them back?

アプリ版のリミテッドでボタンが押せないことが2点
アバター開始あたりからアプリ版のリミテッドでボタンが押せない、位置が変といったことがあります。
特にプレミアドラフトのデッキ編集画面で左上のバックボタンを押そうとしてもデッキの名前入力欄が反応して、上のデッキなどのタブでしか戻れず、変更内容を破棄しなければならないです。
またピック時にも右下のピック確定ボタンがサイドボード欄を開かないと押せないなどのバグがあり、不便です。対応よろしくお願いします。1 vote
