How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mastery pass wrong packs
I was supposed to get 3 Lorowyn packs when I reach mastery Level 4 but it gave me 3 Edge of Eternity packs instead. Please Help.

My pick 2 TMNT draft wins did not register. Already won 2 wins.
I already reach mythic playing pick 2 TMNT drafts. Hoping to improved my mythic rankings. Played today afternoon and won a game. I noticed that my win didn't register. Still at zero and quest also didn't moved. Tried playing again tonight and still won but my win still at zero. I'm 2 - 0 now. I hope this can be fixed. Im trying to improve my mythic ranking.

My victories are not being counted
I won the 3 midweek matches and won a best of 3 ranked. And no victory was counted, and the mission that I would have already finished remains zeroed

Game freezes on cast or attack animation
When casting a spell and it goes to the stack, or during attack animations the game freezes and timer starts running out. I am unable to do anything and have to restart and rejoin the match

Matches freezing mid-game
Since the last update on February 24th, I've been having trouble playing. Matches constantly freeze mid-action, making it impossible to continue. I must have tried playing around 10 matches today, and this happened in 4 of them. This occurred in both standard ranked matches and duels with starter decks. I tried disconnecting from the game and rejoining the match twice on one occasion, but I remained frozen (it wasn't an internet outage, as the opponent continued to communicate). Daily Wins and Missions not registering progress
On iOS, daily win progression and missions/quests are no longer tracking across any game mode. Progression stays on 0 despite meeting wins/criteria.

Reward count not working
The daily win reward and killing opponent creatures reward is not working.

Unable to block
Arena hung today during a Bo1 ECL game; when I reconnected, I could not block. Tapping my creatures did not select them, to be precise. I lost the game as a result (ending my draft). This was in iOS after today's update.
Please refund my draft cost.

My companions are not showing, it will only let me use my default companion

Daily/Weekly Quests doesn't appear - Bug
Every day, I try to check my daily mission in the game, but it simply doesn't appear. I can't collect my coins, and it's frustrating. I'll have to stop playing the game.
I've tried everything: reinstalling, logging out, installing on iOS, but it's always the same. Either the mission doesn't appear, or the mission space appears but the mission is never there; it always says it's counting down to a new one, but I never get the reward.
I have a friend in the exact same situation, and you haven't given him any answer.
PS: I've already finished the tutorial…

Game freezing
Game is freezing during combat for me, with no way to fix.
I need to close and reopen the game and hope I haven't skipped any phases - this has cost me losses in both of my last 2 ECL premier drafts. This is on Android and it's only happened since TMNT updated on Arena.
Can I get a refund or something?

Get Alchemy cards out of my magic!!
Get alchemy cards out of Historic. Alchemy absolutely sucks to play against. I do not like having my deck "heisted." Every third deck has that stupid blue bird that "conjures" the junk nine into my opponent's hand. Hey! Let's wheel 16 turns in a row. So fun!! SOOO MUUUCH FUUUN!! And it only takes 20 additional minutes! As I type this note and "play" historic, my opponent has played ONLY alchemy cards so far. The entire graveyard is nothing but alchemy cards. This is not fun. Get these stupid cards OUT of my magic the gathering. Make a separate league…

Authentication failure: timeout for Arena on iOS
The Arena app for iOS keeps saying “unable to login” due to an authentication error, “Timeout” for my account. I was playing normally this morning when the app went dark after my match, and kept showing this error message. I reset, logged out and back in, and then later reinstalled the app, but the same error keeps happening. The app will appear as a black screen for a few seconds, then display the error message, and when trying to “reconnect” (the middle button on the display), the screen goes black and features three empty buttons.
