How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Bloom Tender can't be crafted with mythic rare wildcards
In Lorwyn Eclipsed, Bloom Tender is mythic rare, but I cannot use mythic rare wildcards to craft it.

Patch Broke Deck Detail Drop-down menu?
In the Deck Detail screen the Deck-type drop-down menu seems to be borked. Can't choose another format.

Game freezes android
Cant even finish a single game without screen locking. No point me even starting events atm.
Im hearing others with this problem on ipad and android. All since last update.
Am i to assume Arena are abandoning us on these platforms?

Numbers aren't readable
Hello,

sacrificing an artifact token freezes the game
Friday Feb 27th 2026. This is the 3rd day mtg freezing when I sacrifice a token artifact of any flavor. my vv'v space jelly boys lander tokens are making the game board non intractable. I can emote and thats about it. Can't accept the loss, can't reenter the match unless i wana give the op 2+ free turns. clicking the small arrow on the mobile interface moves left and right but the cards on the stack don't move. I'm on cell as i dont have a pc and my device is supported

Game Freezes
Game freezes frequently! Causing me to lose my matches! The two most recent times froze during combat in my turn. Both when an opponent’s token creature blocked and died. It froze right when the token died. I’m using Sauron, the dark lord commander in my brawl deck, playing on IPhone. When I first noticed the trend my 1/1 orc army was blocked by a 1/1 other token creature my opponent controlled. They both hit eachother then the game froze without resolving combat. At least that’s what my screen showed. My turn eventually timed out and I lose the game.

Map tokens break my game
I am on android when I or my Opponent use a map token my game does not continue until I reload the app

No available action while my timers run out with "waiting for opponent" displayed
No available action while my timers run out with "waiting for opponent" displayed. Has happened repeatedly since Tuesday, Feb 24th, 2026 update on android. Only (sometimes works) solution is to kill the app via settings and restart the app while praying i get back to the games in time.

TMNT update broke Android
Opened app in android. TMNT update began, hung & error closed at 88MB download. Upon re-opening it tried to open as usual with new TMNT opening screen then force closed saying bug detected. Had to nuke the app & complete re-install.

Game is ridiculously unstable reporting bugs is difficult
I feel like i am being robbed its very frustrating and not fun. Crashing during drafts this format for reporting bugs is useless. When people pay for a game you need to do better.

Creatures not blocking and game frozen
Game frozen when blocked all 1/1 creatures not allowing me to then move to next phase or skip meaning by default I lost game due to time out

Tend the sprigs does not work with changelings correctly
I cast Tend the Sprigs with a Firdoch Core in play. I did not get the 3/4 treefolk despite having a changeling on the battlefield.

Game keeps freezing
I have been playing Arena on iOS. Today, my game started freezing when I try to load into a game. I first noticed it when I joined a Standard Event. I loaded into my first match, started playing, then the game randomly closed during the match. I then reloaded the game. I went to the event and it showed that I had 0 wins or losses, as if my game hadn’t happened. Now, whenever I try to join a game of any kind, it freezes after drawing the initial hands. Games just wont start
Either just never get into the game or if I do it stops when one of us is trying to keep or mulligan hands. Can't concede, timer starts for me or opponent but never ends the game just runs out and sits there. This is a bit absurd.

Online matches not working
On IOS, online matches not working. Crazy / freeze at the stage of deciding turn order. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change.

Ranked Match Opponent Timed Out - Stuck in Match and Cannot Exit
While starting a ranked match, I chose my starting hand and continued. My opponent timed out but the match did not end. It also will not let me exit the match/concede. I have to restart my game completely to get out of the match.

MWM ECL Jump-in deck contains basic lands of unrelated colors
During the MWM ECL Jump-In event, I chose "Burdened" and "Giant." The deck contained no blue cards, but five of the land cards in the deck were islands.

network error unable to join event after draft
Drafted a deck in quick draft, played one match and am now getting a network error when trying to play my second. I visited the website and it says all systems operational
