How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

App Crashes after update (Feb17, 2026 Midweek Magic)
When I try to go to Deck, the app crashes.

Please give us a free mulligan for "silly" events
This week's MWM is Golden Pack sealed, which is described by Arena as a "silly" format. Please give us a free mulligan for these casual formats. Brawl has a free mulligan, and this format is even more casual than Brawl! I witnessed multiple games in this MWM where one player just had to scoop because of not enough lands.

3440x1440 Bug fix
Fix the 3440x1440 bug - each time i press full screen and change a menu or start a game it refreshes back to 2560x1440. Its really annoying for all the ultra widescreen players. it is a simple code fix as it works when i press full screen.

Bugged Out
I've had another similar bug happen - this time when my opponent attacked I tried to cast a Giantfall targeting Pummeler for Hire and it wouldnt let me select that target or any other target.
Next turn, for science I tried to target the pummeler for hire again with giantfall and it bugged out not letting me select it as a target or do anything else.
In all of these bugs I have targeted a pummeler for hire.

Taster of Wares unable to cast Unexpected Assistance with convoke
I played Taster of Wares and my opponent exiled Unexpected Assistance. Before taking any other game actions, it appeared as though I could cast the Unexpected Assistance. However, after playing another creature, and attempting to convoke the Unexpected Assistance, I was unable to. I had 4 creatures untapped and 1 mana available. Although the Unexpected Assistance didn't highlight, I tried to manually cast it... after tapping 3 creatures, it asked me to pay 2 more... but after tapping my fourth creature, it still asked me to pay 2 more.

Game crash
My game crashed at the end of game two of a match as I was attacking for lethal. I did not get credit for winning, nor did I get credit for winning game one or gain progress on my quests. It was very frustrating to not get credit for a long match. I would appreciate my account being compensated accordingly.

Unholy Annex
Opponent had no demons in play, but continued to gain life and drain my life at the end of each of their turns. They had unlocked the second half but I had countered the effect with detect intrusion.

You don’t support your product, not very good for your product. If you had a competitor you would lose a lot of business. Try a little support!

timeout extensions are being given out when they shouldn't be
Example: My opponent spent along time on their turn three and burned almost their entire timer. After finally passing the turn to me, they were awarded a time extension. Time extensions are only supposed to be awarded to a player when the complete three full turns without seeing the "rope". I tried to submit a log file but I get a "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request" error when it's attached.

improvise
System does not recognize the ability to tap a food for improvise, then sacrifice it using Gilded Goose for mana. The autotapper gives the message, "Action cannot be completed due to unpayable cost." and the goose cannot be clicked while casting the spell.

Eroding Revenue and Player Confidence in MTGA
I bought into some aspects of MTGA with the hopes the client would improve; being an early adopter in summer 2020.
It is disappointing when developer debt appears to be mounting. That WotC should hire more developers and/or decrease set releases to give the current time more time to work on updates (namely testing updates).
What is a larger slap in the face is how the economy is being eroded. If you spent money (USD) on packs (and by extension using that to also to craft certain cards), then to find your crafted cards has been shifted in rarity in…

Bug: Edits to deck weren't there on starting next match in sealed event
In the Arena Direct Lorwyn Ecliped play booster box sealed event, I made a change to my deck after the second game, swapping out Glen Elendra's Answer for a Gallant Fowlknight. I clicked done and went into my next match, but I noticed these strange things about the next match:
- It had a different background and different music to the normal Lorwyn Eclipsed match arena
- My deck changes hadn't been applied, so I was stuck in that match with the old version of my deck (which I noticed immediately because the Glen Elendra's Answer that I'd subbed out was in…

MASTERY card grab loss
when spending ORBS i chose cards, 3 times now and they are not being added to my colection. . assumed they would be NEW CARDS as sson as i opened the edit, but nothing even after searching.

FIX YOUR FKING GAME
HOW CAN SOMEONE DRAW WITH TRAPFINDER AND NARSET? Are ya'll smoking ***** or is there no balancing happening in Arena? HOW THE FK is he drawing cards with a literally card saying they cannot draw more than one card on their turn, IT IS THEIR FKING TURN.....

How about we fix the forum
Why is this where we are sent when we have an issue just for it to be ignored? The full screen bug has bothered the community for TWO YEARS and nothing has been done about it. Every time you do an update Sparky comes back and annoys everyone and again we get sent here, where no solution is given and its never actually fixed. So how about we fix the forum so you all might actually fix the issues we have instead of ignoring them.

Product suggestion
After the update. There is no longer an option to change the format of an existing deck.
Example, I want to change the existing deck from "Brawl" to "standard" and make some changes.
Last time, there is a drop down menu which will show all formats, now its blocked and unclickable.

always on the draw
Every time I create a deck very quickly, the game "understands" that my deck is always very strong when I start playing and starts putting me on the draw. Yesterday I played almost 50 games during the day/night to test this. Only 10 games started the game. This should be balanced. Another thing: it's always the same decks against me. After the game "understands" which decks have cards that hinder my strategy, it starts putting them against me. This harms the experience. Pauper permanent queue, with best of 3 sideboarding games, please
please, let us have more ways to enjoy the game and not only on some events but permanent, the gameplay of pauper or historic pauper is different and would only make mtg arena more rich if we could play it with an official queue

Matchmaking
The matchmaking has got to get better somehow. I am not the type of person to build my own decks because I don't have that kind of time. I'm so tired of getting put against players that have competitive level decks. It's incredibly frustrating. There needs to be some kind of ban on casual play. What I mean is don't allow these ridiculously powerful decks be allowed in casual style play. I just wanna play some MTG and have fun but the way some of these decks are built it makes me not even wanna play arena when I can…
