How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Season rank and reward not applied
June Season ranks have stayed the same for July (Platinum and Silver) and no reward received

Season Ranked Error Packs Did Not Open
When I clicked on the packs I received for the June season ending error, the game froze and I did not receive any cards.

Jump Into Marvel - Locked Out
After second packet pick trying to play results in going back to the choose packets screen [see image]
On clicking 'Choose Packets' button the 'Choose one of these themed Packets' screen with my first choice already there, but without the previously shown choices for packet 2. [see image] Confirm pick is greyed out, and no further progress is possible.
Result is lost gold, no cards appear to be have been added to my collection from those picks, not possible to play or quit event. Locked out of whole event, unfortunately.5 votes -
Pre order packs
Over 24 hours after purchase, still missing all pre order packs and rewards. The single item received directly after purchase was the Ral sleeves. Nothing has been done to provide the packs nor reimburse the purchase. Nor has there been a statement or any information on this matter.

Login timed out
Cannot get to Home Screen. Powered on off reinstalled app on iPad. Dark screen times out. Second day in a row. How about some free packs?

Jodah, the Unifier bug
There is currently a bug with Jodah, the Unifier done recently in my Competitive Brawl game. The Jodah effect went to exile a legendary spell with lesser mana value and hit Gwen Stacy//Ghost Spider. Only Gwen Stacy was within the mana value required but my opponent was able to cast the reverse side for Ghost Spider which was 2 mana more.
1. Step 1: Jodah, the Unifier on the battlefield, Step 2: Cast a legendary 3 or 4 mana spell, Step 3: Exile Gwen Stacy or possibly another dual sided card with different mana costs with Jodah's effect, Step 4:…1 vote -
Monica Rambeau transformation cost
having trouble getting Monica Ranbeau to transform to back side card. I played Monica Ranbeau in her normal form. I wanted to transform her but it would not let me. I might have been because I was going to get the red mana from an artifact token, but I was saying I needed the full cost to transform her when you are supposed to be able to transform her minus the initial cost paid on the turn you play her

Hexproof
Just had a dragon that has hexproof as long as it’s dealt no damage. Never swung with it as it came in tapped by the mono white authority enchantment. Opposing player cast bake into a pie keep in mind on a hexproof creature that just entered the battlefield tapped and it destroyed said creature. Pretty sure hexproof is it can’t be targeted by spells or abilities of your opponent. This has happened 7 times with hexproof creatures and caused me to lose each time so what the actual heck.

These are bugs in the iOS mobile version.
They include issues such as being unable to adjust the number of cards in the sideboard in BO3, and being unable to tap a creature to activate its ability even when you have the initiative.

Is anyone quality checking pre-made decks anymore?
This is honest feedback for the stone brains at WOTC.
Midweek magic (theoretically) is supposed to be about highlighting different playstyles, such as for new expansion sets. That did not happen. The pre-made spellstorm deck was more OP than all the other pre-made midweek magic decks by a large margin. If you wanted to stand a chance of getting your 3 wins for the week, you were pretty much required to use spellstorm, and that is what most people did. The other decks were cute, but ultimately their primary mechanic ended up just being to feed wins to the spellstorm…

Network error after draft
Network Error, unable to join event. Please try again later. This message appeared on after I finished drafting a Premier draft: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I spent 10,000 coins on the event, these coins are still gone from my bank and I am still unable to play the event.

Lost Game Before Finding Match
After matchmaking being stuck loading for about 2 minutes, the defeat screen appeared and I was sent back to the draft screen. I had one loss before so the Pick 2 draft was over despite me only playing one actual game. I spent 6k gold on the entry so if I could get that back please that would be appreciated

Wild card redemption problem
I am trying to buy bloomtender from lorwyn eclipsed, It is a mythic rare I have two mythic wild cards but it won’t let me redeem it because it’s saying I have to have rare wild cards because that’s the lowest rarity. Please fix this.

Marvel cards from Jump In event not usable in Standard decks
Most of the cards I received from the Marvel Jump in event are in my collection, but when I try to add them to a deck, it doesnt show them for Standard decks.
It does show them for Limited decks.I expected that since it said that cards received are added to my collection that they are then usable for any type of deck. The cards are visible in my Collection, but I dont see anywhere it would indicate that the card is in the collection for limited only, Or if a card is available for standard.

Rank not updating after matches
Rank not updating after matches. I'm on Mythic top #1200, and doesn't matter how many matches I play, the rank sits at #781. Also in my profile it appears as Spart Tier 0 for both constructed and limited.

ランク戦を行ったが昇格することが出来ません
たった今タイムレスのランク戦を行っていました。ダイヤ１の5勝状態で勝利し、本来ならばミシックに昇格するはずがエラーが出てゲームが落ち、再び起動した際にはまたダイヤ１の5勝の状態でした。通信エラーだろうと思いもう一度勝利しましたが再びエラーが出てゲームがダウンし、再起動するとまたダイヤ１の5勝の状態でした。これはもう私のアカウントではミシックランクにはなれないということでしょうか？調査、対応を宜しくお願い致します。

Decks suddenly unusable
Suddenly some of my decks claim to contain cards not in my collection.
When I check the decklists, they only contain cards that I do indeed own.
