Game functions gone completely bonkers
About 3 turns into my match everything has gone crazy. My spells are not hitting the board but are suspending in the stack for many turns. The turn stages will not progress unless I toggle the skip function repeatedly. Absolutely nothing is functioning as intended. I am getting instant timers, its telling me I haven't acted in a while literally while I am acting.

Heavy-handed Achievement Bugged
Just ended a turn with 12 cards in hand (and discarded 5 cards to hand size) but the achievement did not unlock.

Ajani, Nacatl Pariah
Ajani, Nacatl Pariah will not trigger when I sacrificed the cat token with my mondrak's activated ability.

Internet Speed Throttled
When MTGA is open, my internet speed is throttled. See the attached screenshots--- my download speed goes from ~700 Mbps to ~7, and the upload drops similarly
I just uninstalled Arena, and reinstalled both through steam, and then through the normal website, and the issue persisted. Notably, while installing the game, there's a loading screen where ~333MB and then ~9.72 GB were downloaded, and were downloaded quickly, only taking a few minutes.
Including advanced logs, or not, also has no bearing on the issue persisting or not. I made sure to delete all of the clients I use that use…

cannot tap when an opponent casts Split Up
I cannot tap "Giada, Font of Hope" for its mana ability in response to my opponent casting "Split Up" and choosing an "untapped creature" as the target.

Loss of connectivity registered as a 'loss' during event
Hi, I am ciuisco#75561
Lost connection on second game of Arena Direct and was recorded as Loss.
And the game after a loss give double loss and end event.

Login Authentication Failure
Last Friday, I have received a login authentication failure on my computer. It does affect the Windows PC version on MTG Arena, but I haven't tried it on the Steam version. If you have a similar issue like this, please let me know. It just happens when you try to log in the game. However, if you have the Android version of the game, it should work with a free download, as long as you have the right specs. I don't know if there are other factors that make up this bug but be vigilant if you have the Windows…

Did you have fun?
Did you have fun? is useless. I have given the unhappy face just to get the same issue the following game that made me unhappy in the previous. If this feature is just a click something to make yourself feel better, remove it. If it is actually there for game improvement, adjust it so it can be an improvement tool. I suggest having a multiple choice for those who choose unhappy. I suggest the following is asked when someone chooses unhappy:

Subject: Game Freeze Bug – Request for Fix and Draft Match Compensation

I'm writing to report a recurring and serious issue I've been experiencing while playing MTG Arena.
During gameplay, the game suddenly freezes and causes my entire computer to become unresponsive. None of the keys work, and I am forced to perform a manual shutdown. This has happened multiple times recently, including during a draft match, which I ended up losing due to the crash.
I have already taken the following steps:
Verified that all my drivers are up to date

Tannuk, Steadfast Second Showing me what has warp in my opponents hands
Playing on PC in brawl against a Tannuk, Steadfast Second deck and when Tannuk is played and at the beginning of every turn SOME cards in their hand flashes a warp animation showing me how many creatures or artifacts are in their hand. It is not every card in their hand just the creatures and artifacts that gain warp from Tannuk. I do not believe this is intended for me, the opponent of the Tannuk player to see.

Bulwark Ox Hexproof Failure Against Stasis Snare
I had four creatures in play, but only two are relevant to explain this bug. I had Bulwark Ox and Caradora, Heart of Alacria out on the board in a standard best of one match. Caradora had two +1/+1 counters on it. My opponent played stasis snare, targeting Caradora. In response, I sacrificed Bulwark Ox to give all my creatures with counters Indestructible and Hexproof. Despite the sacrifice trigger resolving, Caradora was still exiled under the Stasis Snare. My opponent controlled no effect that would have negated Hexproof such as Nowhere To Run so, from my understanding of the rules,…

The game freezes all the time
The game freezes and the card “stops” in motion when I play the tutorial. Can’t play the game. Happens both on my IOS (iPhone 13) and my PC (not an old one either). Seems like the problem is the software.

not awarded card styles for color challenge
completed the color challenges (all 5), but did not get any of the card styles. see attached screenshot for the white color challenge that i used as an eg when raising the issue with customer support. was disappointed with the reply i got, especially when i read online that others were able to have the missing card styles added to their account after contacting support. anyone able to actually help instead of the nothing burger i got from this particular CS?

Can't decipher which card in exile was there off warp, vs being exiled via spell or other effect from board
I cast Blade of the Swarm choosing the 2nd mode, Opponent has 2x Perigee Beckoner in exile. One of the Beckoner was in exile after being warped, while the other was exiled after being on the board ("true exile") As the player wanting to target the Beckoner in exile from warp, I was left to guess which one that was. I guessed wrong costing me the game. It was not clear which card in exile was in exile off of the warp cast. I was on desktop Mac.

omniscience with terra and doubling season 1 billion doubling seasons crashing game wont relog in
i played an infinite combo player and the game allowed him to create over a billion token copies of doubling season with terra and a billion omniscience copies. it crashed my game on ipad and i couldnt log back in because the game would crash once it tried to recreate the game state. i dont think this is just my device. i think the game instance was also frozen. there should be a limit to the number of instances of one permanent or spell that should be chosen instead of the game trying to generate literally over a billion tokens…

After winning Draft game, count as a win and a lost at the same time
After winning a game in premiere draft Tarkir Dragonstorm the app end the event with the reward. I was 1win and 2 loss, after winning I was 2win and 3 lose, as if the game count both as a win and a lost at the same time.

Most players aren't real players
I've emailed the SEC. Don't know if it'll go anywhere. But hey, starting a paper trail to file a lawsuit if possible. Hasbro is defrauding investors and patrons with the amount of bots they call "players". Are events happening in your game, but there's no cards on the table that would allow that? Ya....bot. You ever notice that the other "player" never takes a mulligan? Did you just lose 15 games in a row before turn 5? Ya.....bots. Does the other "player" always have the exact card they need right before they lose? Ya.....bot. They're programmed to make you lose…

Forcing Windowed Mode on Lower Resolutions & Forcing High Resolution
At resolutions of 720x405 or lower, MTG Arena will, upon entry or exit of a game, force the game into windowed mode, and increase the resolution to 1920x1080.
Aside from this, while in full screen, any time the graphics menu is entered, the graphics will be reset to the highest possible graphics - in my case 3072x1920.
These two issues lead to a substantially reduced quality of my enjoyment as MTGA does not consistently run as well as I would like on higher graphic qualities, and the higher quality reduces color contrast, making cards difficult to parse with my colorblindness.…2 votes
