How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Threshold not counting cards in graveyard.
Threshold card not counting graveyard. iPhone ios. Specifically, the card shoreline looter. It was not tracking my graveyard and kept force the discard after the extra draw.

Companions Missing
Cannot change companions in new or existing decks

Invalid decks?
Some decks with sideboards are now invalid? It says decks cannot have more than 15 cards in sideboard, not more than 8 shown? Why is deck now invalid?

Back button in deck starts overview not working
Playing a sealed deck currently and when i go into the deck stats the back button is not working (on mobile android). It always just gives the box to change the deck name. The same even happens if I am in the choose avatar view and click on the back button. This worked before the last update.

server issue?
weird stuff is happening today. i boot the game fine, though the "connecting to the server" with the spinning loading icon did take a bit longer than usual, but i either cant find a match, or the 2 times i did it doesnt progress correctly. first of said 2 games I was on the play and got my opening hand, chose to keep, and when the clock ran down for opponent, the game crashed. second game it didnt even load any hands and this time the timer ran all the way down and nothing happened. tried to concede and nothing…

Not matchmaking
Not matchmaking and when it does I can’t play anything. Sometimes it prompts to keep or mulligan but that’s it. It times out after that A reverts back to the main screen

Match won’t load
Match won’t load. At first I thought it might just be historic gameplay (perhaps Arena is overloaded with something else) so I (paid 8,000 gems) entered the win a box draft and it’s not loading either. Am I sol for those gems now? Hoping you fix the bug so I/we can play the game :(

Lorwyn Premium Battle Pass Milestone 4 gave me wrong packs - 3 Edge of Eternities it has listed 3 Lorwyn Packs. Would like if you check your other milestones of the Battle Pass so no more mistakes are happening. Also Pls refund us the correct packs

Bloom Tender can't be crafted with mythic rare wildcards
In Lorwyn Eclipsed, Bloom Tender is mythic rare, but I cannot use mythic rare wildcards to craft it.

Achievement "Death by Vanilla" bugged
Hello, I just played a game (Historic) where I cast more than 5 creatures, all of them without any abilities, and won - but still did not get the Death by Vanilla achievement. I have read on Reddit that other people had the same issue.

sideboard
I currently have standard decks with 15 cards in the sideboard. When I attempt to save a deck with 15 cards in the sideboard, I am getting an error message saying that "a deck cannot have more than 15 cards in the sideboard"

Patch Broke Deck Detail Drop-down menu?
In the Deck Detail screen the Deck-type drop-down menu seems to be borked. Can't choose another format.

Game freezes android
Cant even finish a single game without screen locking. No point me even starting events atm.
Im hearing others with this problem on ipad and android. All since last update.
Am i to assume Arena are abandoning us on these platforms?

Numbers aren't readable

sacrificing an artifact token freezes the game
Friday Feb 27th 2026. This is the 3rd day mtg freezing when I sacrifice a token artifact of any flavor. my vv'v space jelly boys lander tokens are making the game board non intractable. I can emote and thats about it. Can't accept the loss, can't reenter the match unless i wana give the op 2+ free turns. clicking the small arrow on the mobile interface moves left and right but the cards on the stack don't move. I'm on cell as i dont have a pc and my device is supported

Game Freezes
Game freezes frequently! Causing me to lose my matches! The two most recent times froze during combat in my turn. Both when an opponent’s token creature blocked and died. It froze right when the token died. I’m using Sauron, the dark lord commander in my brawl deck, playing on IPhone. When I first noticed the trend my 1/1 orc army was blocked by a 1/1 other token creature my opponent controlled. They both hit eachother then the game froze without resolving combat. At least that’s what my screen showed. My turn eventually timed out and I lose the game.
