How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

unable to connect
I was trying to launch MTG Arena after the patch released for the Avatar set, but I am unable to connect with my account.
I repeadtly get the Error code: -13 votes -
Vault Treasure will not open
My vault treasure chest is stuck at 116.8% and will not open. When I click it, it always reverts to the main menu.

Lutri, the Spellchaser becomes invalid with duplicate cards in the sideboard
I run a Tainted Pact/Thassas Oracle deck using Lutri as a companion. There are no duplicate cards in the maindeck but there are duplicates in the sideboard that seem to disable Lutri even though Lutris companion viability is only supposed to be concered with cards in the mainboard.

Hexproof didn’t work against Archenemy’s Charm
Gave my creature Hexproof with Dawn’s Truce but their Archenemy’s Charm was still able to exile my target creature.

Banned announcement and Wildcards
Announcement on Arena today stated the following. I received 0 Wildcards. I should be getting 16 (1 common, 11 uncommon, 3 rare, and 1 mythic) Why aren't all of these cards on the banned list announcement if Arena is showing me this today?

Commander name blockng cards in hand
When playing Brawl, if the commander's name is long enough and the screen is too small, it blocks the cards in hand, making it annoying to select them. I'm on a Lenovo ThinkPad T14s with a 14" display and 1920 x 1200 resolution. It would be great if we could turn off the name display.

consequences for stalling
There needs to be consequence for losing due to a time out. The tactic of players just wasting time either to being salty or just being a troll is rediculous. A time out from playing again or the next x games you dont get extra time would help. More leaning to a time out. Just something rather then nothing and letting the community experience bad gaming isnt the answer.

Connection error via mobile app
Since the 3/10/2026 update i cannot connect....

game freezes
game froze during combat when i was playing quick draft. i was absolutely in advantage and due to the error i lost the game cause i couldn get bakc in time.

Audio starvation freeze on Proton
Platform: Steam (Linux, Ubuntu 24, Proton)

Wwise SDK version: 2023.1.14 Build 8770Summary:
MTGA freezes randomly during matches after 5–10 minutes of gameplay. The game window becomes unresponsive but the desktop remains fully usable. The game process must be killed manually to recover.Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch MTGA via Steam on Linux (tested with Proton Experimental, Proton 9.0-4, and GE-Proton)
2. Enter any match
3. Play for 5–10 minutes

Draft error
Just reporting a bug. I drafted TMNT pick two. I double tapped to select a card right as the timer expired. Playing on iPad iOS. Afterwards every pic became completely blank and it just auto drafted for the rest of the packs without letting me choose anything.

Remove
Need to remove this as a commander card. It is ridiculous. Can tap and untap artifact and make a player discard lose 3 life or sacrifice a creature. This needs to be banned. You can do it twice per turn.

Bug report: Turtles forever couldn't exit Card selection:
I cast Turtles forever and had only 3 different Legends in Deck/Sideboard left. I had no option to cancel my action and my 4 timers ran out to immediately explode.

All quests are gone on home screen
All Quest information is gone from home screen. Tried rebuilding in report bug screen, nothing. Tried restarting, nothing. Tried playing a ranked match nothing. Please fix as I am unable to farm my dailies losing gold and xp. Thanks

Rigged Arena
What’s happening in Arena makes no sense at all. I only play Draft mode, and after several days of winning streaks and solid victories—building practically the same decks—suddenly I’M ONLY DRAWING LANDS. And I’m not talking about a single game; I’m talking about at least 10–15 games. And this has been happening to me for the 3–4 years I’ve been playing Arena. It’s very obvious what you’re doing—it’s not even that the opponent has a good deck; it’s that the draw algorithm automatically screws you over when you’re on a winning streak. Turtles Brawl Deck: Art Missing?
I've been looking to get the Turtles Brawl deck, but was sad to see how many cards are not only missing. I understand that several cards don't exist on Arena and may be hard to code in or don't fit the 1-on-1 format, but cards like Blasphemous Act already exist from the Avatar borderless collection.
What I don't understand is when I see Vanquish the Horde is included in the deck, but doesn't include the art from the Turtles deck.

Give Daily and Weekly reward Progress for Direct Games
I mostly play Gladiator against other players using the direct challenge feature. So I often complete my Weeklies but get no daily or weekly gold progress. This is punitive and punishing to players who want to play unsupported community run formats with no official queue and players who just want to jam with friends.
I presume it's the way it is to prevent abuse, but it's been a long time and we deserve a better solution.

Game Laggy/Stuttering on Steam version
I was having issues recently with Arena being Laggy/stuttering. Basically every 3/4 seconds the game would freeze. Game used to run well, this is only a recent problem. This would eat inputs and made it nearly impossible to double click. I uninstalled and reinstalled the steam version alongside rebooting my laptop.
Workaround: I downloaded the standalone installer and that version of the game is working well with no stutters.
I would prefer to run the game through Steam so I hope this gets resolved.
This has been alongside the "Asset Failed to Verify" bug that has happened on both versions.…

trample ignore creature defense
my opponent attacks with a 7/8 trample, I block for 6 damage with 5 creatures ( I am at 2),
the opponent creature deals dalage to the first two creatures and trample 5 point on me…
