How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Lost EoE Packs
I loaded onto MTG Arena and claimed my free EoE packs (3 of them). I also spent 2600 gold to purchase 2 more packs. When attempting to open them, the game kept crashing (about 3 times) and when I eventually got back in, the packs were gone.
I've checked my recent EoE cards, I've reset the app (Steam and iOS), and I've checked the store and they are not anywhere to be found.
Please can you get these packs back out to us...

Not Allowed to play chromatic cube event games
Hi,
I have a chromatic cube draft deck, and i haven't been allowed to finish my games with the deck, every time i try queue I get an error, even though there is still an hour left of the event to play the games. Would appreciate a refund for the event gold if that's ok as this has cost me the gold i need to do drafts for the new set. Thanks

Draft crashed
The system crashed just as we were moving to pack number two in my edge of eternities draft. When it finally came back up, there was no indication. I joined the draft and my draft token was still gone. It occurred at approximately 12:02 PM eastern standard time Tuesday, July 29.

Kicked during EoE draft
Accessed an EoE draft with a draft token. Completed all of the picks (lucked out on 3 mythics) then have been repeatedly unable to access the app on both mobile and Mac. Once the function is reinstated, if unable to access the draft, I would like a refund for the draft token. I imagine I'll be out of luck for the awesome picks.
Edit: I'm able to access the app, but not the limited formats and 3 packs are gone but the cards are not there. The draft picks are in my library, however.

Can't start Edge of Eternities Draft
Since the launch of EoE the game client is lagging and I Got stuck at starting a draft screen

Server Error - 10 Packs Not Redeemed (Edge of Eternities)
When I was redeeming my pre-ordered Edge of Eternities packs, I got to the last 10 packs and got a server error upon trying to open them. When I went back into the packs screen, the 10 packs no longer showed up and the cards were not in my collection.

Client not launching on Mac
On the morning of Renewal and the EOE updates, the client is not functioning properly on my Mac. I have rebooted 3 times, both by opening the client directly and by launching through Epic Games. Sometimes the client launches but is very laggy, and sometimes it doesn't launch at all, showing a black screen or a "waiting for server" icon. I've also restarted my computer, reset my wifi, and reset my router, but nothing seems to work.

Mana Values Blurred On Card. Text Blurred
Mana values on cards are blurred. Text on the screen is blurred too. Technical Support can you help me by fixing this.

march of the world ooze + minimus containment
- Opponent has March of the World Ooze out. I cast Minimus Containment targeting March of the World Ooze.
- Pc -Steam
- March becomes a treasure, other rules text is greyed out, but all opponent's creature maintain the base 6/6 power and toughness, despite Minimus stating the enchanted card loses all other abilities.
- March should have lost all abilities and opponents creatures should return to base power and toughness on card

“Your go” achievement not registering
Like multiple others, it appears, I was able, after numerous attempts, to win a game while only casting spells on an opponents turn, but did not receive the achievement. Would like credit for the achievement asap

Cant connect even though Arena supposed to be working
When logging in, Arena goes through the whole load up then gets to Waiting for Server, this spins for a few minutes before it says, "Unable to get collection. Please try again later" Then it says, "There was a problem connecting with the server. Check status, reconnect, logout" have tried all three, but it keeps saying everything is working correctly, and won't reconnect me. I have tried everything, reinstall, disconnect wifi, restarts the works. Still does the same thing.

Problems in communicating with server
Everything looks good but after loading inital scene. It takes some time showing Waiting for the Server... befor I get the Network error There was a problem communicating to the server. Or alternatively (Unable to get collection. Please try again later. The game has been doing this for a few days now

Cannot Login
I'm user s.marcocchi@gmail.com and I cannot login in Magic Arena via Steam or iOS and these days I cannot enter (like now) or it's so difficoult. I use 5G on my phone and FTTH via Windows Steam. Thanks

Dollmakers shop not triggering
Dollmakers shop is not tirggering. I have lost so many games after playing Dollmakers shop, attack with a non-doll creature and do not get the trigger! I have lost ranks because of this issue. I need compensation for wasting my time playing a game that I cannot win, because a MYTHIC card that should be powerful does not trigger as it should!

Princess Takes Flight + Garnet, Princess of Alexandria is bugged
My opponent played "Garnet, Princess of Alexandria" once to remove a lore counter from Princess Takes Flight. It removed it and on their next turn my opponent was (correctly) able to exile a creature.
Unfortunately, after destroying "Garnet, Princess of Alexandria" on my next turn Princess Takes Flight became "stuck" in a state where it displayed a single lore counter, but never advanced it on turn and my opponent was able to exile a creature on every subsequent turn.
This is the 3rd time I've experience this behavior and there's been at least one prior report of this bug.

In-match options menu no words on buttons or menu
On Android, Samsung S24 Ultra. This issue has happened in the past but it seemed to be fixed until one of the more recent updates. Now, if I'm in the middle of a match and try to access the menu, half the time the buttons will have outlines but there are no words on any of it (except for the title: "Options").
It's honestly frustrating to see this happen again. It used to be a persistent issue that went unresolved for a long time, got quietly fixed (I've never seen it mentioned on a changelog for updates), and now it's back.
