How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Tutorial bug

    Can't finish the tutorial on android OS for the Blue island deck with the Merman. The cards bunch together and can't select cards.

  2. I can't use my smeagol deck in brawl because I can't have duplicates of nazghul?

    I have 9 nazghul in my smeagol brawl deck per it's own description of how the card functions and the deck worked just fine yesterday. Here is the full listing.

  3. Unable to target creature with Fatal Push

    I was playing MTG Arena on my Pixel 9 Android phone. i was unable to target my opponent's creature with my Fatal Push despite it being a valid target. People online seem to suggest it was caused by a client/server de-sync. I don't know if that's true, but i wanted to report this issue all the same.

  4. Bug: Unable to choose blockers after reconnecting

    Bug: playing on mobile and game dropped moving from WiFi to cellular. After reconnecting to the game, was unable to choose blockers resulting in losing the game.

  6. MH3 Sealed - Missing Rares from Pool

    I just spent the 8000 gems to do the sealed MH3 event. I opened 7 rares. Upon building the deck, only 2 were available to select (Deserted Temple).

  8. No hand scroll glitch

    Fix the bug where you can not scroll your hand to select card when you are forced to pick half your deck leaving you unable to play highlighted cards that are valid counters. It’s an annoying glitch that is being abused to much. FIX IT!!!

  9. Unable to cast Shoot the Sheriff on non-outlaw creature (could only target tokens)

    Standard quick play Bo1 - tried casting shoot the sheriff on my darkstar augar to not die. would not allow me to select any targets other than tokens even though no creatures were outlaws.

  10. Can't select Kozilek, the Great Distortion as Commander for deckmaking in Brawl

    I'm on Arena for PC.

    The bug is this: I built a 100-card colorless Brawl deck, with the intention of having Kozilek, the Great Distortion as commander. But no matter what I do, the deck won't allow me to make this the commander. When I open the deck, the "Commander" tab at the top of the deck is empty, and I try to drag Kozilek there but nothing happens. It won't accept it, whether the "Commander" tab is glowing after clicking on it or not. It DOES accept legendary ARTIFACT commanders, like Karn, Legacy Reforged and Hope of…

  11. Blank board, unable to start match

    During the currently running EoE Arena Direct, I received a match loss for a game that didn't even start.

    The board loaded but there were no decks, hands, pets, or avatars. Just two timer icons and the blank board. I waited a few minutes to see if it would load, then eventually restarted the app. Upon loading, I noticed I received a match loss for that non-match (I was 1-0 prior).

    I spend a lot on these events. Can you help me?

  12. Starter Decks not received and Alchemy Play button bugged out

    I am a returning player. When I first played MTG Arena, I (apparently) completed the green Colour Challenge and received the Starter Deck as a reward as normal when I first played. Now I came back and finished the rest of the Colour Challenges, did also receive the other Starter Decks, but they are shown in the Deck Editor grayed out, telling me I am missing some cards. Yet I can clone the decks and then play with the clones. It seems to me that I have the cards but the Deck builder hasn't noticed yet.

  13. Hare Apparent bug

    —Bug happening on ios—
    Tried to make a Life Gain/Mill deck for Brawl using Hope Estheim as commander, and Hare Apparent as the main piece. I have 22 Hare Apparents in the deck list and when i save the deck it says “Invalid Deck: Too Many Copies of a Card.”

  15. Network Error. Unable to complete draft pick.

    Lately I've been getting a lot of these "Network error. Unable to complete draft pick. Try again later" I'm up to 5 or 6 drafts in Bloomburrow and only one hasn't been affected.

    If it helps it doesn't happen during premier draft gameplay. Only in the draft portion (network errors in general ofc).

    Although two weeks prior to BB release i was having a lot of network errors during standard bo3 ladder gameplay. So much so that i reached diamond 4 and half of my games were disconnect losses. I had even opponents disconnecting as well and me keeping the…

  16. Add default option for creature type selection

    In game, it sometimes gets difficult to select a créature type, for exemple when playing Patchwork Banner. A drop down list offers types based on the list of creatures from the deck but it does not consider token creatures your deck may produce.
    You then have to select "display all", type the desired name, and pick it from the list.
    What would be a great improvement for specialized token decks would be to get to set a default value in the deck configuration page, same as for dedicated avatar ...

  17. Draft fail; unable to login

    I tried to enter an EOE Premier Draft, using my Draft Token, but nobody joined the table I was in despite waiting for minutes. Upon, cancelling, the event said "Rejoin Draft" but clicking did nothing. I restarted my client and I wasn't able to log in.
    I would like a refund of the Draft Token, please!

  18. Bug: Historic decks will not save.

    Historic deck will not save if there are more than 7 cards in the sideboard. An invalid deck warning, stating there are more than 15 cards in the sideboard appears. I am currently using a PC. The bug appeared after the 7/8/2025 update.

  19. Issue adding sideboard cards on iOS

    I’m unable to consistently add sideboard cards when building a deck. This is on the iOS client. For example, I was trying to add 4x sunspine lynx to my deck’s sideboard. If I add all four to the deck first, I’m unable to move any of them to the sideboard. If I just add one at a time to the deck, I’m able to move all but the last one to the sideboard, but I’m never able to get all four into the sideboard

  20. Decklist is Glitched white

    There appears to be a problem with the Deck List. It appears to be white and does not show the number of copies of the card in my deck. This is occurring in both deck builder and in traditional ranked play when sideboarding cards. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?
