How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

game does not progress passed the choose who goes first
Game starts to count down from 30:00 while trying to choose who goes first unable to do anything. Then once it reached 00:00 started to count up

Matchmaking failure
I waited over five minutes and could not get an opponent, and when I entered a match, I could not see my cards.

Can't enter games for long time (cancel after 11+ min) or can't play when entering
I can't suddenly play. Got up to 9/15 wins, but now I either can't join games or when I rarely enter the game I don't either get cards. Or when I get cards, the game is frozen waiting on opponent to decide if to mulligan, even after the timer has expired. Tried ranked and regular alchemy with two decks. Restarted phone. Fixed game files. Checked that I have latest update in Google store.

Online matches not connecting.
Online matches on IOS are freezing at the stage of choosing which player goes first. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change.

Cards not showing in game
Cards do not show up in the game interface, either for myself or my opponent. The playing surface / arena is shown but there are no cards in hand, no library, no graveyard etc. I'm unable to take any actions and the timer visual starts ticking down. I can't even concede the game. When I click concede nothing happens so I have to restart the game and then the match is gone.

MTGA Stalls out when loading a new match and when the timer runs out completely.
Just got back on to finish wins for the day. Joined the Starter Deck league with WG (which worked earlier today).
When loading into a new game it doesn't show any 'my/opponent's turn' UI, it just stalls out until timer starts then runs out and then stalls there too. Exited the first try, entered a second, where "Waiting for Opponent" started almost immediately when it usually only starts when I'm matched up with someone. ~10 secs later I'm matched up, but the same thing happens. Currently still there with stalled timer (pic 4).

Can’t enter battles
I click to enter a battle and nothing happens. The timer keeps running up, it says waiting for opponent, the screen never changes It will let me cancel out of it. This has been happening since 330 pm est. I’ve checked for app updates and restarted both the app and my iPad.

Priority glitch/stall,
As of the latest update, when playing on Android, there will any variety of effects that will proc priority. You see the yellow aura around the opponents HP, signaling priority. I wait and wait, but then the yellow timeout counter pops up. So it's their priority, but I'm the one timing out? I know it's not my service. I might say it's some form of hack/cheat by the other player, but I've been playing for a few months and this issue has only just popped up since the last update. Game freezing/ screen locking again
I'm back again, I'm not usually one to complain about too many things, but this bug has literally cost me money at this point. I'm playing on Android, but I've seen it affecting both. It seems totally random, today it happened after I attacked an opponent, and I'm well aware anything is possible, but it sure seemed like I was on my way to winning that match. This has happened every day since the latest update, costing me wins in premier draft events. I don't know why I expected today to be any better.

Triggers/Interactions that cause a card to display on the right side of the screen cause Denial of Service
Prior to the rollout of the TMNT set/scenery, this was not an issue.
What happens:
A card will cause the opposing player to interact with the board/game somehow. For example, a card will cause the opposing player to mill two cards. The card will display on the right side of the screen, which is correct behavior: it's showing me what the player is supposed to do. The problem is this state of the game does not progress. I cannot tell if it's something that is actively being exploited by the opposing player or if it's a lag/race condition of some…8 votes -

Upon entering premier draft, alll cards appear black. I would like to get reembursed for the gems spent on the draft

Game crashing
I am playing the midweek event on iOS. I am trying to change up my sealed deck and when I remove the lands and add new ones the game crashes then resets. It was repeatable. I tried four or five times.

Turns not processing
For about 5 games since the most recent update, is keep getting an issue where I use an instant or sorcery and the game just doesn't continue. It isn't frozen as I can interact with games (although freezing is an issue on mobile too) The weird thing is timeouts will occur and then they just stop and it doesn't force a concede. Happening to me in ranked standard and midweek magic

Request for Correction of the Korean Translation of “Sneak” (Ninja Turtle Keyword)
I am submitting this request regarding an issue in the Korean localization of keyword abilities.
The keyword “Blitz” has previously been translated into Korean as “기습.” However, the newly introduced keyword “Sneak” has also been translated as “기습” in the Korean version.
“Blitz” and “Sneak” are distinct keyword abilities with different mechanics and rules meanings. Assigning the same Korean term to two separate keyword abilities creates unnecessary confusion for Korean-speaking players.
It makes it difficult to distinguish between the two abilities in gameplay, rules interpretation, and card interactions.
This is a terminology conflict in localization and should be corrected to…
