6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

MTG Arena Unplayable on Xiaomi 13T Pro After TMNT Update – Unreadable Text, Lag, Freezes, Lost Progress
I’m playing on a Xiaomi 13T Pro running Xiaomi HyperOS 3.0.4.0. Since the TMNT update on Tuesday, MTG Arena has become effectively unplayable on my device. Text and numbers are replaced by unreadable square boxes, and inputs are severely delayed (for example, trying to play cards from my hand). This regularly results in the game freezing entirely or timing out, which directly causes avoidable losses.

Timeout during login
Ich kann mich in meinen Account nicht einloggen. Ich war gerade bei einem Pick-2-Draft und gegen Ende konnte ich mein Deck nicht bauen. Ich habe die App neu gestartet und dann konnte ich mich nicht mehr einloggen. Die Fehlermeldung lautet Timeout.

Frozen in combat step
Game keeps freezing during combat step. Can still interact with familiars but can't take further actions. Please help. I'm on the mobile client.

Game unplayable, freezes constantly
Since the latest TNMT update the game has become nearly unplayable. It freezes multiple times per match. If I’m lucky I can exit and reenter quickly enough, but most of the time that doesn’t work and sometimes the match is counted as a loss regardless. I’m on the lates iPad OS. This is a serious problem you need to fix immediately. Can’t imagine I’m the only one affected. I am not going to risk putting any actual money into this game until it is fixed as it is too much of a risk that I’ll lose because of this bug.…

Game glitching out when clearing the stack
Game thinks it's my action but cards are still sitting on the stack and it doesn't allow me to do anything except talk to my opponent. Has happened repeatedly since last patch. Android.

Animation Freeze, unable to interact with gameplay
Playing on Android tablet (Samsung A8).
After most recent update (ninja turtles update) my game began freezing frequently during ability activations and triggers. I am still able to interact with some elements on screen, like the emotes, and the settings cog, but the battlefield animation would remain stuck on the next-to-resolve ability and the pass-turn buttons would not function. The only way to fix it is to concede, or force close the program and reload, by which time my turn timer has run out and I am disadvantaged in my match, likely to lose anyway. It seems the freeze is…

Freezing
Twice in two days the game partially freezes. It appears to happen just after combat resolution.
The game acts as though it is waiting for me to do something, my timer starts, but there is nothing for me to do. I try to reclaim the game by using the " report a bug" and "repair game files" but last time it was too early in the game so I didn't have enough timer saved up, resulting in a loss.6 votes -
week 2 of client stuck on "waiting for server" spiel

as per title, after ANY and EVERY match (regardless of type, ranked, unranked, event) the client gets stuck on the good ol' Bu ll sh it "waiting for server" screen. (henceforth WFS)
game sounds still perform regularly (quests, rewards, yada, yada...)ONLY difference with regular client behavior (aside the whole step-sister thing):
the loading circle of WFS appears to be double stacked (background greyed out instead of black) and the background wears off when the WFS screen should fu ck of f.expected behavior:

Daily goals not attaining after matches
I have casted so many spells that it says I need to cast to get the goal for the day and it is not attaining at all

win does not count
Even after winning three matches in Sealed mode, the wins are not counted. The same issue occurs in ranked matches.

Can't discard my cards as the game wants me to
The button to submit the cards just doesn't lit up when I select the cards I want to discard.

Stuck on “waiting for the server”
The game will not let me in at all. Upon starting the application it stays on “waiting for the server” FOREVER. Eventually the main menu music starts playing in the background, but the menu never appears. I restarted my macbook, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried logging in on my phone… nothing. I can’t get in anywhere. The status page says “all systems operational.” This is ridiculous.

Using up time extensions/autoconceding when tapped out and waiting for opponent to resolve card
Playing on iOS. Has happened twice in as many games today, my opponent will have triggers on the stack and my rope will burn down like I have priority, even when I’m tapped out and have nothing to do/interact with. I can’t pass or do anything and then I autoconcede due to not interacting even though I can’t. I will not be playing ranked until I know this issue has resolved.

Updated game client and now sparky is back...tells me every day that I have a quest, and if I complete it, I'll get a reward.

Daily Quests, No Progression
I’ve been stuck with my daily requests for the past 4 days. No matter what game mode I try, I get zero progress on them. I can swap them as normal, and even the new quests don’t gain progression. I have no idea how to resolve this. I’ve reset the app, refreshed the game, and even deleted and redownloaded the app. Zilch

I'm playing MTGA on an Xperia smartphone. The game has frozen about three times in a row the moment I break a Raghavan Treasure Token. I'd appreciate it if you could fix this.

Freexing games
Hey There , apple user here who plays magic the arena both online and with my boyfreind a samsung user. Ever since the recent large update we have had trouble finishing a game, matches freeze. it doesnt matter of we are online playimg mat hes or against each other, the games always freeze. Sometimes if i close the app and open it back up again , it will take me to the challenge acreen as if im starting a fresh match.

game keeps crashing on android
Game keeps crashing since the new update TMNT every time i play a game or go to use orbs or anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now and still wont work. I am playing on a Samsung S24

Here we go again
I fixed the game files, reinstalled, everything. As others have said the freezing is still occurring. I know you ********* numb nuts don't even care about player reports so I'm sure you're rolling your eyes from your beanbag right now and sipping a latte while you squeeze a stress ball and answer emails from Maro attempting to organize the next demonic consultation to figure out which franchise you're gonna give the Disney treatment, but just know that you're a loser working a loser job

freeze in begining of games all format
As soon as we make mulligan choiceit freezes since this morning. Can't start games on android. It don't even let pass de waiting for opponent screen sometimes
