How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Gameplay BUG - cards' abilities unreadable, black text on black bg

    Tons of cards with paid style have completely unreadable text. Thier font is black and completely unreadable. The problem started with the latest update making the game unplayable with styled cards.

    Every ability of every styled card have black font since latest update. Playing black deck with styled cards in completely impossible.

    GreError. Cast Dopplegang on virtue of strength with a multiple of 4 or higher and it instantly does the error. Especially if I go and copy lands.

  4. Act on suggestions

  5. Koma

    When Koma is cast, it crashes the app (I’m using a 9th Gen iPad) and I cannot return to gameplay until the current games ‘times’ out. It happens every time and has been happening for the past 6 months or so. It looks like it’s an issue for many other users as well, so I have nothing more to add that hasn’t been brought up already.

  6. Arena on iOS crashing multiple times per match

    Arena on iOS 17.3.1 is crashing during random parts of matches. During sideboarding, passing through phases, etc.

  7. Mobile-Computer Unable to connect to challenge matches

    Challenging Mobile to Computer as of LCI release doesn't function. It just says, 'unable to submit deck' once direct challenging the friend.

  8. BO3 sideboard BUG

    I cant play BO3 because sideboard is broken. I cant see all my 15 cards there and managed them. As you see on screenshot - it also 8 cards in sideboard and i cant play normally. Please help... Iam very disrupting :((((

  9. 早駆ける業火、カラミティの騎乗攻撃時、コピーが1体しか生成されない

    早駆ける業火、カラミティの騎乗能力を起動した状態で攻撃した際、コピートークンが1体しか生成されない事がある。

    具体的には「バトルをコントロールしている状態で攻撃した際」に発生。
    1体目の攻撃対象選択を行った時点で処理が終了し、結果「コピートークンが1体しか生成されない」状態となる。

  10. When blood tokens are generated, the game crashes

    Since the 2024 1/26 update, the game seems to be crashing frequently when blood tokens are generated.

  11. Tutorial Duel Bug - unable to play cards

    At undetermined moments while playing the tutorial duels I suddenly become unable to play a card. The sound effects that would normally play when when tapping or swiping on the touch screen persist, though nothing on screen will actually happen, making it impossible to continue playing. This does not appear to affect anything else other than the bottom-center of the screen, where my hand is located.

  13. Slimy Dualleech ignores stack ordering, always resolves first.

    Steps to reproduce:
    * Have Slimy Dualleech trigger before Harried Dronesmith at beginning of combat.
    * Disable "auto order triggered abilities" for the next turn.
    * Manually order Harried Dronesmith to fire before the Slimy Dualleech.
    * Be absolutely mystified when Dualleech still resolves first.
    * Play a second Harried Dronesmith, and manually order triggers in order of Harried Dronesmith, Slimy Dualleech, Harried Dronesmith, just in case.
    * Get angry when Dualleech resolves first, again.

    Platform: Android
    Expected results: After ordering them correctly, Harried Dronesmith should resolve, putting a 1/1 Thopter token on the battlefield, that can then be targeted…

  14. Guardian Project fails to draw cards for face-down creatures

    I was using Vannifar, Evolved Enigma to cloak cards in a historic brawl game with Guardian Project out. To my surprise, I didn't draw a card from Guardian Project. It's my understanding that face-down cards have no name, so they don't share a name with other face-down creatures. Various rulings on the internet support this such as https://www.reddit.com/r/magicTCG/comments/cv92uk/guardian_project_and_morphs_question/ and https://www.reddit.com/r/mtgrules/comments/ec07hx/guardian_project_morph_interaction/ . So I think this is a bug in MTG Arena.

  15. Bug static discharge intensity

    Intensity of Static Discharge is not increasing correctly. Has happened a few times already, costing me games. Couldn't kill a sheoldred, couldn't finish off an opponent at 1 life. Look at my graveyard, it should all have the same intensity. There are no cards in the deck that conjure copies. Please fix.

  16. Utopia Sprawl/Beseech the Mirror bargain on mobile

    This has happened twice in two matches in a row with the same scenario.
    T1 Shockland, Utopia Sprawl naming black
    T2 Tap for mana, cast Dark Ritual, cast Beseech the Mirror

    The first game, I had played a second land and tried to cursor over between the two lands, but pressing the stack/scroll arrows on the land did not allow me to select the Utopia Sprawl. The second game, knowing this happened, I attempted to cast Beseech before playing a second land to see if it would allow me to press on the arrows, but I still wasn't able to…

  17. Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might does not increase damage of red sources

    Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might does not increase the damage done by Sunlight torch.

    1. Play Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might
    2. Equip Sunlight Torch
    3. Attack and sacrafice torch
    4. Torch only does 2 damage. (expected 4)

  18. Halo Forager Freeze

    I want to report a bug with the Halo Forager that costed me a limited draft game. Casted it, but I did input 0 by mistake for X cost. I clicked <back> however it would not let me input a new value for X, had to wait for timeout and lost my turn. Ended up with a loss.

  19. Game Crash Putting in Koma or The One Ring Using Show and Tell

    I Thought seized my opponent knocking out his Brazen Borrower. I then cast Show and Tell selecting to put Koma into play. My iphone then crashed. Opponent had One Ring and Snapcaster in hand so it was 1 of those 3 cards that caused the crash. I was able to close the game but everytime I reloaded the game it would take me straight into the game and then crash before the board actually loads. It did this multiple times until my timeouts would have been used. Once the timeouts would have been up I was able to get into…

  20. Earn a new deck stuck at 0:00:00

    The earn a new deck quest feature is stuck at 0:00:00 left on the timer with no way to earn a new deck
