How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Country not available during update - Bug
error code: Update Required
Update needed requiring date of birth and country. However, country (Philippines) is not available when updating Arena.

Collector Achievement not unlocking
I finished an OTJ main set. I have 100% completion according to the client and it will not let me craft anything else. Pic attached shows the full completion for OTJ as well as the collector title still being locked. Please advise

Cannot view full hand
Since the last update, I cannot see my full hand. I can only see the name and casting cost. I have screenshots to show what I mean.

Error Updating Data PC and Mobile
After the new update for MKM Alchemy on both my PC and mobile app I get the "Error Updating Data" message when trying to launch Arena. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times (PC and mobile) including manually deleting the files on PC, switched between wifi and cell data and tried multiple different connections (mobile), run corrupt file search/cleanup (PC), and tried installing through Epic Games Launcher (PC) and I have had no luck. MTGA Status page says everything is fine, but I don't know that there is anything else I can do on my end to fix the issue.

Timeout on login
Unable to login into MtGA due to "failed authentication: timeout". Internet is good and working on other devices. I am trying to login mobile on android. Has been off and on all day.

Missing Renewal egg
I could see my renewal egg before when accessing my inbox. But now I don’t see it anymore.
I tried restarting the game and it dis not help.
I am playing on an Iphone with the latest Ios.

Card freezing on screen

Asset error detected
As soon as I open the game after local data collection Arena manifests a problem about "asset error detected" and after the restart of the game it re-downloads all of the 11 gbs of it.

Games Download of 11GB every time I open the game
Since EoE release, almost every time I open the game, it asks me to download 11gb of content. When it doesn't, it is stuck at "Initializing Localization Database" (I waited for almost an hour and nothing happened) until I reopen the game, at which point it starts the 11GB download again.
I've tried reinstalling the game multiple times to no avail.
I'm on M1 MacBook Pro with MacOS Sequoia.

Extreme lag after 08/07/2025 update
The menu interface starts drastically lagging as soon as I press the "play" button to the point I cannot do anything in the app after the July 8 2025 update

Demonic Pact
As others have noted, this card incorrectly displays a partial but not correct list of available modes. It isn't simply that no modes are greyed out, but not the correct, complete ones. It is misleading because, with several out at once, it becomes all but impossible to know which copy has which modes available. I lost this game as a result.

Good Morning, No Servers...
I was logged in, girlfriend could not log in on her computer and profile. She tried everything. I was playing fine but I logged out and logged back in to NO Connection. Now i cant play either. SERVER DOWN, website lies. Please FIX. 9/28/2025@1231p est.

プレオーダーで50パック購入しましたが、100パック開封できました。ゴールデンパックもいつもは5個なのに今回は10個でした。
プレオーダーの50パックを開封後、ゴールデンパックを1パック開封しました。
その後にメールを3通開けたところ、50パックとゴールデンパック5パックを受け取る通知でした。
既に開封済みなので通知を後から見ただけかと思ったのですが、さらに50パックとゴールデンパック5パックを開封できてしまいました。バグかと思います。

Sideboarding causes menu bar to turn white
Whenever I play a BO3 and have to sideboard, the menu bar at the top turns white during sideboarding and stays that way until I restart the client. In-game everything looks fine. But during sideboarding and when I'm finished with my match, it looks like that. Thank you.

I suddenly have this weird distracting border on all my cards in all my decks.

11+Gb download every time I reboot since Edge/Renewal?!?! This is the sixth time it has downloaded in a week, and this is really not okay... What is missing?
