How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Claim button not working
After a match, where I would claim my prizes, the claim page shows no prize, and pushing the button does nothing. I am still able to open the friends list and rotate the screen, so the app is not frozen, i just can’t proceed by pushing the claim button. The only way to proceed is to close and restart the app. I am on an iPhone SE 2.

Top bar is all white and unreadable
Sometimes after finishing a match the top bar (Profile, Decks, Store, etc.) is all white and unreadable.

BO3 UI White Out graphical glitch
This has happened on both SteamDeck and Apple devices. UI will bug out (top menu bar is all white and logos are miss scaled and misplaced. During side-boarding in BO3, the deck list is all white (with white text on some cards/qty) which makes it challenging to sideboard. This bug seems to be triggered between rounds in a BO3.

BUG: Mac Client only works in Full Screen mode after KTK update
If you launch the Mac client in windowed mode (i.e., not in Full Screen mode), you cannot click on anything. Nor can you easily quit the game! (You have to force quit it, e.g., via the Activity Monitor app.)
The solution is to delete your preferences so that the MTGA client will open in Full Screen mode by default.
To delete your preferences, open a terminal -- the Terminal app will suffice -- and execute the following commands.
$ cd ~/Library/Preferences
$ rm com.wizards.mtga.plistYou'll have to log back in and reset your client preferences to taste. Just don't uncheck…

Krumar Initiate not working
Tried in back to back games in draft that could have DEFINITELY changed the outcomes, I lost 2 in a row, where I had full life and tried to activate the endure ability and it would ask for me to pay the X. There was no option to pay with life, it didn't auto reduce my life it just showed pay or cancel. I didn't have enough mana to test if it was trying to force me to pay mana instead of life. I want my draft refunded plus some for the frustration and time wasted on the draft and…

Android App animation freezing after update today
Android App animation freezing making game unplayable after today's update (Jan 21st). Neither restarting app nor performing repair in game resolves issue. Exact same problem replicated on both my Samsung Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy Tab S7. Please fix this!

Aetherdrift Arena board has spinning propellers that are making me dizzy after two games.
Is there any way to stop them from spinning or block the board?

Android OS Disconcect
Since the recent android update. The app disconnects every time you interact with any notification. Whats worse is that it doesn't reconnect to the game youre in unless you formally restart the app but instead goes directly to the main lobby screen and auto concedes your game.

Achievements not being recognized.
I played a game where I should have received four achievements, mill-licious, down but not out, keyword soup, and going ultimate, I did not get credit for any of them. I am playing on a PC windows 11.

mastery xp not updating
While playing on my iPhone, I have been getting wins, which with the daily wins, I should be getting 25 xp per win. I am currently at 8/15 so I should still be getting xp. However, my mastery xp has not increased and has been stuck at 225/1000. The only xp I have available to earn is the daily wins - I finished the quest for the day so the daily wins is the only way for me to earn xp.

Theros Nyx full art lands are not longer available in the Basic land style pool.

Window minimization
At the beginning and end of every match the game switches from fullscreen to windowed mode.

waiting for server then the current game just ends
During the game Waiting for Server is shown.
Then it blinks a couple of times the screen is black and Waiting for Server is shown.

Download bug
Found a bug where downloading the latest update for mtg arena will cause a kick before it finishes the download, making the game completely inaccessible.

Crash with last iOS update
The game is crashing every time (blocked on loading screen) when entering in any feature beyond the main menu (deck building for example or draft).
Platform: iOS

Graphic issues while loading screen on Samsung S23 Pro.

full screen
Game REFUSES to stay in full screen. From searching reddit this is a common issue with Ultrawide monitors. I am using an ultrawide monitor @ 3440x1440 resolution. Once the game is full screen it works fine, but it constantly goes back to windowed mode.
I was thinking of getting back into Arena. Not anymore.

Game freezing
Following 5/1/25 update, my game on Android mobile is showing visual errors on the home screen and freezing when trying to go to another screen beyond the home page (join a match, enter store).

updating data
It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".
after a new patch launched on Jan 26th.
I think this is a bug.
