How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

animation and pop-ups cause game to lock in both home screen and in matches
While on home screen, if I hover over the Challenges buttons, the pop-up causes the game to stop responding and freezes. Freezes may also happen after boot up, while trying to connect to a match, during card animations, hovering over cards such as planeswalker cards. In general, a massive **** show. It even freezes when I am trying to buy packs!
Preventing people from playing or purchasing seems like a terrible business model!7 votes -
arena keeps freezing when hovering over dailies or going to the store or finding a match
Since the update on 9/13/24 I have been unable to do anything on arena. It loads up and when clicking anything and even hovering over dailies it freezes instantly and forces me to close the client.

Client crashing on multiple out-of-game actions
Since the last update the client is crashing whenever certain actions are performed, for instance moving to the "Packs" tab or trying to switch missions (or even just hovering on top of the mission).
I play regularly and this has never happened before the last update.
I am on Windows, and when I try to perform those actions the game crashes, popping out the windows screen "MTGA.exe is not responding".
Disk/RAM and GPU usage does not seem different than what it used to be.9 votes -
Arena crashing and stalling out on Mac laptop after update
I play in a mac laptop, using epic games as a launcher, ( running mac OS 14.5) - and after the big update yesterday, Arena is barely functional.
I can sign in, go to the main homescreen, and get to my recent Bo1 game and play - but even then it frequently crashes after a game, freezes if I try to click on any of the other tabs (store, packs, etc) - would not let me start a draft, etc.

Network Error

Can't log in because of Network Error: there was a problem when communicating with the server.
Checked status and everything is operational.

quit unexpectedly
MTGA quit unexpectedly
For the last two updates, the one before Duskmourn, and again after the set release today, every time I close the app on my Mac there is a Problem Report for MTGA generated.8 votes -
Game keeps freezing on me
The game keeps freezing on me. Sometimes in the middle of a match, every time I try to go to the store or to open new packs it freezes on me. I can barely play at all

Unable to play anything other than recently played
Whenever I select play the normal screen pops up but everything is gray and whenever I click on ranked, play, or brawl, it continues to add each option where you normally see the "standard ranked" or whatever category you're in. I am incredibly frustrated due to only being able to play one of my decks with the recently played tab. I am also unable to select any of the options, the play button is still not lit whenever an option is chosen. I can't do any of my daily challenges now and I will lose out on my grinding.

When I go to try to play games, the choices for formats are gone, only standard play standard ranked available. When trying to choose, none of my decks show and the left side choice area says:

On 6/28/24 I earned a Arena Direct MH3 Play Booster Box Token. This token was not displayed on the top of the UI until 6/30/24 when I earned play-in points.

Stuck on claim rewards screen after game
Stuck on claim daily rewards screen. I have so exit the app on my iPhone and restart arena every single time after a game.

sideboard
I was playing Bo3 Timeless and when I go to sideboarding in game 2, my sideboard was not correct. I was playing 5 color with Omnath and the pitch elementals but this is what was shown (the sideboard is from my previous deck I was playing with)

Nobody cares?
"How many days have passed since the update and various reports of the game constantly crashing, and yet there is still no official announcement on the MTGA Status page acknowledging the issues, and nothing has been done about it. It's as if the crash reports don't matter to anyone...

Error updating data
My MTG Arena does not initiate since the last patch before Last Caverns of Ixalan and, for some reason, it loads the "Error Updating Data" screen. I've tryed every single solution avaliable on the internet, but none of them worked. What could it be?

network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.
