How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

system lag when having 8 green virtue
When having 8 green virtues in play, the system is very lag and nearly crashed

visual BUG
Sometimes after I play some minutes the interface present some visual bugs or in the top menu, where I cannot see anything except white squares or during the sideboard in match games as in the attached example. It's really annoying and all I can do is to restart the application. Can you fix this defect??????

Error and bug
Hello Support I am getting the error

I tried reinstalling and other solution offered online but have no success.

Table queue timer doesn't update when app is in background
On Android when the app is in the background the timer under "Finding a Draft Table:" does not update so the time will be incorrect when you switch back to the app.

Weird white screen after playing a game
After I played a game the screen overlay just turned like this and it won’t go back.

non-conditional "Thanks!"/"Sorry!"
Sometimes you just need to apologize in advance of your play, or give gratitude for how the opponent stacked their combo of spells and triggers during their turn. For this, I would hope you unlock "Thanks!" & "Sorry!" emotes without needing to use them as limited-time replies to "Nice!" and "Oops."

more comprehensive "Disable Emotes" options
It'd be nice to have distinct, independent menu options for:
- Mute Opponent (this is easily done already in match)
- Disable Stickers (the only time I ever see them used is in an obnoxious or spammy manner)
- Disable Pets (they all distract from play, but some are much more irritating than others)it's nice that pets and stickers are included for people who want them, but they're absolutely not essential features, and I'd love to be able to turn all that off entirely on my end without giving up the simple Hello, Nice/Thanks, etc chat options.

Poorly scaled UI on Android tablet
Some UI elements are too large and have distorted images. Would appreciate a UI size adjustment setting and higher resolution icons/images on Android tablets.
Tested on Galaxy Tab S9.

Trampas en clasificatorias
Me parece vergonzoso que jugando a clasificatoria histórico entre con 60 cartas i tenga que ver como tramposos con mazos de más de 200 cartas si pueden jugar y joderte tu clasificación me da mucha rabia llevo muchos años jugando y no hacéis nada para resolver este problema ay gente que nos tomamos el juego en serio y esto es de escoria de jugadores es imposible casi ganar con un mazo de 60 a un jugador que vosotros permitís que juegue con una cantidad de cartas absurda gracias y de verdad si queréis una idea po er algún sistema para…

Cannot install on iPad: Not enough disc space.
I have around 30G of free space on my iPad running iOS 17.4.1, but I keep getting this error message on install.

Mastery pass 70+ reward missing
Mastery pass lvl 70+ uncommon card are not granted on PC. Or at least, they do not appear on the rewards screen post match. They didn't appear in the collection as new card nearther. That is why i thing they are juste not granted.

connection error
after playing second match on Aprils fool event I was disconnected from game and couldnt reconnect. My internet is working properly. I restarted my PC and the error persists. The MTG Arena Status page says its everything OK...

Visual bugs (sleeves etc.)
Hi there!
After a recent update I have started to experience several visual bugs. In matches, sleeves are not shown correctly and cards on the stack have a black background making the text less readable. The sleeve issue also exist in the store.

Samsung Z Fold cant play on big screen, game keeps crashing on boot

Unexpectedly lost the ability to click on stuff and turn timer stopped working
I was playing vs random online opponent in a Brawl match. Attempted to trigger Goblin bombardment (this was not the first time this match) then all my clicks started having no effect and I attempted to validate bundles.
