How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. I can't use emotes and phrases.

    I am collecting emotes and phrases through the mastery purchased, to use during the game: I cannot replace them with the ones I have, or add them even though they are under the indicated limit.
    it's a bug: fix it, I paid for extra things that you don't let me use.

  2. Cards Glitch

    I'm playing a Draft and suddenly I drew a couple of glitched cards that I don't what they are. I hover them and they start glitching even more. I played one of them and it got stuck on the right side of the screen and was left there the whole match. For some reason the game log is 224mb so obviously I couldn't upload it, let me know if you want by email or something.

  3. Names, power and toughness not visible on PC.

    When I started a draft match, I noticed that creatures did not show their names, power, or toughness. I tried closing it and joining on mobile, but it did not find the game. When I rejoined on PC, the issue persisted. I lost the game. Please reimburse the gems I used.

    If Delina makes a copy of Roxanne that enters tapped and attacking, they still got a Roxanne trigger to make a Meteorite.

  7. Windows Client freezes if you switch away

    Windows Client freezes permanently when I switch to another task - taking a screenshot after a game end, switching to a social media window to paste it, and when I go back to Arena, it is unresponsive, regardless of how long I wait.

    I've seen similar during a match, but in those cases, it unfreezes after 5-15 seconds.

  10. On-Reward indicator for vault progress

    I can see upcoming awards at the bottom of the main screen next to the play button. I can see that there is an uncommon card award on completion of my next achievement. When I am awarded the uncommon card, I already have 4 copies so the vault percentage value is increased but there is no indication that the vault percentage has increased. As a player I would like to see a popup indicator for vault progress just like all the other awards. This would make the experience more understandable, at-a-glance, and a more consistent experience overall (as well as…

  11. MacOS version crashes out at splash screen

    In the last 24 hrs, Mac version has stopped working.
    It goes through the usual splash screen and gets all the way to "Loading initial screen" and then quits out to desktop without reaching the menu screen.

    I've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling. No resolution.

  12. Obeka, Splitter of Seconds causes issues with UI

    After the extra upkeeps were triggered by my opponent's Obeka, while I had auto-passing enabled (Shift+Enter), a textless button appeared on my screen above the auto-passing message.

  15. Option buttons disappearing after going into store

    On IOS, I log in and go to options and all the buttons are there and visible. after going into the store page the buttons on the option page have no text. Relogging will bring the buttons text back.

  16. Game stops progressing during opponents turn

  17. [Android] Message emotes cropped in match

    Description: New message emotes for Outlaws of Thunder Junction (Ex. Howdy) appear cropped out of the game screen during a match.

    Steps:
    1. Equip new message emotes in Profile
    2. Enter a Bot Match
    3. Open emotes and scroll to new message emotes
    4. Send one of the new message emotes

    Expected result: Message emotes should appear inside the emote grid

    Actual result: Message emotes are cropped out of the game viewport.

    No workaround found.

    数時間前までは普通にプレイできていたが、その後ログイン使用としてたら、PC版でも、アンドロイド版でもタイムアウトと表示されてログイン出来ない。
    一度ログアウトして、再ログインしても依然としてログイン出来ない

  19. MTGA stuck during a cast

    playing a ladder game and got robbed. Input an action and the game just stalls, thinking I still have prio when I shouldn't.

    Tried to cast Play With Fire for lethal and got stuck. awarded a loss.
