How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Clicking "Cancel" when waiting for match to start results in a lose if status changes to "Entering match" at the same time
When you click "Cancel" while waiting for match to start (I was playing Quick draft), it results in a lose if the status on the screen changes to "Entering match" at the same time you click "Cancel".
In this log I was able to play one more match, which I won and then when returning to Quick draft -screen, instead of a win I got my third lose.
My suggestion is that there should be some kind of timer in the software for this situation, so you can freely click "Cancel" and the game actually registers it, even if the…

Opponent conceded , game said victory, and it gave me a loss.
Opponent conceded, game said victory, and it gave me a loss. I could not screen shot because I thought I had won so there was no reason. Me posting my third loss from the draft doesn't prove anything.
How do I get a refund????????

Super Loop Feature
Please add a feature to where if a super loop happens, a user can designate how many times they want the combo to occur. Specifically for the Rosie + Scurry Oak + Ashnod’s Altar combo to mill an opponent. I lost because my timer ran out and my opening swung for lethal causing me to lose. Please add something to speed up the process such as if an opponent has no instant or is able to interfere with it, the player will have a screen or option appear that lets them input how many times they would like the combo…

Product Suggestion
As a player who has been left out of pre-releases because I couldn't purchase any sort of packs at the time, being treated by other players as friends has made memories and additions to my collection. My suggestion is that we as players be allowed to trade/gift in a reasonable manner with each other.

Retrieving asset manifest
I want to play the game, but I am constantly getting “Retrieving asset manifest” on the load screen and nothing else
This is an issue with YOUR app, not my phone, not my network. Don’t try to tell me otherwise, that is a lie.
Fixe it or want a refund from the last purchase I made, which was just before this issue with the app started happening

repeated deck names lock
When you name a deck with a name you already used, the warning is looping and doesn't let you take another action on the game. When you click "OK" on the "deck name already in use" screen, the warning just pops back on the screen. This goes over the escape menu as well, forcing you to alt+f4 and reopen the game

Latest update has cut connection to server
The latest update has screwed the connection to mtg arena server. Try to open app it just says connection to server lost. Try retrying does the same thing. Have logged out and tried to log back in now get both connection to server lost and authentication failure error. Android phone updated 09/05/23 3pm

Scurry oak
Scurry oak combo on mobile is really hard to go off on because of the interface. Every time you create a squirrel, your scurry oak gets farther and farther away, and eventually it gets really difficult to scroll all the way over to it to continue your combo. I have a few hopeful suggestions for this issue.
1.) you could stack all the squirrels when you create them and just add a number of how many are stacked.
2) create some sort of arrow that takes you all the way left and there for back to your scurry oak

Sideboard Option Missing

MAC - InGame Menus/options are blank
When quality level is high or ultra, mac version's menu options are all blank consistently. Sometimes restart helps but after starting a game, go to options there are sometimes blank again.
Spec: Mac M1 with Venura 13.4

Latest MacOS versoin of MTGA hangs while trying to do just about anything.
MTGA version: 2023.24.0.1057.986775
MacOS Version: 12.6.3
Core i7 13in MacBook ProThe game launches fine, but trying to do anything that leaves the landing page causes the game to hang. It goes to the "Waiting for Server..." screen and then freezes, requiring a Forced Quit. This happens when I attempt to go to the store, go to my deck collection, edit my deck from a limited event, etc. This happens regardless of the state of my system.
Basically, I can't do anything in game at this point.

battle pass experience
I win three matchs, the counter increase in weekly wins but the experience don't increase in the battle pass

Decklist is Glitched white
There appears to be a problem with the Deck List. It appears to be white and does not show the number of copies of the card in my deck. This is occurring in both deck builder and in traditional ranked play when sideboarding cards. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Calix alternate art position incorrect
Calix alternate art by Jason A Engle is completely off-center when on the battlefield and Calix's head is chopped off which looks really odd and bad

White bar
While playing Bo3 on Android, after sideboarding, a white bar appears on the top part. It stays there even after the game has finished and it covers the main menu tabs.

Problem connecting to server
I am unable to complete logging in. From the log in screen I go to the splash art, then it tries to connect to the server, as would be the last step before seeing the main page with tabs to events and others. It used to not go anywhere, but now it throws up a problem with "loading collection". I was able to log in a few times through desperation, as I wanted to complete my decathon event before the time ran out for it. Once was when I was logged in straight after reinstalling the game, two more times…
