How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    I can not log in to MTGA, on either Steam or Epic. My internet connection is fine, but the software will not make it past the retrieving asset manifest - failed screen.

  2. Possible Unstable Update

    Since the lastest Update for Duskmourne MtG Arena has either been hanging or dying.
    Have run the "Validate Bundles" command and running hard-wired to the router to eliminate any wireless prob•lems.
    - Selecting "Packs" from the home screen results in a background picture only and the program hangs.
    - Selecting "Store" from the home screen sometimes results in the message "Waiting for the Server" and get two complete circles of the graphic before it hangs. Once or twice was able to get the "Store" screen but selecting any subchoice from there results in hanging or the program dying.

  3. The MTGA Client Freezes and Crasher everytime i try to Start a Draft.

    The MTGA Client Freezes and Crashes everytime i try to Start a Draft. This started happening after the September 12th update.

    Also crashes sometimes in the Store and while queing for any type of game

  6. Timeout

    Haven't been able to log in for days, just keep getting this screen. I've downloaded, updated, un-installed, reinstalled, everything. When I click "reconnect" it crashes and shows a black screen

  7. unable to login authentication failed

    When I open Arena, it opens to a black screen that reads "Unable to Login. Authentication failed for kodama-llama: An exception occurred"

    I have tried logging out and logging in and uninstalling and reinstalling to fix the issue, but neither works.

  9. Game keeps freezing on me

    The game keeps freezing on me. Sometimes in the middle of a match, every time I try to go to the store or to open new packs it freezes on me. I can barely play at all

  10. Claim Reward stuck

    After a match ends, I get rewards for daily quest progress but after claiming the reward the game screen goes blank and is stuck on that blank screen. No amount of clicking the button clears the screen, only shutting down and restarting, which is very cumbersome to do every match.

  11. 最近のバックエンドのメンテで選択プロセスにバグが発生していると思われる

    ログの時間が早い方の時間帯に
    収穫祭の襲撃で
    5枚が土地と楽園の拡散だけだったので、土地と楽園の拡散を選択したが、色選択だけでどの土地につけるかの選択が発生しなかった。

  13. ENGLISH: Act I - WAR Lore Event - Momir

    When I go to try to play games, the choices for formats are gone, only standard play standard ranked available. When trying to choose, none of my decks show and the left side choice area says:

    What's going on? Why can't i play or see anything having to do with historic or any other format?

  14. UI collapse, can't join games - all decks missing, mode selector radio buttons defective, stuck in event I didn't join

    Genuinely a wild setup

    I played this morning, and I'm not aware of a client update since, which suggests either data corruption at my end or a backend problem

    Several people on MTG Discord (not arena discord, I'm banned) are experiencing the same problem. One of them claims they were able to resolve the problem with VPN, suggesting that it may be a dead backend shard, but boy, what a wild UI presentation

    I have been unable to play for around four hours that I'm aware of; the last successful game was around 12 hours ago

  15. Reset password strength check broken

    On the wizards.com website, the reset password page (after opening the reset password link from my email). When I enter a new password it is stuck on the password strength check (must enter one lower case and one upper case letter) and won’t let me proceed with submitting my new password. I tried many variations of different passwords, and none seem to satisfy the strength check

  16. XP not appearing

    Since yesterday’s update, XP does not seem to be appearing, either for the daily missions, or for the weekly win mission. Coins seem to be appearing ok though, as are cards. Not sure why. iOS version playing on an iPad.

  18. Color Challenge stuck on resume

    I have completed all the color challenges, but a recent update that made some changes to the tutorial and the "learn more" section of the game has now placed a "resume" option on my home screen. There is nothing to resume, and therefore this flag will not clear. It's bugging me
