How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Black screen
Android mobile device. App opens only to black screen. Turned phone off and back on, didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, didn't work. Maintenance performed on 01/27/2022 and game hasn't worked since.

Game Constantly Crashing on Mobile
I am getting fed up with how often I have to restart my game client on mobile or how many times I am basically issued game losses on the ladder when trying to climb to mythic because Arena decides thats all the sudden i can’t click on anything anymore but also it’s my turn and if I don’t respond I’m now roping out and I don’t find this out until it’s warning me that I’m just about to lose that I need to completely restart and 90% of the time the game has ended and my rank is lowered. unable to login
Message: Unable to login: authentication failed. Attach failed to drop other attach. Timeout.

Did not advance mastery level when gained 1000 xp
Got 1000 xp from a daily quest (750) and first win of the day (250) and my mastery level did no go up. Not sure if got any experience at all...

When I click on the Play button (main screen), the client crashes (crash report enclosed).

Connection lost
Every time I try to log on and play the game it says I lost connection to the game server and I even logged out and changed my password to log back in and I got the same result

Game crash
the game crash on the deck selection area before to join a battle.
Select the desk icon, roll the mouse wheel or the scroll bar to select your deck, then freeze and crash the game.63 votes -
Emotes unequipping
Every time Arena crashes (which is often because it's an unstable mess) it unequips all my emotes. Either fix this, or reimburse me the paid for emotes as they are essentially a faulty product.

game crash
the game crash and when I try to join the match, the game crash systematicaly I cannot select deck or anything when I click on play button

MacBook Pro m1 Pro 16" issues
Arena client minimizes itself when going from main menu into a match as well as when switching from searching for opponent to starting match. There are a few other times where it exits out of full screen and minimizes itself, but I can't recall them at the moment.
Only have one resolution option in Graphics options of Settings menu in match.
Arena client will not load past black screen if opened by clicking Arena icon, can only play game if launched through Epic Game Store.

Server connection
I can't connect to the game at all with this message :
" Connection Lost
You've lost your connection to the server"
But my internet connection is working perfectly fine as I can play other games.

crash each time I exit
I cant' close the game normally.
Uninstall and reinstall did not fix anything.
The game freeze each time I want to exit (by clicking on the exit button or press Alt F4)/
Windows says each time "programm not respond" and I have to "end task"

MTG Arena hangs when trying to exit game (only happens when run from Epic Games launcher)
MTG Arena shouldn't hang when I'm done playing! Has been happening constantly since updating the Epic game launcher last week. When running MTGA.exe directly from the install location, the issue doesn't occur, so it seems to be related to the EGS launcher.
NOTE: other games launched from EGS do not have any such issue...Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 5600, 32GB RAM, NVidia 3060ti

Resolution on MacBook
After the latest Update to Crimson Vow the resoultion on a MacBook Air is a mess. I can suddenly only choose one resolution and the windows is ether tiny in window mode or when I choose fullscreen mode on the left and right side there is some space missing so I cannot see the pets and the whole cards on the stack - which makes it not possible to play the game. Before the latest update all was working. (macBook Air 2020)

Resolution on Mac after last update
Have resolution problem after last update. Before that didin't have any issues
I play on 1440x900. Thats highest resolution on my Mac and one and only one available on MTG Arena. No matter if I play on full screen or in window. Still don't see full card description :(53 votes -
Screen Resolution
PC
Cant change resolution.
No other options.
Game start in window mode by default no matter how I set it. Edit the reg but the game overwrites when it start.
Was playing 1280x720 before. My monitor is 1024x768 with and hdmi to vga adapter. Never work well, constantly going to one resolution to another between matches. Just entering the config screen solves the issue. I would play in my native resolution, but the cards dont show in a 4:3 aspect ratio.

Game client does not close on exit.
When I close the game, it freezes and I need to shut it by force through right click - Close window. Otherwise it gets stuck forever. Happened every day since last week.

Please fix your matchmaking
Your matchmaker is constantly making me play a mirror match. Nine games out of ten will have at least one card in common with my deck. This makes for stale matches, especially when playing a control deck. Please make the match maker random!
