How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Anointed Peacekeeper Making Deck Unplayable

    Every time I play Anointed Peacekeeper my client crashes, I climbed to mythic last season using mono white with Anointed Peacekeeper and now I can't play the deck because the card crashes my client without fail.

    Verified files already,
    All drivers up to date,
    Intel i5-8400
    GTX 1070 Ti
    16 gb DDR4 RAM

  3. Targeting Indicators Not Displayed For Spells on the Stack

    When attempting to review the targets of spells/abilities on the stack there is no UI indicator to display the current target of each spell or ability. While there is a line of text giving the name of the target, it is hidden away where most players would never see it. Worse, that text is completely useless if there are multiple permanents or spells with the same name.

    1. Steps to reproduce: Cast a targeted spell or activate a targeted ability while there are one or more spells or abilities on the stack.

  5. Quotation mark bug

    Bug on Android
    Unclosed quotes on numerous cards within collection.
    Closed quotes on "Glimpse the Unthinkable".
    Glimpse the Unthinkable is from original Ravnica, and there's no way to acquire Ravnica packs.

  7. Direct match put me in ranked queue

    What happened:
    I had been playing Historic ranked for a bit when one of my friends came online and asked if we could play a few games. After a few rounds with 60 card decks he asked if we could play Brawl so I sent him a challenge. I had to select a deck in order to send the challenge since the deck I had used in our previous game was not a brawl deck. After he accepted the challenge, I clicked the "Play" button since I had already selected the deck I wanted to use. Apparently, this also added…

  8. Blank screen instead of the initial screen (sometimes with ambient sound on)

    I am getting a blank screen instead of the initial screen. (sometimes with ambient sound on) --Sometimes an error message is displayed. (see the attached screenshot) -- I am having this problem on Windows 10 and on Android 11.

  9. Packs Icon shows that I have packs to open, but I only have my Pre-order items that I can't use yet

    The top menu Icon for "Packs"shows that I have packs to open, however in truthm only have my Pre-order items that I can't use yet. This seems to be a bug as there is now no way to tell now (from that icon) when I have packs/items I can open, and/or packs/items I can't.

  10. Season rankings not changing

    Hello,
    I uninstalled and reinstalled Arena to debug. Didn't work
    My season rankings are not changing with wins or losses. Also, I’ve never been able to complete the last chellenge on each intro deck color challenge. It says network error on the last challenge of each color.

  12. Deck Name Infinite Loop

    Accidentally named a new deck with a name I'd already used. This ended making the 'you already named a deck that' and 'you cannot have a deck of the same name' error messages to pop up endlessly.

  14. Card Sleeves problem

    Hello and Greetings Wizards of the Coast Costume

    I want to inform you that I have a problem in the MTG Arena.
    One of the Card Sleeves, the WPN Exquisite, which is one of my favorites, is darkened almost to black and has no image. Was it recently modified or is there something wrong with my MTG Arena program or is it a MTG Arena display bug? Annex Screenshots as evidence.

  15. Unclear casting options when using both Augur of Autumn and Falco Spara, Pactweaver

    When both Augur of Autumn (with Coven) and Falco Sparta are on the battlefield, the UI gives the option to cast creature spells from the library using either option, but gives no clear indication which one is which. with the only way of knowing by trial-and-error. Fortunately the option to cast using Falco gives an option to cancel, but it would be more convenient if this information was clear on the "Choose One" screen.

  16. Switching between cellular data and wi-fi causes disconnects

    Steps to reproduce the bug: Start the game while connected to wi-fi. Disconnect from wi-fi (by moving out of range off turning it off) so you’re using cellular data instead. Navigate to any other tab in the lobby or try to continue the match you’re in. You’ll be left with a “Waiting for Server…” and a spinner until you get an error message depending on where you’re at in the app. A restart fixes everything. And the same issue occurs if you start out using cellular data and the connects to wi-fi.

  17. Stuck at black screen after restarting arena after game freeze

    Steps to reproduce: Close the arena app after a game freeze in the middle of a match. Start the app again, at this point the game automatically rejoins the match. Complete the match by winning or loosing. You see a spinner and get stuck at a black screen. This hasn’t always been the case, one or two updates ago I had several game freezes but never ended up at a black screen.
    Platform: iOS
    Expected result: End up in the game lobby

  19. Ubanned account login bug

    I received a mail sayin my account get unabled (after being banned) but since that mail sent on 20/10/2022 I'm still havin the same error message from login menu:
    "an unexpected error occured (error code: forbidden) please try again"
    I already sent a report to the help service but still have no answer
