How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Game crashes

    The game crashes whenever I play certain cards, I believe because of animation. (gyruda, the Royal Scions, among others)

  2. Mouse clicks are unreliable on Mac

    I've installed Arena on two different Macs, and they’re both having the same issue: mouse interaction is very unreliable. Clicking on things doesn’t always work — I’ll often have to click a button or a card multiple times to get it to register, but then occasionally it’ll work fine on the first try. This is true throughout the interface — from the home screen to in-game actions (for example, when clicking the “Play” button on the home screen, I routinely needed to click at least three times to get the blade to open).   4. menu has no text

    The main menu (when pressing Esc) has no text when brought up during a game, and after that even in the lobby.

  5. Game crash

    When i start a battle or the opponent cast a spell, the game crash and impossible to join the battle after, the game crash systematicaly and i loose the game.... In a ranking match...

  6. my friend list is not working

    i see my friendlist dissapeared and also my name on the friendlist says username#12345 when i log out and then login my username corrects and says my id without the number... but if i close arena and reopen it it returns with the username#12345 name. and without my friends in any case

  7. Cards not displaying correctly

    The game runs really great, but for some reason every time that the decision making panel appears all the cards are displayed in black. This is a brand new laptop with intel core i7 quad core, 8 gb ram, an an intel iris plus graphics card. Everything else displays well. I already reinstalled the game 3 times

  8. Card stuck to mouse pointer during Draft

    So... i paid to play a draft, and i missed one card pick because a card got stuck on my mouse pointer, very frustrating

  9. Ooops something went wrong while updating

    What the title says. I can't launch the game because it started updating. Then gave that error. Now gives that error every time I try to launch.

  11. Fullscreen is actually Borderless Windowed Mode

    As the title says, it is obvious that the Fullscreen Option actually enables Borderless Windowed Mode. There is no actual Fullscreen option. This can be seen by either alt-tabbing (which happens instantly, not possible in actual fullscreen) or by minimizing another window, which shows Arena behind it, proving that it is running in a window. I really don't get why this is a thing.

  12. Error Updating Data

    The game is stuck on startup.
    It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".

    Obviously my connection work just fine. I think this is a bug.

  15. no Advancement in ranks

    I am unable to advance in ranks. No matter how many wins in constructed I'm stuck on bronze tier 1 with an exclamation like i haven't even played this season.

  16. Missing Mythic Card Reward

    Upon reaching level 28 on my Theros mastery pass, I did not received the listed mythic rare card reward. I did receive the daily card reward that was awarded as a result ot the same game, but no mythic card. I checked my collection and there no new mythic cards added.
