How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

unable to join the event
cannot join the decathlon event 3. Waiting for the server for a long time and then "unable to join the event"

decathlon traditional draft Won't put me in a draft queue
I joined the draft event and can get to the draft page, but it will not place me in a draft pod when I hit the start draft button. Just goes to waiting for server and then gives me unable to join the event, please try again later.

Dates for Last Day of NEO Premier Draft Unclear / Requesting Event Countdown Timer 1 Week in Advance of Set Transitions
On this link, it says the last day for NEO Premier draft is 4/28/2022:

Which is the correct date? Why is this information inconsistent?
Is there any way we can get a countdown timer starting a week out for Premier/Traditional Draft events when a new set is coming up to avoid this confusion? It's a heavy price to pay for those who don't complete those events when they are wiped so abruptly.

Premiere Draft Theros Premature 3 losses
I already had 2 losses prior to my last game. I won my last game when my opponent conceded defeat before milling out, after loading, it showed I already had 3 loses. I did not also receieve the expected reward. I felt the blue hate

Bug in the middle of draft
During draft, the game just sttoped. No reason at all, my Internet was working, things seems pretty normal, everything answering to clicks, so I just couldn´t find out a reason why the draft just sttoped bringing next booster options. All I want is the gold back so I can play another one.

Bug find match kamigawa quick draft
Start a quick draft kamigawa neon dinasty, and after the first win, every match i find the game stop response and when restart check for some data and take 10+ minutes to back to the game, just lost 750 gem with W.O. defeat

not receiving rare ICR from midweek magic
I didn't receive a rare ICR from the first win in midweek magic, it didn't show anything and the gem count didn't go up. In collection there is no card with the gold halo and the "NEW" header.

Game loss without playing
Hi,
I made a premier draft deck. Went to play my first game - I saw my opening hand but was not able to keep or mulligan then it suddenly went black, and after some time the program went back to the draft screen with the option to play a game, but did not register a loss at that stage. Then later I came back to the screen and it registered me a loss for the draft - but I did not play the game, and I was not able to play it. This is unfair that I am not…35 votes -
バグ
自分のターンにカードを使用しようとしたところカードが右上で止まってそのまま時間が経過し、相手のターンに勝手になり自分のカードは右上に出たままで、その操作がなかったかのようにゲームが進んで相手の攻撃となり負けてしまいました。
それがなければゲームは継続でき勝てたかもしれないです。
スタンダードイベントでしたので何らかの補償してほしいです。1 vote -
MTGアリーナを始めようとする人へ注意喚起します
MTGアリーナはMTGではありません。それどころか、ゲームですらありません。勝敗は全て運営が操作しており、プレイする意味も価値も全くありません。テーブルトップではあり得ない確率が連発しますので、デッキの調整も無意味です。不可思議な土地事故ばかり発生し、低コスト呪文と高コスト呪文は必ず固まって引かされます。デッキ構築努力もプレイングも不正操作の前には何の役にも立ちません。やる前から結果が決まっているので、恐らく世界大会とやらも出来レースなのでしょう。今のウィザーズなら平気でやると思います。ウィザーズはまともな企業ではありません。詐欺企業です。サポートも平然と嘘をつき、都合が悪くなると無視します。はじめからサポートする気など全く無いのでしょう。騙されないで下さい。MTGアリーナで得られるものは信じられないほどのストレスです。それだけです。MTG自体が嫌いになってしまいますので、絶対にやらないで下さい。人生の時間の無駄です。

Didn't get daily quest XP?
Completed a 750xp daily quest, and now I'm still only 725xp toward the next mastery level. Did I not get the XP because I finished the quest in a Mirror, Mirror game?

Cant rejoin my draft match during "Game maintenance"
I shut down the client following the instruction of the client's message, to update the client and keep playing my match, but once closed mtgArena, i couldnt re-join it because of a problem called "Unable to Login- autentication failed: Timeout"... and it is like that since 30 minutes... i think i lost that game, can you reverse this loss and give me a draw? Thanks!

Duplicate detection fails in rewards for Standard event
When finishing the standard event and recieving rare cards the duplicate detection seems to fail since the new update (PC version).
Cards which I own four times are shown as rewards and not as the corresponding gem-card (20/40 gems) as it used to be. Also the gems are not rewarded.6 votes -
Prizefight Did Not Do Damage to Opponent's Creature
I was playing a round of draft when my Prizefight did 0 damage with my 5/5 vs a 3/3. The damage showed up on my creature but did nothing to my opponent's. There was a Raffine connive trigger targeting the 3/3 with 3 attackers. This caused me to lose the game due to that creature's damage. This happened on Android mobile app.

Mastery Pass
Hi. I am just wondering how there is only 13 days left of my Mastery Pass. I checked Yesterday and it said 20 days left. Then over night I was suddenly missing 7 full days. 7 days in whick I could have earned 13000 gold, exp and other rewards.
I currently live in Denmark and visited Holland for 7 days. Maybe Holland have Another deadline for the New release. But I would love to get the oppotunity to earn the gold at least. Furhermore I got a notice at lvl. 73 that 29 days was left before New release, i…
