How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Did not receive Draft reward
I won three games in a Crimson Vow premier draft. The reward (1000 gems and two packs) appeared on screen with the Claim Reward button, but after that I did not have those rewards.

Freeze and changed winner
During the 10/09/2022 I played about 4 quick draft games, the game froze several times (was necessary restart the application) and in one of them the game restarted on the third or fourth turn, the cards were simply collected and redistributed, at the end of this game I won, but the victory was given to the opponent improperly. I am grateful if any refunds are given for the gems.

bug
I was in a Quick Draft match. MY opponent played really slowly. In the end he droped out the game. then the game crashed. when I reloged I noticed that it got me a lose... can I get a refund?

Product Suggestion
Acces to prerealease on Arena shold be same for ALL!
You kill the Magic in Magic prerelease!
I like the game. I realy enjoy, that I have acces via Arena.
The best about Magic for me is the competion in prerealease!
Compet where the card are not testet. Your knowleged is the only guide!
But WOC have removed that for me. Know I have to wait Then every stream and every watcher are learn alle the cards! Before I Can play prerelease!

Chromatic draft server kicked
During chromatic draft, I was kicked from server at least 4 times & when I rejoined it had auto-picked a card that made no sense. Not a big deal since it only cost 4000 gold but I don’t want to join another draft if that will keep happening.

Errors in Traditional Draft (drafting)
I was doing a traditional draft and as I chose cards, it put different cards into my deck area. Pack 1 pick 1 was a citizen's crowbar but it gave me an elegant entourage. The draft then froze in between picks 8-9 in pack 1 and by the time I force closed out the app and re-opened it, the draft was partway into pack 2. When reloading the game, the citizen's crowbar did re-appear but several cards had been auto-picked outside of my control including the beginning of the second pack. Started Draft with Game Loss
Started a Premier Draft with 1 Loss? No steps other than started a draft as normal and after playing a few games I noticed I had a loss but I didn't recall it. I pull the log data for you to review to confirm but also pulled my 17 lands data as well.

Add to Decks button not working
Add to deck button is not working.
On Mac, and completed a premier draft of neon dynasty. When I tap the "add to decks" button nothing happens.8 votes -
contaminated aquifer choking miasma
Could not tap contaminated aquifer for black mana to cast choking miasma during daminaria draft game. I had 1 black plenty of blue and contaminated aquifer untapped but still couldn't cast choking miasma so I lost my game which I wouldn't mind if I didn't pay to play the draft.

Resplendent Angel crashes the arena client
I've been playing the Explorer Event and the client kept crashing during certain matches. Every time I faced Angels it would crash. Then today, 3 straight crashes in one event. Every time Resplendent Angel was played the client will crash immediately. This has been happening for about a year apparently. I found a reddit user who experienced the same exact thing from 12 months ago.

Cult Conscript not destroyed by balduvian berserker
In Premier DMU Draft match, Opponent had Splattering goblin and Cult Conscript in play, I had Balduvian Berserker. Opponent attacked with both creatures. I blocked the Splattering Goblin, destroying it and triggering its -1/-1 ability on my Balduvian Berserker, destroying it as well. This this Balduvian's "deal damage equal to power" ability, which I targeted at the Conscript. The effect card hovered for a moment, then my Berserker appeared in my graveyard and the Conscript was not dealt damage and was not destroyed, as it should have been. This lead to a match loss. New Capenna draft picks not going through
During three or four of the New Capenna drafts I've done so far I have encountered two bugs more than once:
The first bug is that, upon confirming the selection of a card (most recently it was the UBR uncommon vampire), a completely different card will be added to the draft deck. This has happened three times, with one of the times because the second pick of the draft, which was a rare I was excited to play with.

Please issue a refund for my 1 MTG Open Sealed entry. I entered because it was a Dominaria sealed event only to find it was not a Dominaria United sealed event like I expected it to be. I didn't build a deck nor play a single game because I don't know this format and wouldn't have entered if it was clearer that we're going back to Original Dominaria for this MTG Open.
