How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Bug ... "Jump In" event won't allow me to pick packs, or click the "confirm" button..also took my 1000 gold

    Same as everyone else...Jump In event is taking 1000 Gold entry, but won't allow me to go further than picking one pack of cards. I can't pick the 2nd pack and I can't click confirm. I need either my 1000 gold back, or cards equivalent in value. Cause I know the event will be over before this gets resolved.

  3. Jump In event - cannot select decks

    I am using a Mac and launching MTG through Epic Games.

    I entered the Jump In event and paid the fee. I selected the first deck and clicked Confirm Deck. When I selected the second deck, the Confirm Deck button was greyed out. I tried a different deck, and it was labeled "3rd" but still unable to Confirm Deck. I tried the last option, and it was labeled "4th" but I could not confirm the deck.

    If I exit and reenter the event, I see my first deck selection, but the button is greyed out. (See screen shot.) I have…

    Server Connection lost in Europe during update on 10/14/2021, causing match losses. No downitme expected, according to site.

  5. Unable to choose second pack: Jumpstart: Jump In!

    I played a few games of the jumpstart event, Jump In!. On my third deck choice, I was able to choose my first packet, but not my second.

    On the packet selection screen, it showed that I had chosen the "Warriors" packet as "Packet 1" and the "Rock and Roll" pack as "Packet 2" but still requested I choose a packet. I tried choosing again, and it showed "Packet 3" over "Elves", and again I selected the other packet, "Roiling", and it showed "Packet 4". No resolution would get me out of the screen and into games, so I exited.

  6. MTGアリーナを始めようとする人へ注意喚起します

    MTGアリーナはMTGではありません。それどころか、ゲームですらありません。勝敗は全て運営が操作しており、プレイする意味も価値も全くありません。テーブルトップではあり得ない確率が連発しますので、デッキの調整も無意味です。不可思議な土地事故ばかり発生し、低コスト呪文と高コスト呪文は必ず固まって引かされます。デッキ構築努力もプレイングも不正操作の前には何の役にも立ちません。やる前から結果が決まっているので、恐らく世界大会とやらも出来レースなのでしょう。今のウィザーズなら平気でやると思います。ウィザーズはまともな企業ではありません。詐欺企業です。サポートも平然と嘘をつき、都合が悪くなると無視します。はじめからサポートする気など全く無いのでしょう。騙されないで下さい。MTGアリーナで得られるものは信じられないほどのストレスです。それだけです。MTG自体が嫌いになってしまいますので、絶対にやらないで下さい。人生の時間の無駄です。

  7. draft pick

    during a premier draft i picked my first card and lost the connection for a moment. When i reconnected, the game didn´t let me picking any cards, and after the picking they give me random cards (the first card i picked was missing too). I suppose that the game autopicked. I would like to get back my draft token because it is imposible to play with a 5 color deck with random cards.

  8. in the initial page it does not apperar me 750 gold rewars anymore, only rewards of 500 gold // no me salen rewards de 750 de oro, solo 500

    since last actualization the game doesn´t show me daily rewards of 750 gold, only 500, looks liike a bug or maybe the worst luck in the word

  9. deck editing broken, still

    ever since the new set premier and sealed have been unable to edit decks. I have not even been able to play because i saved a partially edited deck thinking
    id be able to edit it later... please help. It was disheartening to have the app load an update and this isn't resolved or addressed.

  11. Unable to Select Card in Premium Draft

    I would like to request a refund on my draft due to a bug in the client that caused me to lose out on a key card.

    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
    2. enter premium draft
    3. select cards normally until pack 1 pick 6
    4. drag vampire interloper towards my deck, but then put it back
    5. vampire interloper visually disappears and is unable to be selected or dragged into the deck.

  12. IMH Mastery Pass not giving Rewards

    I did not get the 2 uncommon or 2 mythic rare reward cards for passing level 9 of the new Innistrad Midnight Hunt Mastery pass nor did I receive the rewards from level 3 and level 7. No reward screen is coming up to show what is earned along with the missing button to "claim". I have not seen this at all so far on this Mastery Pass. Also, the small notification beacon under the "Packs" option at the top has been missing, even if you have new packs waiting to be opened. Less of an issue, but an issue…

  14. Locked/Unavailable Profile, Decks and Store when playing Events

    When entering an event and playing a game (so far happened in Quick Draft and Jumpstart), the Profile, Decks and Store tabs become locked and the only way to turn them back on is to go to the main menu. After doing so, the "glow" indicating you have any packs left to open disappears.

    Also might be irreletad to this issue, but after obtaining a larger amount of new cards (by drafting or jumpstart for example), they are not shown as new cards.

  15. Daybound and Nightbound Mechanic not working

    I was playing in a innistrad sealed event and my opponent had tovilar, once it became night it never turned to day again despite me casting multiple spells. Pretty busted for the werewolf player

  17. Draft stuck on "Waiting for other players to pass a draft pack..."

    Have been stuck on Pack 1 Pick 8 for 20 minutes, still on "Waiting on other players to pass the draft pack..."

    Presumably the draft is happening without me as the packs are moving their way around the group, but I haven't been able to pick a card for 20 minutes. I imagine soon it'll be done with the draft and I'll have a random collection of cards that were picked for me (and the 8 I did pick). Annoying as I was happy about how the draft was going so far...

    Could I at least please have my draft…

  18. Cannot succesfully edit sealed deck

    After entering a Midnight Hunt sealed event and saving the deck once, the deck can no longer be successfully edited. It simply continues to reflect the first saved iteration of the deck even after editing the deck and clicking 'Done'

  19. Missing AFR Mastery Pass Rewards

    Just purchased the AFR Mastery Pass, and I saw I received the Draft Token and 1,200 gems, but I did not see any indication of receiving any of the Mythic ICRs or 4,000 gold. Also did not get any of the uncommon ICRs for reaching level 80+ (I am currently level 83).
