How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Crash during battle
Hi !
Crash during sealed match while the turn 2 and impossible to reconnect to the match. The game load and when "Ready" is displayed on the screen, the game crash again.

disconnect during timed draft
I paid 1,500 gems for a draft and got disconnected. When trying to reconnect I got a black screen and lost out on multiple picks.

Disconnect from Timed Draft
I got disconnected from a Timed Draft and when I tried to return to it I ended up with a black screen and missed numerous draft picks after paying the entry fee with gems.

MTG Arena crashing on Mac
First time playing on a Mac, the client crashes after every match I complete, then crashes on the next restart.

the game crashes in the middle of the draft, making me lose the tournament
Game crashes in a draft premium event of M21. I drafted the cards, but when starts the game against oponnent the game close in turn 2 or 3. I try enter in game, but it is no possible, and a lost the game. I lose two games, and I spend 10000 coins to make gems, i want my gold back!!

Jugando un premier draft jugando una tuerra en la segubda partida se sale del juego y cuando intento entrar se sale de nuevo
No funciona el juego me escupe, ya con la anterior presentación pasaban cosas parecidas y perdí gemas y monedas varias veces.

Bug during 2021 core set premier draft event
When i start a match during 2021 core set premier draft event the game crashes to desktop. That made me loose 2 games!

I did not receive a prize for an arena cube draft
After receiving 3 losses in an arena cube event, then the end screen did not allow me to claim my prize, and I did not appear to receive any prize at all. It also showed the screen as a deck with 3 losses, but the rest of the screen displayed as if I was not in an event. This was somewhat disappointing because I lost all of my prizes.

crash during draft picks
Arena seems to crash anytime I pick a card (specifically dragging into my pool) or move a card from pool to sideboard in Cube draft. It happens both during the draft and during deck building. The screen goes black and I can hear the card shuffling sound for a bit before the program closes and I briefly see a window for Arena Unity. This completely ruined my draft.

Traditional Standard Ranked play does not reward ranks
Both today and yesterday BO3 standard ranked did not reward me any ranks when I won the Bo3s. The usual rank gained/lost interface does not show up but quest rewards interface does. Checked my rank yesterday after 2 won Bo3s and did not gain any ranks.

Client Crashed during draft match
Client crashed during a Quick Draft, rendering me unable to play my turn, and resulting in a match loss. Is there a way to reverse the loss so I can play the full Draft? Thanks!

Single click while drafting automatically takes the card instead of reserving it
Whiled drafting, a single left click on a card will normally reserve the card. At least 3 times now I have clicked on a card and it is automatically taken instead of being reserved.

Mtg Arena Close before playing a match
Mtg Arena close before beggin a match, I´ve lost golds and gems in events when i want to play, lost gold in drafts and constructed events.

draft deck missing
In a Premier Ikoria draft the draft deck went missing after the deck building. Where the deck usually is, there is nothing at all and the choice of "edit deck" is not available, just the "play" choice so it's impossible to rebuild the deck or make any changes what so ever. This has happened once before but I've played several drafts in between without this problem occurring.

Unable to sideboard or rejoin game
I tried to concede from game 1 from the Std Metagame Challenge, and when I tried to click settings I missed and closed the window, closing the client. When I reloaded the client, the game was still active and so I conceded the game as normal. However, I was unable to see my deck (only my sideboard), or confirm any deck configuration, instead seeing the screen as shown in my file. I couldn't rejoin the game after multiple attempts, and could only concede from the settings.

i cant side board cards
during the metagame challenge event, the side board screen did not show the cards and I was unable to exchange cards from the deck with the side.

My draft pick was skipped
Tonight when I was Picking cards for my draft, in P1P2, I clicked on a card once to highlight it, but before I highlighted it, all the cards went away as if I had made a selection. It seemed as though it just skipped my turn. I did not have the card in question in the lower deck selection and tried to see if it was off screen or in my sideboard but it truly had skipped my pick turn without giving me a card. "Unable to complete draft pick" bug in premier draft
During a premier draft today I experienced a bug. After a pick (some time in the middle of the second pack IIRC) the new selection of cards briefly disappeared and then reappeared. After picking again, I got an error message along the lines of "Unable to complete draft pick" and then the screen went black. I had to restart the MTGA client to continue with the draft and missed a pick or two. I have attached a log file if it's any use.

Not receiving credit for daily quest 4/22/2020
My daily quest to cast 20 black or blue spells. I took my BR deck into a few games to work on this.
I have now played and won 2 games and have received no credit for my daily quest or daily win counter. Please assist.
I should be receiving credit for these quests.
