How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Eu não consigo usar minhas cartas quando uma partido começa no evento semana que está ocorrendo esse final de semana. Isso acabou custando a minha inscrição em um evento dentro do jogo.

  2. Event games occasionally not counting towards daily wins

    On Wednesday 02.16.22, I completed the Midweek magic with 3 wins, however only two counted towards my daily wins. Today, 02.19.22, I went 7-2 in a premier draft, however only received 6 daily wins. I started and completed these events in the same day.

  3. 護法

    プレミアドラフトで、対戦相手が護法２を持つ継ぎ接ぎ自動機械を唱えて、自分が鏡殻のカニの魂力能力で打ち消した時、護法が誘発して打ち消された。
    護法はパーマネント時のみ有効なはずなのにスタック上でも発動した。これで負けてしまった。

    シールドの初回デッキ編集時に
    開封パックの1部しか表示されず、明らかに枚数が足りないです。
    これではまともにシールド遊べません。

  5. problemas en draft

    Estaba jugando un draft premier de kamigawa y me apareció una pestaña que voy a subir a continuación y después de ahí se me tranco todo el juego, lo que me llevo a perder esa partida y el draft, espero que no sucedan esas cosas y que tengan en cuenta que no es fácil conseguir las gemas para perderlas por cosas como esta, muchas gracias, espero su respuesta.

  6. Was not given cards in Premium draft event

    I was drafting a premium Neon Dynasty event.

    I successfully chose 16 cards. See screenshot 1.

    Then there was a long delay which I attributed to other people picking slowly.

    Finally I realised that the draft had become broken, so I restarted my client. It was now at the end of the draft phase and I had been given the rest of my cards by Arena's auto-picker.

    I will not play this deck as it is terrible and hope you can refund me for this disaster.

  8. Quick draft crash doesn’t return me to match. New match shows transparent cards. Restarting app gives loss to match.

    I am frustrated beyond words right now. I paid for a quick draft. Created a really good deck.

    1st match, I was about to win, then my opponent cast an instant spell, which made my arena app crash. So I restart the app. I don’t get taken back to the game. Instead the game is over and neither the opponent or me receive a loss. 0-0

    2nd match, I receive a loss. 0-1

    3rd match, My opening hand shows transparent cards as shown in the pic. So I mulligan down to 6. Same thing happened. Can’t see my cards. So…

  10. NEO Sealed - "currently waiting" forever (40+ minutes)... is no one playing?

    Not sure if this is a bug, or just no one playing but... i've been waiting for over 20 minutes for a game. I feel like it's impossible that there are NO other sealed players online right now... screen shot below only shows half of the time ive waited.

  11. Discover the Impossible Bug during NEO Premier Draft Event

    While casting "Discover the Possibilities" during a Premier Draft Match, After selecting my 1 of 5 cards, the expected card would not show up as selectable for casting. This happened twice in the same draft.

    To repeat bug:
    1) cast "Discover the Impossible", Select the exiled card you wish to cast.
    2) Playing on Mobile: Android - Galaxy 4
    3)Actual result: selected card did not show up and was not interactable with to cast
    4) Expected result: Selected card should be visible and interactable to cast.

    6) Use the "view battlefield" feature, then return to hand view…

  13. Did not gain rank after winning a game due to opponent timing out (Standard Bo3, after losing g1)

    To reproduce: play ranked Standard Best of 3

    • Lose game 1
    • Win game 2 because of opponent timing out

  14. weaponize monsters not working on historic event

    it's 2022 and my Weaponize Monsters wont let itself be selected. I lost an event game because, although I casted it and tapped lands for mana, the card wouldn't let itself be activated

  15. Card Packs not showing up and Unable to find draft table

    Mid draft (early pack 2) I stopped seeing cards show up, but when going to the "table view" I noticed packs starting to pile up (multiple pack icons).

    Upon trying to exit and rejoin, I get the "Start Draft" CTA button, and I get stuck at "Finding a draft table".

    No one else joins my queue - I assume for some reason I can't rejoin the draft so it's just bot drafting for me.

    I got into a new draft after trying a few times and realized when I opened the sideboard I had my sideboard from the previous draft.…

  17. Got a Fifth Copy of a Card from an Alchemy Event

    After completing an Alchemy event, I got a fifth copy of Forsaken Crossroads. I just want whatever card I would have gotten please.

  18. Decathlon final prize full set doesn't include full art lands

    I won the finals of the decathlon event 7-x and in prize said "1 Complete set of Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty*. But there is a bug as I did not receive the full art lands that are in Neon Dynasty instead it's asking at the store for 5,000 gems for them.

  20. Sealed Neon Dynasty event didn't give gem to me

    I won 5 times in Sealed Neon Dynasty event
    but i didn't receive gems, I should get 1600 gems.
    I leaved shield event 2022/02/12 around 20:40.
