How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Golden pack

    I have not been able to increase my progression to the golden pack by buying standard or alchemy packs. This has most likely been happening for 10 packs for sure possibly 20+ more.
    I would like this bug fixed and if reimbursed me on the golden packs please.
    I have been purchasing the daily deal packs that come through, Lord of the rings, Dominion, phyrexian, and others I can not remember.

  2. Mythic and regular pack not unlocking certain cards on Foundations

    So I’ve supposedly unlocked all mythic cards on Foundations only that is clearly a lie. I only get gems now even though there are 12 mythic completely locked for me. Similar issue for all rarities actually, but this is big considering I’m using my gold coins on mythic packs and only getting gems now. Let the packs unlock the rest of the cards. This doesn’t make any sense and definitely doesn’t and shouldn’t mirror real life packs

  4. Mastery Pass not unlocking after payment

    playing on android, i spend 3400 gems to unlock the mastery pass but receive no rewards and instead the bottom paid path still shows as locked and the price has updated to 5400 gems to unlock.

  5. Did not receive Aetherdrift mastery pass card rewards

    I am level 66 and have not received the cards rewards upon leveling up. Did not receive mythic cards at level 58 either

  8. Change country in account

    Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.
    Please allow change country in account to be able to use new country payment methods

  13. Deck Content Display in store

    2 updates ago, the display of deck content changed:
    Before the above section listed the cards missing in collection, now it lists the whole deck content.

    This is actually quite a downgrade.
    While having the deck content somewhere is valuable, there is button on page for that.

    In that page, I WANT to see what I am actually buying for displayed (discounted) price.

    Please restore previous behavior (or put an option in settings)

  14. Champion Deck Not discounting for cards I already own

    If I go to buy the preconstructed Champion Decks from the store, it's showing that it will be charging me for copies of Blooming Marsh (the Kaladesh version). I own 4 copies of Blooming Marsh from OTJ. It would be a bit less weird if it was wanting to charge me because I didn't own the current standard printing of the card, but either way, it shouldn't be charging me for a card I already own 4 copies of.   16. Daily Deals tried to sell me a cosmetic I already own

    This needs to be addressed ASAP as it probably constitutes fraud. Today a cosmetic for "Murder" showed up in the store. Its a common card, so I looked up which cosmetics I already had. In my collection, it shows that I have 8 different versions of this INCLUDING the one it listed as on sale in the store. Usually the store will display "already purchased" but now WOTC is trying to sell me the same thing twice. Thank goodness I didn't fall for the scam.

  19. Paypal Loop

    I've been trying to buy the Final Fantasy bundle, but your checkout isn't working. When I try to login into Paypal, it keeps starting me over. I've input the phone code correctly numerous times, I've tried logging in with password. It always ends with the prompt to put in my email or phone number again. Please fix this, or do you not like money?

    New Card style patch is not working properly, after replacing my cards with preferred styles the game does not allow me to launch with the error: Invalid Deck - Deck validation Failed.
